Download itI just fell in love with this app recently and thought i'd leave a review. i download a lot of apps that have benefits for things i'm already doing--- when the world was flowing i had redeemed a few rewards- some lipsticks, & perfume! i love btw-- now that the world has slowed down {i need something to look forward to} i love that they reward you with staying home points + bonus points for social distancing and being active = which leads me to i just used my chewy reward for my pup and i can't wait for that to come in!! but i look forward to the notifications from them, the app is made super well and easy to use!! i just really enjoy this app and i'm happy i downloaded it because it's only benefited me! (but i read the review before me and she put she wish there were more rewards which i love the rewards now but of course if there's more i'm all for it too!! The updates ruined the appI’ve had the app for about 2 1/2 years and when I first had it it tracked your miles and added it all up on its own (no going in and having to click to get your miles added or having to deal with pesky adds) and then you could use the miles you earned to get awards and subscriptions and they actually worked. Today the app has been updated to the point it just isn’t worth it, the Mile awards are too high, the adding the miles yourself instead of having them add automatically is tedious, and having adds plastered all over your screen or every time you try to click something just makes the app unusable and useless. The gift cards you were able to bet on and buy were a perfect addition and so was the certain miles multiplier depending on the type of way you traveled, but now with the miles + and the other subscription you have to buy in order to actually get the miles you have done or to make more of the miles you have road just doesn’t make any sense. I get the adds but paying for a subscription for an app that’s supposed to give you money and discounts so you don’t have to spend money doesn’t make any sense to me. LegitI’m feeling it some things really don’t seem to be that treat of a discount or you could find better but A+ for the effort and great display also it’s great for advertising for company’s and websites . Some discounts I love bc it is a good deal other offers they had seemed just like what the company already does like give big discounts for hotels with member rates which is free anyway to book and do on there site . So I guess you can say it’s a 50/50 chance wether your getting something great and a good deal but there are more good higher or exclusive rates than none or same as site or nothing special deals . Worthless and weakI have had this app for one day and felt that I should make it clear that this app offers nothing for the miles they give you or you earn. 10% off your first order if you join a subscription page and pay monthly fees, free tank of gas on a rent a car if you rent a premium car, 20% off if you spend 100$ on something you’d never Spend money on in the first place even if it was 50% off. However it is a great idea but absolutely worthless as it’s currently being used. How hard would it be to get business to give away free cup of coffee or a free burger at McDonald’s or some crap like that but not even that kind of thing is offered. Let alone that your miles are converted into fractions of the miles. I’ve seen conversions as low as 0.01 of a mile for ever mile redeemed. I’ve started to update the trips more frequently & have been enjoying it more. Rewards are up! Great work everyone on the staff. If the users were able to add more than one category for trips for a single time it would make more clarity for the rides and it could make our lives even better. Love my MilesIncredible app! It tracks my travel which is perfect for my work! It rewards me for the trips I would take anyway! It also gives me health incentives! And the rewards have really stepped up with anything from gift cards to subscriptions to free items or savings I would normally not find in other apps! Great potential, with a few issuesI constantly take public transportation to get around to work and errands, so thought that this would be a great way to rack up points. There seems to be an issue with the app as it doesn’t recognize transfer trips. For example, I take two buses to work. Once I get off the first bus and get on the second one a few minutes later, the app will only recognize my first bus ride and not the second. I also have an issue with rideshare miles as it wants other people to also requires other people in the ride to use the app. Instead of that, there should be an option where we could link our Uber/Lyft accounts to transfer our trip data to verify that the trip was in-fact a carpool ride..Windgod540Version: 1.0.76

Your trip and customer super isn’t working at allI’ve tried using your customer support both on your app AND website. Your trip counter stopped working, it went from saying I didn’t travel at all these last two days to now it’s saying I haven’t traveled ALL month. The App Itself is AwesomeI rate it 3 stars because I have over 5,000 miles just sitting in my account with no use. Most of the rewards offered are either unappealing to me, or located across the country. When it was first released there was a 5 dollar Starbucks reward that was awesome. I used it when it was there, but now that it’s gone there is nothing I want to spend my miles on. It’s to the point where I have turned off location services for the app to conserve battery. Why save all these miles when there is nothing to redeem them for? DisappointingThe idea is great but with the rewards that are available it is 100% NOT worth it! If you want discounts and coupons you can use the app called honey, it’s free. The rewards need to be gift cards or at the very least good discounts like 75% off items or websites. This site mostly gives you deals on subscriptions, which is NOT appealing because even if you get a month free you have to pay to keep it going. If you could redeem a years worth of a subscription for free that would be worth it, other than that it’s pointless. I downloaded it despite the low rating to check it out. I’m sad to say this app deserves the low rating. Get those rewards worked out and you could have a good thing going. SCAM- Charged a “Maintenance Fee”- Restarted me at 0.0 Miles! 