It’s better than nothing…It seems all call recording apps require you to merge calls, which isn’t ideal at all.. after merging the call you’ll hear a loud beep on both parties phones, literally had a lawyer stop and say “what was that..” however compared to the rest of the apps this one does the job as far as recording an 1.5 hour phone call and also transcribed the call into text fairly accurately aswell. at the end of the day i can listen to the important calls i made, which is better than nothing ….Grant LorkowskiVersion: 4.50

Suggestion...I’m just wondering if the developers could add a feature where all incoming calls can be answered within the app itself instead of having to exit the call, go into the app, press record, and go back to the call to start recording. Good at firstThis App generally recorded without issue when calling personal cell numbers. But calling businesses or 800 numbers audio drops out once trying to merge calls. When the merge call button is pushed, audio on the original call that is trying to be recorded - goes mute. The call takes several attempts to merge and in the process the audio is lost. The person who answered the call cannot hear you and you cant hear them and they hang up. Very HappyThis is a wonderful way to turn the tables on those who record you “for quality and customer service issues.” I live with a stress disorder every day. Not covertMost people looking for an app like this need discretion. 1)when receiving an incoming call, you first have to answer that call, then open this app, call the number and then merge the calls. I did this and it didn’t take too long but obviously you would not always have the ability to do this and catch the whole conversation. My biggest complaint about this though was halfway through the conversation the person goes “who is listening to our call?” I said what do you mean and they sent me a screenshot showing their phone screen saying they were in a conference call with me. Therefore their phone let them know I had merged the calls. They thought a third party was listening in, not that I was recording but that wasn’t any better of an outcome. 2)when I call out from the app it LITERALLY came up on caller I.d. Music playing in recorders backgroundI have purchased the lifetime subscription of this recorder 2 years ago… besides the beep sound after 15 seconds issue everything else was working fine for me and for my case. Recording quality is bad and lost a recording.I’ve used other recording apps in the past with great success. I downloaded this app quickly in a pinch to record something to be used in court.
