Still have IssuesI rated five stars because this app a great service to people who need it. It’s hard to get a loan now a days without getting charged an insane rate. The four payments are reasonable because if you can’t pay it back what’s the point of getting the loan in the first place? All the negative comments are about issues that has nothing to do with the service and are personal issues! But I’m here to ask why I can’t approved again for a loan I PREVIOUSLY was approved for?? $750 I even took screenshots to show the support team and only got a $150 loan as compensation, still took it because I’m just building credit easily and can make my payments. Yet paid off $250 before that. Im willing to invest a lot of money into this app for my credit. I’m a self contracted ex military veteran and now get paid in cash mostly. I know it goes off income from the bank but why can’t I get approved for the same $750 loan when I’ve had no previous issues paying off loans? I prefer cash in hand and even started to deposit about 1.5k a week to show bank activity but take it out to have in my safe at home. This is now my third loan and using only to build my credit and the convenience of having my spending money whenever I want. Amazing app for quick cash but the developers should take into account people here with good intentions to build credit and not in hardship. Easy Peasy!This app was recommended to me by Credit Sesame. I had a BK after my divorce about six years ago. Once it was discharged, I was hit by tons of credit offers- not the best for someone fresh out of debt. Between that, medical bills, having my second child and tons of life events (you know how it goes- when it rains, it pours), I was struggling a bit and it affected my credit score greatly. COVID has been another kick in the shins too. Anyways, I’ve been working extremely hard to raise my score the past nine months and Possible does just that- and it’s EASY! Best part is it’s not a hard hit to your credit. Possible is similar to Self (which I also highly recommend & love!). Possible & Self are amazing apps. They help those of us that are trying to improve, but conventional credit cards don’t trust us bc we made some mistakes. They give you and inch and it’s up to you to take it a mile and make it work for you. I’m appreciative for any help offered that helps me dig out of this trench. Great terms! PLZ update for Blind to get more biz!!For Blind users like myself, Please update app to include labels on checkboxes when accepting agreements at end and thruout application! It took me a extra hour to figure it out but most blind applicants would give up in just a few minutes! Since I am a blind Veteran advocate for disabled Vets it is my duty to report your app as not compliant with ADA regulations until you fix this and allow 6% of American borrowers to more easily use your service. That would make good business sense! When an app becomes easy to use for the blind the word gets around fast in the now tech trained blind who use accessable device tech! Your app developers can fix this in minutes to properly label check boxes. Also the slider at the final “accept money” requires the blind useing screenreaders to do a 1 finger double tap and hold on the <> symbols and then drag to right until it sticks on right. I suggest you change that to an actual slider button with a little instruction to seal the deal.. Genuinely saved me from being strandedSo I downloaded Possible for the same reason you’re all thinking about it and was quickly approved for a $100 loan. The fees are higher than something like the Dave app for example (can you tell I’m an idiot with my money so I have to use these embarrassingly frequently) because whereas other apps are pay in full on your next payday style loans, Possible lets you pay back over a few weeks so you’re not fighting to keep your head above water every week. This isn’t even the main point though. Today, bc of a Vegas vacation and various acts of god, I’m on a quarter tank of gas with 30 cents in my account and have to get home from work. Possible has a feature that will file requests for refunds on overdraft fees on your behalf. Your press the button to do it, the claim is filed, set it and forget it. I just checked my bank account and have $32 bc Possible came through at the best /possible/ time. The app idea great but is constantly brokenThis app was amazing the first time I used it. I needed an emergency loan and I literally had all the money I needed in my account within 15 minutes. The payments were easy, I could reschedule with no problems, and it boosted my credit! But now, I needed to pull another loan for a backup for a trip thinking it wouldn’t be a problem, however I kept getting errors in the state selection screen saying “ oops! We are having problems”....that was almost two weeks ago...Since then, nothing has been fixed and I even emailed asking what the problem was. They messaged me back saying they are updating in the California section of the app and cannot Lend to CA residents till it’s fixed(and also said she did not know when it will be fixed in a seemingly passive aggressive way) it was totally understandable at first. Every app has problems and sometimes needs updating. But two weeks??? And on top of that, now It’s giving me log in errors too! What if I had a payment due today and couldn’t even log in to pay it off?? I love this app, the idea of it is amazing