AMAZINGI downloaded this app somewhat suspicious (because getting money from an app just seems too good), but I am so absolutely floored by how much I love it. I’m not a med student, but I have a big interest in learning new things and boy oh boy does this app satisfy that. It’s a lot like a video game in the way it’s formatted, but I feel so much better spending my time on here than, say, wordscapes because I feel like I’m actually stimulating my brain. I love the simplicity of the app, it’s incredibly easy to use and VERY addictive. Before writing my review, I waited until I won a competition and received the money from it, but I am so so happy that this app checks out and isn’t a scam. My only small complaint would be that sometimes the photos or scans I was shown in the competitions were inaccurately labeled, which can be really frustrating in a competitive setting. However, it’s totally understandable as a new app with a small, hardworking team. Love This AppI previously wrote a 4-star review due to some issues with the training zones for certain topics and because I felt users’ feedback on cases wasn’t being listened to. The DiagnosUs team actually made changes to the app based on my review, which is something you don’t see often. I also left feedback within the app about some inappropriate images I’d come across in one of the contests and they responded ASAP and now users are warned of this issue before starting. I do still find the responses to cases being flagged as incorrect a bit frustrating, but I understand the app is monitored by a small team and can’t get to everything right away. Also, I have made quite a decent chunk of money from this app - $200+ in the last week or so. It’s so much fun! Amazing, Super Fun App!This app is amazing! I was a skeptic at first, it seemed too good to be true that an app would give me money just for basically studying! As a medical student, I have such a hard time with radiographs and ultrasounds and various imaging and I feel more confident after using this app! It’s honestly fun and definitely a better use of my time than scrolling mindlessly through various social media apps. The more you play, the more you want to play and I find myself opening the app even when I’m doing random things like watching TV because it’s fun to challenge myself and see my accuracy answering questions improve! Definitely worth downloadingNaturally, I’ve always been suspicious of apps that promise cash rewards for contest winnings. Diagnosus, however, is a legitimate business that applies machine learning to science/ medicine. While I obviously don’t make a full-time salary from the app, I’ve found it to be a great way to add some cash to my pocket (especially when quarantined at home!) It’s also a useful learning tool for those interested in medicine; for example, I’ve gotten pretty good at identifying benign vs malignant skin lesions. GREATI was referred by a friend and I wasn’t really interested at first because getting money from an app looked too suspicious and was scared I might be scammed or hacked, but it turns out the app is not a scam because monies won can easily be withdrawn. Legit but some issuesThis app seemed too good to be true, but it’s definitely legit. You can easily win money if you’re good at the contests. I do wish the big reveal contests had some indication of your score; it’s difficult to see your progress so I usually just don’t compete in those. UmSo I saw a tik tok ad saying how this guy earned so much money from this app, and me being gullible, I downloaded it. Although from the good reviews this is just possibly a bug, but I completed one thing, and earned a dollar and after that It wouldn’t let me open anymore, it kept saying “try again” and i’d push it and it still wouldn’t open no matter what I tried. It’s Real and I love it.I’ve grown to love the app. Having interests in the medical field but pursing a career entirely different, DiagnosUs makes me feel belonged. Learning. Taking contests. Getting paid. I’d describe this as an exciting feeling. Do they pay? Yes they really pay you to learn. How cool? Very cool. Though the app lags sometimes, the support team does well to bring it back on track and as the name applies, they are kind and supportive.
