This App Is AmazingI literally love this app. I downloaded this app yesterday and studied all day. I took my permit test today and passed it with a perfect score. I don’t understand why everyone is complaining yes you do have to pay but there’s a 3 day free trial after that you have to pay. I did all 60 levels in one day because I had to take the test the next day. If you can’t afford it just use the free 3 day trial and memorize and much as you can. This app makes studying fun and entertaining. I couldn’t stay studying for more than 20 minutes on the Book I’ll end up falling asleep but I studied all day this this app which is shocking to me. There’s even an option to pay $9.99 a month instead of $4.99 a week. $10 a month is not expensive especially for the amount of information this app gives you! I know this a long review but I’m just in disbelief of how much I’ve learned in a couple of hours. When I first downloaded the app I literally had no clue about anything that do with driving. Eh...Okay, so I do like this app, and it’s good for helping me study for my permit test, with all of the visuals and the simplicity of each chapter. That being said, and I get that you guys have to earn your money, but please, for the love of God, don’t lock everything behind a paywall! Most people, including me, are teenagers that are going to take their permit tests soon. Most of us don’t have jobs, and I can’t even buy premium because where I live, you have to be 16 to work. I think it’s a little scummy making teenagers pay to use this app. There are so many other ways for you guys to make money. I’d rather you NOT force us to buy premium and just make people watch ads. You COULD offer premium, but that should be optional, not forced upon everyone. Also, the reminder thing doesn’t even work. I set my reminder time to a certain time, and I get reminded 2+ hours after the time that I set. Fix that please. Also, seriously? Those who don’t get premium get a daily limit of TWO LESSONS? Are you kidding me? It’s like you’re punishing those who genuinely can’t buy premium, which that in and of itself is just a horrible thing to do. And also, why would you limit the amount of ads people can watch? Don’t you WANT more money? Limiting ads to two a day won’t make you more money. App runs very smooth but giving us ads and forcing a membership?I have to admit I find this app to be extremely well built as well as helpful for a student like me, but I find it tough on a tight schedule. I don’t have the money to complete this in a week, I am also in no rush, but I find it upsetting that the little time I find myself doing this, I can’t do more than 3 chapters. I understand this a very expensive app to develop, but I have lost patience with back to back ads and still not being able to continue. Again I’m a freshman in high school, I have got a lot to do, much less than others, but still how do you expect people with full-time jobs or school to have the patience as well as time to complete this. And according to my math, at this rate, it will take 2 and a half weeks not including special recaps- and while you may want the special help (which is very good) I just feel like I can do so much more. So before going premium do double check yourself that you are prepared, other wise I love the innovation and the professionalism in this app. It’s very smooth and even somewhat relaxing. The atmosphere is one I would like to learn in and I believe developers have outdone themselves. But I would recommend specialized classes such as motorcycles, semi trucks, manual-drive. Thank you.At 20 years old it’s embarrassing to say that I just got my learners permit. I just “got around” to it because I suffer from severe anxiety and PTSD due to trauma from bad car accidents in the past. When I downloaded this app, I had no hope. I started using it to study, and thanks to the reminder setting, I actually went back to studying from time to time. All of a sudden I had the courage to try and drive in a parking lot, so I did. It was terrifying at first, but I did it. After a while of studying and the mini tests that the app provides, I decided to make an appointment to receive at least my permit. I got to the “final test” on the app and I passed, I took it a few more times and I passed those times as well, so instead of waiting for my appointment, I just walked into my dmv. Of course I was still scared of failing, but I’m proud and happy to say that I passed with flying colors. Not a single incorrect answer. Use this app!!Hi! If you want to get your permit but you just can’t sit down and read the book, maybe it’s the attention span (that’s me) or you just don’t have time (also me) or maybe the book is just too boring (also one of my problems 😂) this app helps out with these problems a lot. It’s on your phone and so whenever you have free time just open the app click on the next chapter and start reading. The chapter are just shortened versions of the actual book so you get all the information you need just in a shortened version! The app is colorful and it’s like a game. If you pass the tests, you get points and go to different levels, with these different levels, you get a different car each time! So it really grabs your attention and makes you wanna keep passing the tests and keep up to see how many points you get. Definitely buy this, it’s worth itI would recommend this app, It’s so worth it. I’m studying for my permit test and just taking the DMV practice test or trying to read the book is so boring. I feel they make the question very confusing and hard to understand but with this app I understand everything. I love that they give you pictures to show what is happening or what it is looks like. I like that they give you preview and explain about whatever section u are doing before taking the test for that section. It also explains to you why you got the answer wrong or got it right. Then after a few sections you can take a mini test on those sections u did already. I found this app very helpful so i would definitely recommend it. Love itI am so nervous about my taking