and it helps a lot of people in emergency situations and (IMO the best part), it builds credit! But the functionality is horrible and very disappointing. It’s good until you pay it off.....A friend of mine told me about this app and how quick and easy it was to get a loan. I’ve had my share of payday loans and really didn’t want that hassle or headache again. A time came when I really needed the cash so I took a chance and applied. The application process was really quick and I got an approval response lightning fast. The option to get the money instantly to your debit card (free option for now) is also another easy convenience of this loan. I tend to do better with payments when they auto draft from my account so it keeps my payments on time. All was good my score was going up every time I made a payment. When it got to the 3rd payment, my score updated tremendously. I was stoked.....it wasn’t until the last payment status hit my credit that I noticed a major drop in my score over 100 points on Credit Karma. Possible will report the account “closed” after your last payment and “closed” accounts will always negatively affect your score. So the increase I thought I had was actually none existent. If you’re in a hard spot and need quick cash go for it. As far as building positive credit history don't bank on much. So far so goodWith the other apps like Dave , Float, Klover, and Bridget they only base your income on a direct deposit from an employer where I have a monthly inheritance distribution check that i physically receive via mail and then hand deposit via teller or atm. I’ll have to look into how Possible determine the amount of each loan however iv done 2 loans at $75 each where as they other apps are $10 and $30 and $30 and declined with Bridget so I’m very happy with Possible plus the added advantages building my credit score up because it would obvious be far cheaper for me to apply for a credit card and pay off the charges each month than to pay the higher interest rate through Possible and other apps plus oh my god I had a couple pay day loans out for $1500 total and paying $900 in interest over 3 separate payments but $2,400 total payback on $1500 wow that’s just nuts but I needed the money to survive so. Cried with joy, amazing company!I am so impressed with this company. My boyfriend got a small loan to help build his credit before we move in together. Shortly after he was unable to work and unable to talk. I did what I could to manage his finances during his recovery, I hit a lot of road blocks along the way talking to companies for his other bills. Highly recommend! Quick Easy!I came across Possible in the Providers app ( snap app ). I was in a bind. This app is awesome.I give this app 5 stars I’d give more if i could but possible has helped me with a lot. They’re my life saver and if you’re not able to pay on the date they give you, you can adjust it to what you want but it does have to be in the date range where it’s not to far away. If you don’t make much they do go by what you make to keep you from not putting yourself in a bind. So if you ask for the biggest loan and you get declined, don’t take it personal. They review your bank account and how much money you get but another plus to I believe that’ll help is always paying on time with them. They’ve been my life saver. BEST LOAN APP EVERI have probably one of the worst credit scores (thanks college and the economy), so it’s really, really hard for me to get approved loans that don’t have a crazy interest rate that makes the repayment 3x what the loan is. I swear this is my favorite app of all time nowI’m in a pinch stressing for money all weekend and I decide to google how to get money fast and this pops up. I’ve tried these apps before and there was always an issue especially because I’m on unemployment right now which a lot of the loan services don’t accept, since it doesn’t get direct deposited into your personal bank account but on a prepaid card. All I did was enter my ID, SSN, and my link my bank and I was approved in less than a minute. Not for the full amount, but still a good amount that helps me SO much. And they offer payment installments so you have over a month and a half to fully pay it off. The money was in my bank account within 3 minutes. It doesn’t check your credit either. This app really works!I had been looking for loan place options and apps; applying here and there. Big mistake! All I was doing was dropping my credit score, even with applying for super small loans. Great App but lately no so muchThis app was great in the past, it helped me out so much and helped me raise my credit score on numerous occasions. It came very handy when money was in a tight spot or you just need some extra money to get by. But as of late this app has been a complete let down more recently they haven’t been allowing me to take out a loan even though I made all my payments on time and never owed them any money and that my credit score was a 620. Also what they don’t tell you is that once you pay back the loan your credit score declines and without the option of being able to receive a new loan it puts a dent in you credit building. The worst part is that they never give a definitive answer as to why you were denied, I received numerous correspondence in the mail but all were vague as to why I was denied. Has potential.My experience this far has been mostly good. The app is easy to use. I’ve taken