😡😤🤬😤I got this app to simply let it do what it said it could- track my trips and perhaps allow me some rewards. Don’t downloadYears ago the app was good. I used to use it often because you didn’t have to pay a subscription to get all of your miles. I travel for a living and it’s crazy to think I get awarded 20 miles for a 120 mile drive, and for a 7 mile drive I get 8 miles. This app is just trying to get your money at this point. No worth having it anymoreThis was a very good app. when I first started using it, then they updated it and changed it. Now they are requesting a monthly or yearly fee for less benefits then what I was originally getting for free. They have now limited it so you can only count five trips today and it’s only a portion of the miles you drive. They did another update yesterday and now instead of being able to cash in Miles for gift cards every day it’s every 72 hours. The gift cards are sometimes $0.25 $0.50 $0.75 and a $1.00. However, they are not available very often. I did really enjoy the app and had referred my son, who download it, and had over 100,000 miles accumulated but since he hadn’t logged in for two months they took 100,000 points for inactivity. He thought he was still accumulating miles and didn’t see any point of logging into the app as he wasn’t going to use them yet. He wanted to let them build up. He did not receive anything saying they were changing everything and I would deduct such a drastic amount of miles in that timeframe. TrashI use app referral programs to make extra cash all the time. Each week they offer a large referral reward for adding 5 new “eligible” users. The eligibility requirements are that they must be a new user added in that weeks window and that they must drive a certain pre determined amount of trips during that window. I have this app on my husbands phone and mine, added 13 people last week between the two of us, 6 on 1 and 7 on the other and then took 5 of those phones/people out for the sole purpose of getting all the trips in and added a couple of extra trips to ensure they qualified. After waiting a week for the review, they determined that none of those accounts met the qualifications, knocking both my husband and myself out of the reward after spending hours of time and gas. Normally I wouldn’t care, but the fact that they offer these rewards and then pretend you didn’t qualify when you know for a fact you did leaves a really poor image of that company. I will be deleting the app and having all of the people I’ve had add it delete it as well. What happened to this app??This app used to be pretty great. I hadn’t used it for a while and since redownloading it I see now there’s a daily limit, you can no longer tag all your miles because there’s a limit on that as well. Poor choices and available areasThe app itself is pretty cool and most of the things you use to redeem your points are pretty fair but the reason they are fair is because there isn’t anything good or worth it to you to choose. They’re either like 10% off something crazy expensive or you have to spend a lot to get them or they are things that aren’t even anywhere near you. Also they are very misleading. Love the concept, but the rewards are essentially worthlessMost of these rewards are not something you would typically use often. For example, a lot of the options under the “food“ category are for those mail order food services. I don’t use those. Or a five dollars off a $50 purchase at target. Why not just give us a gift card so we can choose the amount based on our miles? If I’m going to spend $50, saving five isn’t that big of a deal. However, if I could purchase five dollar gift cards for so many miles, that would be beneficial. Or the offer from Chewy is only for first-time customers. Again, worthless. 5 star down to 2I used to love this app. It worked great and I was able to alter my trips to maximize my chance of earning challenge rewards. However, now most of my trips don't register correctly or are missing all together. Ex: I walked up the road (1.6 miles twice yesterday). The first trip got broken into two 0.8 mile trips so I didn't qualify for minimum of 1mile to count for challenge even though I never stopped and my second walk of the day doesn't even show up. I contacted support about a month ago, as it's been progressively getting worse. All I got back was a response that basically told me to make sure I open the app at least once a week...didn't seem like they even read what my issue was. Ridiculous "Maintenance Fee" PolicyI've been a user of this app for multiple years now and have collected over 20,000 miles. I just received an email that every single one of my miles has been deducted from my balance for "account inactivity" because I haven't opened the app in 2 months. There was only two warning email about this a week and three weeks prior that I did not see. If you're going to have this policy that steals from your app users, maybe you should give a better notice or even notifications from the app itself instead of emails that will ultimately get lost between junk mail. Used to be ok, now just not worth itI loved how this app automatically tracks your “miles” for you without having to go in and activating the app before every trip. The rewards were ok before, and I used to be able to get small gift cards are accumulating enough. However, now all gift cards require you to outbid other people using “miles” you earned, which I find so annoying and impossible to redeem. The tier system previously was decent before