my test. I have been wanting to go to drivers school for a while now. I asked my mom she said it’ll have to wait then a couple of days ago me and my oldest sister was talking about how she was gonna get me a car and which one we wanted then she said something about drivers class that I’ve been wanting to go to. Amazing app but not all information are provided in lecturesI am a first time learner and I found this app to be a quite entertaining way to learn the rules of the road. There are cool graphics and fun scenario problems. However, answers of 1/4 of the test problems given aren’t explained in lectures. For example, it would ask you a question regarding where to check the oil level, but the tutorial mentioned nothing about checking oil levels, or even different parts of the car. I think this is a great app for someone who already has a some experience with driving or understands the different parts/function of the car, it would serve as a perfect refresher. But it might be challenging for someone like me who has little knowledge of how vehicles functions at all. (I have to search up a lot of the different vehicle parts myself in order to proceed with the questions sometimes). It would be great if the app can offer different levels of explanation based on the user’s level of knowledge. AMAZING!!I LOVE this app. I have one year until I can get my permit, so I want to know everything about driving. This is definitely the perfect app for that. I have learned so much already about driving since the second lesson! The lessons are quick and easy. This app basically has you take these quizzes, and you answer which you think is right. (it's multiple choice) It will tell you if you're wrong/right, and then gives some helpful reasons why the rule is that way. The only thing I don't like about this app, is all the ads I have to watch because I don't have the full version. To unlock a level, you have to watch an ad. I understand that watching the ads help bring money to the company that made this, but maybe we can watch an ad every other level instead? Good app with some errorsSimilarly to other reviewers, I only used this app to study for two days, a few hours per day and I passed on the first try. There are a few questions on the DMV test that aren’t specifically covered in the app, but they are all solvable with common sense. Where I have a problem with the app is with some of the answers. There are some where the explanations clearly point to one answer while the “correct” answer isn’t correctly designated, causing confusion. I would say there were around three of these such answers. In addition, there are also some tests that cover material not in the reading; I have no idea where the oil tank is in a car, why don’t you just put that in the reading that was right before the test? Most Helpful App!I failed the written test 3 times and was losing hope in myself. I struggled to read the handbook because I’m more of a visual learner and a lot of the things said were things I failed to understand or think about. It wasn’t until my cousin and mom recommended me this app that it has been the best that has ever helped me. After many websites and other apps, nothing has helped me understand the rules of the road more than this app. As a visual learner, it has helped me visualize and put myself in scenarios so much better than any other website or app has done for me. Worth the pay.It’s not even expensive.. Single teen mom here who waitresses, so I’m busy. This app helped me stay on track. Everything about it is amazing. I have adhd and some learning issues, but the way they set the curriculum.. not too much reading but enough to inform you about everything. After each chapter (which none are super crazy extensive long) you take a short quiz. All throughout the levels. I think there’s like 62 levels before the final test. I’ve passed every level 80%+ and I’m on level 42 I believe. I love it. Almost perfect!I love this app. I passed my test because of this app. Only one tiny problem- there is one question on this app that does not match to that of the official DMV written test. My first time seeing the question on Zutobi I clicked my answer but it turned out to be wrong. I thought there was no way it could be that answer, but it was on Zutobi. On the written test though, I got the exact same question from Zutobi and I clicked the answer that Zutobi said to be correct. Guess what? I got it wrong on the written test! Turns out, the answer I knew from the beginning was the correct answer. Thanks a lot Zutobi. No I’m kidding, besides that one question, everything is accurate and very helpful. I recommend this app! Get this app!!!I bought the premium version a week before my permit test so and then cancelled my subscription after. This app is really good at helping you understand the concepts you need to know in order to pass the test. None of the practice questions are actually on the real test but this app does a good job at providing similar examples. I went through the whole course in like four days and read the whole drivers handbook. I was really worried about not passing but I got a 100% and I don’t think I would have without this app. The subscription is worth it and just pay for a week and then end it after you pass your test!! Disappointed. .This app is so awesome. It really is. The only reason I gave it so low of a rating it because of the ONLY option it gives you to use the app. You can use it for a free THREE days yes, (not even a week ?) but there is no free way to use the app after that. . Its worth itFor an app that offers a premium service, but ESSENTIALLY since its a free app, its definitely worth the down load. Granted, if you have a good but of common sense, a majority of the questions are fairly easy. At the start I was reading the lessons they offer before the test, and its good information. However I found that even just skipping straight to the test I average getting 90% of them correct regardless. But the 10% I get wrong was a nice learning experience. They have state specific questions as well which I