out a few loans with possible with absolutely no issues. The repayment is flexible. My only problem is that in the repayment agreement it states that money will not be withdrawn from your bank account until the day your payment is due. Well that’s not entirely truthful. I’ve had an early withdraw happen a few times now, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it before. I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Well today it has happened again. Please fix your “re-linking” bank issue - Super frustrating!3 stars because, while it does provide fast loans with fair paybacks, I am just so fed up with this app to give it any more. It’s SOOO helpful when it works, but EVERY time I reapply for a new loan, I need to re-link my bank account, and EVERY time I get stuck in this loop of it telling me, “Congratulations, we’ve successfully linked your bank account”, then does nothing to redirect me anywhere, so I close out of the page or click the back button and, you guessed it, it’s still not linked! So the process starts over, to no avail. Why it evens gets unlinked is beyond me. Amazing app!I have been using Possible Finance since December due to the pandemic putting me in a financial hard spot. Once I realized that I could build my credit with small, easy to pay off loans, I’ve taken out two loans since. They are super understanding when it comes to paying off the loan and will even let you reschedule your due date if life gets in the way. Stay AwayThese guys are really bad! Stay away. So I had a loan from them For $90 thinking I was a payday loan not an actual loan. It was broken down to 4 payments every two weeks. I made one payment on due date then on my next due payment I had a problem by my bank account so I reschedule for a later date because there was an option for another 2 weeks later. By the next due date I still had a problem with bank account so I try to reach them so I can cancel my payment I can send them a money order but they did not respond. They responded after my bank declined it so I got a fee from my bank. So I told them I would send a money order for remaining balance. They told me that they will mark my account as paid off and on time. One week later I get a email saying there will be a payment due and coming out of my account. I email them that I had paid this account in full, got a response saying don’t worry it was a computer error it won’t charge your account, but it did so I got another fee from account. After I had paid this off. And I found out the next week they reported my credit report being 30 days late after they told me it was paid off and on time. So I emailed them, they told me that they made a mistake and that by law they had to report as being 30 days late. After they told me it was paid off and on time. Don’t do it! It will ruin your credit!!!!I never write reviews... EVER! But I wanted to make sure to write this one to at least put the warning out there so that someone else’s credit isn’t ruined as well. I tried this app out because I was in between jobs (two weeks off) and thought it might be an easy solution to get my by, and definitely seemed easier and cheaper than doing a payday loan, it has been the complete opposite. First off, my email changed because of work and I was unable to update it on their site, so I contacted support.... four days later, a general response instructing me how to change it. Don’t even think about itI don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review of a company but I am now. Last year my credit took a hit because I was out of work. I read about Possible and thought it sounded like a good, and easy, way of getting a boost to my credit score. I applied for, and accepted, a small loan that I paid back in full with ease — no late payments or issues. They did report to all three credit bureaus as promised that helped raise my score a few points. For that reason I took out a second loan hoping to increase my credit score by a few more points. A few days ago I got alerts from the credit bureaus that there was a negative strike on my reports and my credit score dropped by 30 points. Turns out Possible Finance reports your account as CLOSED upon full loan repayment. They don’t do anything about it either—I contacted support and received a canned response apology stating they don’t have control over how the credit bureaus interpret the reporting. I’m now completely screwed because, after repayment of my new loan, expect my credit score to drop another 30 points. I’m physically sick over this as I’m out of work due to COVID and now my credit is destroyed. Prior to my today’s payment from the designated account I tried to add another account to change my payment method as advertised to be one of the features of the Possible app. When the account got verified through the Stripe API and reflected as an added account it kept on giving me the error message of “verify the account” by re entering both the ACH and account number which apparently didn’t work. So I reached out to Possible to do this manually and indicated I wanted the newly added account to be my default payment including the one today. After a couple of back and forth with the representative I received an email that the newly added account was now my default payment and that such payment would be withdrawn from that account today. So far so good. Come today the first thing I see is that the payment was ACH’ed from