too, but now makes it impossible to level up a tier (goes by monthly) without either spending money or the type of person who literally does nothing other than moving around. Great…when it worksI’ve cashed in on a few referrals deals and have other members of my household signed up. Should be earning double miles for nearly all of my trips, however, it doesn’t register about 50% of the time. The trip will be logged for the both of us individually but we have to constantly put in support tickets to have the miles corrected. It’s frustrating to have to continue to do this as each ticket requires specific information about the impacted trips and it has to be something you stay on top of tracking if you want to earn the miles you should be. I’ve stopped referring anyone to the app and have advised customer service of this particular issue over a dozen times in the last 3 months. Kind of a wasteI signed up for the miles ap back when they were offering $5 Starbucks cards for 2,500 points. Since August there has been nothing worth redeeming points for. If you listen to podcasts or the radio, you can get all the same coupon codes that you would be cashing your points in for on the miles ap. I can honestly say without a doubt that NONE of the so called “rewards” are worth redeeming. I redeemed some points for a $40 off purchase from a site that only exists in Europe so the shipping is like $40 per item. Ridiculous. The “prizes” remind me of the old magazine subscription thing where they get you to sign up for a free subscription and when you don’t cancel after the trial period you get billed a cray amount. New changes killed the beloved appI used to love old version of the app. Even though you wouldn’t earned big bucks, it tracked your miles automatically without any time and effort. With the new changes the free version of app becomes a chore and a paid version doesn’t make sense because I never earned $40 a year from this app. I just don’t get the point: pay $40 to earn $5-10??? With old version I could easily cashed my miles for 25-50 cents. Now it’s practically impossible to cash them out. I guess all gift cards go to paid subscribers. Updates ruined app due to greedI used this app for 2 years and cashed out many gift cards. App was amazing and had very reasonable limits to cash outs and collecting "miles". After the updates 2-4 months ago the app added their Miles+ subscription service and limited mile redemptions and collections themselves to make the app essentially worthless. I work gig work and used to get rewarded slightly for all my GPS location. Now Miles app makes you sift thru all your trips to pick your top 5-10 to collect. Just an App that makes you pay for free thingsSo… aside from the $5 gift cards that you can redeem an asanine amount of miles for there is literally nothing else that the app has to offer. All of the “deals” that you can redeem your miles for are just the regular free trials that are already available to anybody who wants it. Really really garbage updatesYou used to be able to automatically get your miles; now you have to claim every single one. You used to be able to get a gift card every day, now it’s near impossible and you have to wait 72 hours to get another one. Referrals do not work. The excessive ads are annoying. They even made the trivia less enjoyable by implementing a screen that makes you rate how hard the trivia was every time you finish one instead of just automatically letting you go back to the trivia screen. Referral program is a scamSupposedly you get a $200 gc if you refer 5 people who take 5, 2+ mile trips. It said my mom sister and best friend were “not valid referrals” and didn’t give me credit for them even though they drove the miles. So I got credit for 3 referrals only and was offered $15. Not Fond Of It!This could be a great app; however, from my end there has been too many issues with missing miles from trips. When I try report the issue, the response from I guess it’s the customer care team seem to be the same generic response, to open the app 2x a week. Trash appI’ve been using this app for 3yrs. It’s been scammy from the beginning, but it’s gotten much, much worse, with their new updates. It used to be that you could run the app, while driving, and it automatically tallied your miles. If you “tagged” (what the trip was for) your trip, you got 50 bonus miles. It’s now 5 bonus miles. Now, you have to “claim” the miles traveled, you only have a week to do so, and they implemented a daily mile limit. I kept it bc they occasionally offered Chewy codes, for $15 off $49, but they no longer offer that. The offers are mostly referral programs, that they receive products, money, bonuses from. A lot of missing tripsI started in January 2022 when the tier was by how much miles you covered. Now it is by trips and ever since they did trips they are not counting quite a few of my trips to the point that I have been logging in my trips to make sure they log it. Doesn’t track everythingI downloaded this app to help me keep track of all my miles: driving, walking, biking, etc. I have my phone with me with every trip. The app does a great job tracking driven miles; however, it does not capture MOST of my walking/running miles. I use a walking app to track those miles so I ALWAYS have my phone on me. I walk 2-5 miles a day (at various times) depending on the day. I seem to lose out on a ton of miles and bonus miles because the app doesn’t accurately track them all. I made a suggestion to link the app to the Apple Watch/Fitbit or health apps like MyFitnessPal or Strava. False AdvertisingThis app falsely advertises that you can use your earned miles to purchase gift cards. Not once in more then a year have I even seen a purchasable gift card. Everytime I check (nearly daily) the gift cards are always "sold out". I do not believe that the company actually offers gift cards for purchase, only use the false advertising to get app users.
