Dislike this app compared to KourtsPlaytomic acquired the Kourts app and I do not like to use this app. There is way too much going on when all I want to do is book a court. I don’t care for it to be a social media site as well. I also do not like that I cannot cancel my booking less than 24 hours in advance-I bet there are a decent amount of courts going to waste since people cannot cancel. Lots of missing functionalities.Playtomic purchased AirCourts and things are not as intuitive as the latter. Your favorite clubs are almost always not shown. Horrible if just for reservationsWhere do I start? I use it as a member of my local club (where I already pay a membership, so using this app that is transactional based is a HUGE step backwards)!
(1) unable to cancel your reservation unless it’s 24 hours ahead, I used to be able to cancel within the hour in Kourts (the now deprecated app that Playtomic took over)
(2) ability to quickly see my reservations for the week (now it’s buried in multiple menus)

Master of string you alongHad a terrible experience as me and some friends booked for a court on 12/05/2023 at 7:30 PM on Real Paddle Miami when we came to learn it was double booked and we couldn’t play at our desired time.
That said, the guy at the front desk said he had spoken with Playtomic and that if we were willing to stay until 10 PM we will be getting a 50% discount at our next game.
A few days pass by an nothing with the credit so we decided to speak to Playtomic support and guess what… They said the ones that handle that type of requests are the courts themselves and that is not their problem if their app double books someone