the previous account and immediately overdrew the account for what I’ll be charged $30. Beware of this app as it will clearly damage your banking relationship and get you into unwanted fees. Worst customer serviceWhat business doesn’t take phone calls from their customers? What business tries to: debit payment funds prior to the payment due date, then sends an automated text message at 12:06 AM screaming that you’re delinquent, while also threatening you with all kinds of “or else” jargon on the app, while still not taking phone calls, then “out of the blue” a payment does go through on the payment due date but the app still says your payment was unsuccessful (it cleared the account over 10 hours prior) but shows “pending”. Not only that, but what business reports you as “defaulted on loan” in less than a days time? I have NEVER been late. Ever. This is absolutely the WORST kind of customer service. No phone calls, no answers to emails. Like, seriously? You’re going to report an on time $46 payment as late but then don’t accept the payment (on the due date) and still claim a default? No thanks. Your device just isn’t worth the hassle. Plus, the way you report to the credit bureaus does nothing to help your credit, as you do claim. STAY AWAYYou will never stop getting calls and emails. Calls are outsourced and they won’t stop no matter how you threaten them. They are rude and hang up on you... App doesn’t work and they do nothing to fix itI have had and paid 3 loans through this company. Everything was great. They’ll approve you the amount they see fit which may be less than you asked for. It’s actually a good service but their app is trash and even when you reach out to them multiple times to fix it they don’t do anything other than tell you to “force close” the app, which does nothing, and try again. My legitimate bank account is PREPAID?!?!Unlinked my bank for no reason. Tried to relink it and was told my legitimate bank account that I’ve used with them for literally YEARS is “prepaid” (?!). It is absolutely NOT a “prepaid card” or a non-traditional banking source. It’s an actual bank that literally shows up in the search when you try to use their link feature. Real HumansI am not happy at all with the company. 1st I applied for the loan, it was approved quickly, but somehow instead of putting it in my account it went into my husband’s account, which is why it didn’t benefit ME! I took the loan for a specific reason, NOW that the put the funds in the wrong account the want the right information to get the funds from. I reached out several times to get it fixed no response. So fine, now it’s the 26th payment is due the 27th yet I rescheduled it for January and all of a sudden the app goes out??? Then instead of allowing me to VERIFY the account information they have, the app will only allow me to Update the information. Had they corrected the error they wouldn’t have this issue. Now my attempt to push the funds back according to to the app, along with Verifying what account information they have is blocked. I took out the loan and I’m the lead on my account. Does not improve your credit scoreI have been using services from this app since 2019. I have paid over 17 loans IN-FULL with this company, to which none was reported to credit bureaus. I recently had a job switch where my salaries went from bi-weekly to monthly, which really threw off my payment schedule. This was reported immediately to credit bureaus damaging my credit by 20 points. If you’re trying to increase your credit, paying this company’s loans will not help because they will not report it. But do not miss a payment because they will report that instantly and you will pay the price. Absolutely horrendous ethics. On top of that, they locked my account which is stopping me from paying ANYTHING. To add to injury, there is no customer service number. You will not speak to any human beings, but you will need to email them which takes several days for a reply. There are so many better options out there that actually do report your good behavior to credit bureaus, so I highly suggest you don’t use this app to increase your credit. Horrible app and customer serviceFinally got the last payment finalized after waiting 5 days on them to say it’s cleared. Even though I had my payment set up to come off of my debit card so it would only take 24 hours for them to get their money. I sent several messages in to customer service and never had one response back from them. Then I had to get another loan and chose to have the funds sent to my debit card and I get a message saying the deposit is delayed and have no date or time when I will get the money from them! And yet again sent several messages in with no response from customer service. Horrible customer service and they ignore you if you bring up an issueI had two previous loans with this company. I paid both on time until my third one. I was having issues with my bank I had on file and opened up a new bank account. When I went to switch out my bank and credit card info, it wouldn’t allow me. Because of that system error it caused me to get a late payment on my credit report which then dropped 45 points! Isn’t it odd that an app meant to help build your credit can turn around a destroy it just like that? I contacted Possible shortly after with the issue and instead of resolving it, the representative just kept sending copy pasted articles from the FAQ, which had NOTHING