So Addictive! But Brutally UnforgivingThis game is so much fun. I love it! Just pick a car and go. It does provide that challenge that all games need. But it's so unforgiving. The only things I can find that I don't like are: 1st-one hit death, instead of that it needs a 3 bump death. It's a drifting game so I should be able to bump the back of the car a couple times before I die. 2nd: it needs definitive buttons, it doesn't steer unless you touch screen perfectly in middle and it blocks the screen. I find myself moving my fingers to the outer edge of screen to see what I'm doing but then I can't steer and I die instantly. Buttons on outside edge would be better for control and visibility. 3rd: why can't I turn phone sideways. It makes driving games much better to be able to rotate and hold phone sideways. Not everyone has a tablet phones are to small and I don't like holding it right up to my face to be able to see what I'm doing. And no im not blind lol jk. But I will be if i can't turn phone sideways. 4th: needs better guides to the gates, I don't know which way to go cause the sign doesn't tell me it just shows a picture of a button. There needs to be an arrow or something. I miss them 99% of the time and if I do find one I die the instant I get inside because there's no room and most of the cars turn to much or not enough. Amazing. But room to improveReally liked the mechanics of the game but I would honestly play a lot more if 1) Developers made the drift sound a little louder than the flutter of a birds wings? (I mean seriously what is that why would you make birds louder than the entire center-piece of the game?) and 2) Make sure the 1x 2x 3x 4x etc don't get in the way of seeing where you're about to go. I've gotten up to 50x and there were so many numbers on the screen that I literally couldn't see the brick wall in front of me. Fun to play, great to pass the time!Love this game-it's simple enough that anyone can pick it up and play, but provides enough of a challenge that it doesn't get old. It also has that awesome "one more try" factor that makes it a perfect boredom cure or waiting room game. I've only had a couple minor issues, like the music dropping to a low volume sometimes, and having to go to the menu and reset the volume to fix it. The only other thing I would change is the constant flapping noise from the birds! There are birds everywhere, and that noise gets irritating. Fun and Addictive, but....This game is fun and has a challenge that isn't too easy or hard to achieve. I would like a control setting where the user turns the phone rather than using his or her fingers, however. There is also this thing where if the user is turning left, as an example, and pauses the game while their finger is still down on the screen to turn left, once they resume, the game will continue turning left as if the users finger is still on the screen even when it is not. Great art but...The controls are really hard to deal with. This would not be so difficult to deal with if the game did not spawn you right in front of a wall half the time, but that's unfortunately not the case. I really want to like this app, but the difficulty curve has really just made me lose interest. If your looking for a challenge, this has it. Still a mess.This is a really fun game when not attached to the internet. Unfortunately when it, is it lags all the time. You just get a 1/10 of a second freeze but it leads to so many cheap deaths the game is simply not worth playing. Also some of the collisions feel cheap. I tried this game a year or so ago and when I saw it again on the App Store I had hoped they had cleaned it up. Sadly it ends up being more frustrating than fun..John of FireVersion: 1.6
