Miserable user experience and often non-functionalThe interface is terrible on mobile - landscape only, doesn’t use any mobile UI conventions, etc. It barely can accomplish the most basic function: turn the sauna on from your phone. And now, it doesn’t even do that. It dropped the wifi connection so the sauna doesn’t show up in the app, so it’s completely useless. I’ve followed the arcane instructions to re-connect the sauna and it simply doesn’t work and gives no indication of what can be done to fix it. How does a company get away with this?Sell us saunas for the price of cars that have remote capabilities that don’t work. It’s been 6 months. I’ve spent so much of my previous time on the phone asking when, no one has answers. ScamI erroneously installed this app thinking it would provide remote access to a Jacuzzi product. It would not connect to the Jacuzzi product over WiFi so I called the support number in the app. Instead of support I got a foreign based call center telling me I’d “won” a $100 gift card and if I’d give them my information and a small handling fee the card would be on the way - and then they’d help with the app. I said no thanks just help with the app and I got transferred to a supervisor who put the full court press on paying for the gift card. App frequently failsIn all my years I have never had the headaches this app has caused. Getting the sauna to connect with this app is nearly impossible. I have had multiple spontaneous disconnection from the app. I have been on the phone and email multiple times with the company and still after nearly 3 years have at least annual headaches from this app. I am currently once again unable to get my sauna to connect with the app and have followed all of the instructions to the letter repeatedly to the point where my own spouse asks “are you obsessing again”?.AdameusVersion: 1.0.19

It’s nice to have app control over the sauna but this needs some basic design rethinking.
The landscape only design is annoying, no one wants to be forced to rotate their phone to use an app, something that app developers learned many years ago.
The first step requiring one to choose an available sauna before reaching the control screen is a wasted step. I’m guessing nearly every user has one sauna. The app should bypass this unless there are more than one sauna connected.
The reserve feature forces one to count the hours and minutes until the desired sauna time for warm up to begin. Instead one should be able to simply enter the time desired for warm up to begin ie 5:40am instead of 16 hours and 40 minutes from now.

Horrible customer serviceI agree with the other reviewer. One of the main reasons I bought this sauna was so that I can turn it on remotely. (It takes at least an hour to heat it to 150). The app does not connect. I called both the salesman (no return call) and jacuzzi customer service. Customer service said someone would call back within 72 hours!!!! They never did. Unable to UseI am unable to use the app with my WiFi because we only have 5 and 2.5 is required for set up. Not being able to set a timer or turn the sauna on by using the app has been a nuance considering I like to use my sauna in the morning and the sauna is downstairs. I have had the sauna for a year now and CSR tech support has pretty much told me I am out of luck. It takes around an hour for the sauna to heat up, so this is an inconvenience.