to do with my issue. App doesn’t workFor some reason the app doesn’t work on my phone correctly. Half of the buttons don’t work. Plus, the support team never respite any requests. Not Possible at all.I tried this out because I could use some help right now. People keep saying it’s fairly simple to be approved but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I tried first with a bank account that I’ve had for over 6 years. My paychecks are deposited there, plenty of history, etc. Immediately denied because the “average account balance is too low”, when I’ve usually got at least 1800 overall per month and the balance isn’t always low. I feel mislead by this company’s promises; I can pay back anything borrowed but I’m not even getting a chance, and I thought the entire point was for them to help when you’re having trouble. If I kept hundreds and hundreds in my accounts at ALL times, I wouldn’t need a loan. Feels like that defeats Possible’s purpose. Fraudulent App and CompanyI pushed my due date back by the maximum allotted time in the app (which is before 30 days past due) since it is an option and I needed more time to make the payment. This is the first time I’ve had to push out the due date, but I figured it was fine and there would be no issues. Well, I was wrong. I logged into the app today just to check since I’m super paranoid about these new apps, their functionalities and owing companies money. When I logged into the app, sure enough there was an alert in the app that said, “your loan has been charged off.” How? My first payment isn’t 1. 30 days past due and 2. the new due date has not even passed. I still have about a full week to repay it. I quickly emailed the company asking why my account status reflect a charge off. It makes zero sense. This should be illegal. 😡😡😡😡😡😡The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is I’ve had 3 flawless experiences prior to this loan experience. I Received $, and paid off $ with no problems at all. This company is horrible.I was invited to be part of a beta testing for their credit card. After trying to apply I get denied because of income so I double check everything and here my main bank account was not linked. So I write to customer service to fix it and go through 3 days of them having me try every way possible to link my bank account but am then told it may a problem with communication to my bank. Worst part is one of their app preview screens in the App Store literally shows my bank in the list of banks accepted. In the app there’s a list of banks not accepted mine is not 1 of them. So a rep tells me it won’t stay connected but they’re working on it that I should try to reapply later in the week. Well that would be great accept I then gets text that the beta testing slots are now full. So I write customer service and tell them it’s not fair. Great if you need cash but terrible repay systemThey keep saying my accounts either have a problem, can’t connect a debit card or have insufficient funds. I have contacted support numerous times with receipts of the money available in my accounts but they take forever to respond back. I don’t want my account in default over what is an error, I got this loan to build my credit not tarnish it over some little qualm. It would be much better to have a phone system to fix issues (like why wouldn’t you have representatives for something like this) AND the ability to pay with any debit card. I downloaded this app thinking maybe I could get a short term loan to get me through the next month after incurring a one time hefty expense I was not expecting. I had good things to say until recently!The customer service is non-existent. I had an issue and they responded with a message that didn’t even remotely answer my question or even relate to what I asked. It’s like they answered based off a few key words and didn’t even read my message. I responded back and haven’t had a clear answer for days. The processing time for payments gets slower and slower. It claims a 24 hour process time for debit payments, but mine has been “processing” for almost 3 days now and no can explain why or even reply to try to explain. ShadyI needed to reschedule a payment. I did so well before the deadline of what they gave me for rescheduling a payment. Then I received a text stating that the payment was being processed anyways. I tried to go to the app to see what the issue was I was logged out. Logged back in and I can’t view my loan history or payment due dates. It started the process all over again to get me to loan more money. I used this in an emergency because I’m poor and I really don’t like owing money. This also appealed to me because it said it would help my credit. Now I’m going to be over drawn and charged a fee because our whole financial system is broken. That’s besides the point. It’s legit but definitely not something to get use toThis is by far the only loans app that legitimately pays you without giving you spam email and phone calls. I borrowed $180 from this app a while back and just paid it off. I would’ve given this app five stars if it weren’t for its constant issues and problems. For instance, I can’t take out another loan atm because the app is down in my area and it’s been that way for a few days now. I’ve read in the past that it’s intentional so people don’t become dependent on it. It’s smart I guess but for those who only need it in low times it’s not very dependable.
