Fantastic but hits the nerves!I really like making my own beats also I’m in love with music! I found this app about one year ago and downloaded it on my iPad then ( actually two days ago) my iPhon. so I can say I know it well! At first this app offered me free beat boxes without ads but after that it started to limiting my beat boxes access so then if I wanted to make my own beatbox , just one or two of them was free and some of them that I was using them , I must pay for using or watch ads! So that was the negative thing ! Why?I downloaded this app because of those chainsmokers songs you guys implemented into the app and i loved it and was gonna keep the app... until for some reason you got rid of them and now i was stuck with default sound packs and a lot of which you have to buy that in app purchase to unlock and i deleted the app because it seems as if the app doesn't have enough new things and what i mean by that is like maybe artist want to put they're songs in the app or whatever and make it fun to remix them etc and put more imagination into it i just feel as if you can implement or work with well known artists that wanna put a song into a sound pack to remix etc and it would be really fun to play around with. Best app of it’s kind. But…Love it. I have tried again and again to find an app I could use to write a character theme since I’m not a composer. I’ve tried 4 or 5 and lost hope. This one truly had almost everything I was looking for. I love so many of the pack choices, and don’t mind watching the adds the app uses. Good quality sound and few glitches at all. However, I wish they would let you make a kind of custom pack. Where you can use a pad to create and save your own tunes in whatever instrument. Free version is funI like playing the free version, but I don’t like the sound of paying $8 a week to get more. I can buy a lot of video games for what that would add up to in a year... or even buying real instruments, and i already own a piano and guitar. Amazing appI really love making music on this app. It is sometimes hard to start from scratch and work all the buttons only by myself, although I really enjoy this app. This is the best app to pass the time! Besides the great sounds that are made through this app, the ad for premium music will keep popping up when you exit a music platform and enter. Essential featureYou guys need to have a subset of the record button to record say percussions for example so you can play what u previously recorded while u also add new stuff too it. Example: I press record and hit bass, drum, snare consecutively. That’s a good foundation but I can’t click those three keys over and over again while I try to add other levels to the song. Just Why?I was playing the game and it was very buggy, and ads were literally everywhere. When I was in the middle of playing, an ad popped at me, and I had to wait about 30 seconds and another 12 seconds for the demo, and the x button wasn’t working. I’ve seen the reviews and they are horrible, and are covered in the five and four star reviews. This isn’t fun at all! We literally do NOT like this game and I wish I could scream because of it. When you say,”We will fix it” that is a LIE. You say that you are going to improve it, but I don’t see any progression. Just why? Are you weighing the money more than the enjoying? My Thoughts On The AppAlright… Where to begin? The app is good in general, but then you started to make almost every single music file thingy pro! Some things are good such as the quality of the sound. I was very content and happy playing these such as Moon light or light festival. One day I came the app to make a new song, but it became a pro! Missing basic production and recording toolsThis could be a potentially great application. However it’s missing basic recording and production tools. I get the fact it’s supposed to simulate a pad, which in itself is a great tool. But it’s not as responsive as a actual pad. A solution to this would be to create tracks with adjustable time signatures that the sounds you produce click into, thus ensuring perfect timing. Having a track layout with he pad to produce the sound would also make it easier to produce a beat over 5 sec. Artists don’t just use one pad connected to a speaker they use multiple pads, modules, synth boards, etc. make this app possess multiple functionalities. This would be an easy fix 👍 I regret purchasing this app for this main reason. It does retain its quality with the sounds it has over most that I’ve heard. Production ready sounds. 👍 Because of this flaw its playability is low. A product should be bought with the consideration of how much re-use it has. Currently, this app has the playability of flappy bird, I get the point and see where it could go but after one play through it’s just repetitive with no variables. Took Away EverythingI used to come on here everyday, just to open up one of the few “free” presets they had. Now every single preset is for “pro” users only; which is obviously the paid version of the app. They literally give you 1 preset that you can use now and that’s it. I won’t use the app anymore. The way it was before was perfect. I mean we had access to maybe 2% of their entire library and that was fine because it was free. It’s not like we expected new content for a free service, which is what “pro” users receive. Too many AdsI downloaded and wanted to try it out. First opens like a tutorial only to lead you to an ad for a subscription. Like most in-game ads, this one you had to play “wait and find the X” to close it. Then I was introduced to the pad and did a short tutorial. Once four buttons were pressed in the tutorial, went to another ad. Once on the song selection screen, most everything is only available via the subscription but a few were unlockable by watching a few more ads with “wait and find the X” boss fight. Finally unlocked. Started trying to mess around and more video ads popped up. Finally closed them out and scrolled to find an already unlocked try-me-Out mode. HauntedI used to have this app, and I loved it, but that was a year ago. I downloaded again to see it's glory once more but recently I have been hearing static sounds in the middle of a recording. When I go to check, it doesn't pick up the static and becomes silent. Every soundtrack I've saved had been named to ’ Hello ’ and ’ Murder ’ which comes off very haunting. I recommend uninstalling this app if you are sensitive to haunting things of this sort. I will be waiting for this issue to be dealt with, but I am beginning to believe that this app is surely haunted nonetheless. Feels like a clickbaitI am not pleased by this app. The ads to this app never said anything about the weekly (7.99$) subscriptions. Most importantly, doesn’t give you a good free feeling of creating a music. You are just stuck with Chainsmoker, Chainsmoker, and more Chainsmoker beats. You are lowly limited with like 1% of the beats, while the other need subscription to activate. Even some beat changing/editing requires subscriptions to use. Comparing this app to Soundtrap and Garageband: Soundtrap has great beats with tunes you can use, you can also use the piano like the little beats button, which is highly recommended because there is more than being limited to the same stuff. And there is subscriptions, but some are fare and some aren’t, but it’s not heavily unfair to pay for. Garageband, everything is basically free, recommended for IMac users that phone users, but there is beats that Garageband has that you can create with, and they help you create beats.