thought was nice. Hii….THIS APP IS WONDERFUL but… it does have a lot of stuff to work on, such as the timing and Glitches. I have an iPhone 11 that is up to date but everytime I open the app it either takes 5-10 minutes to load or just glitches out of the ap completely. Secondly, when I’m actually in the test, for the timer, it’s weird, cause some days I can do it when my timer isn’t up, but on other days I can’t do it at all when my timer is going ( like the timer is being used correctly) so, I would like to see if you could work on that. And also when I go into a test and try to take it, the screen where it makes me buy the membership comes up automatically. The best app ever!!!!I recently started studying for my driving test and while studying in the book I end up getting distracted easily and I wanted an app which could help me study without panicking!! Help?This app is amazing, its helping so much with what information you need to know when you start driving, most of what i learned came from this app, i definitely recommend it to anyone learning how to start driving. Extremely HelpfulI’ve always wanted to drive but I could never push myself to read the handbook I would always lose interest. So when I heard about the Zutobi app from a ad I decided to check it out. I read through the description and it talked about how you don’t need to read the manual and it basically summarizes it for me. I instantly downloaded it and started going through it. I like the app….butThe price for the plus subscription is expensive and “prices are subject to change without notification” is blatant robbery. I like this app, it’s a good amount of interactive and the length of the individual lessons make it so learners don’t get discouraged. Great App!I personally was ecstatic that I found something that is reliable and easy to learn from. Let me be real though. I downloaded it thinking it was all free until it said you had to pay to get the course. I doubted it, but honestly I’d rather get this than $350 courses. Great for learners but there’s one thing…So I’m hurrying to study for my permit test cause I don’t want to fail again and I got this app and it’s very helpful. They’ll either let you pay for plus or just watch an ad to view course. However, you only get access to 3 ads before you have to wait ONE whole day before you can do another 3. This app is great!So I have a short attention span and always get so distracted with things. Especially when it comes to studying and reading. But this app made it so easy! I did the 3 day free trial and was able to do all the tests in those three days. And I passed the final test! My trial is over but I’m thankful I can just watch an ad to do more tests. So great would recommendI’m not usually one to actually sit down and write a review but this app is an amazing way to prepare for your permit test. It breaks all the chapters down and then breaks it into lessons which you go through then gives you a test. This comprehensive learning style is very similar to how the modern us high school education system is making it easy to comprehend through the eyes of a high schooler I genuinely got sad when I reached my lesson limit for the day because I just wanted to learn more. Greedy Greedy GreedyAs a teenager I am very excited to start driving. My parents promised to pay for my first test but if I fail I need to pay for my own. I’m ok with that but I need to study in order to pass the first time. I was so excited to find a well organized app to help. BEST APP EVER!!!This app is very good, it lets you take these lessons and quizzes which will help you learn how to drive, it has already helped me a ton me being a new driver. I always study before I sleep and so when it first popped up i was like okay, I’ll just study some more tomorrow night. So that’s like what? Perfect! But…Hi I’m 14 and I still haven’t gotten much real experience when it comes to driving cars. I know some basics but at times it’s stressful and I know eventually comes a time where I’ll have to take the big test and put my knowledge to the test. Ehh its okayI like this app but so many of the questions are worded ambiguously, and most of the questions they ask in the evaluations aren't even taught to you in the lesson. RiggedI was really happy and all, expecting to learn something, and I started the first test. There was literally only one question, and it asked me if I was excited to learn. So I hit yes, and tried to start the next test. Literally as soon as I clicked on it, it took me to this pay wall. I AM 16. I do not have money to pay for something like this. I don’t have the money and I am not going to ask my parents to pay for something like this monthly. My parents bust their butts off for me with the amount of income they get. They have enough bills to pay and I’m not gonna add another bill. If I had a job maybe, but I can’t get to work without a car, and I can’t a car without a permit and I can’t get a permit without passing the test, and I can’t past the test if I don’t know anything. This app is misleading. You download thinking you’re gonna learn something, but you can’t without paying. Remember your audience, most of the people that download this app are teens, and they aren’t making money to pay for something like this. Angry TeenagerThis looks like an awesome app and it does look like you can learn from it although I can’t really say that with certainty because I only took one test question that asked me if I was excited to take the test and then after that it told me I had to pay to learn. Not the best fit for everyoneDon’t get me wrong, I like how the app is structured and the lessons are actually helpful but the fact is it really isn’t for everyone. I used the app for about 2 weeks on the free version which only allows you to do 2 lessons a day. I actually learned a good amount from it and the lessons were well written and helpful but the time it takes to complete the entirety of the lessons to be ready for a permit test just simply isn’t necessary for everyone. After the about two weeks I wanted to find a quicker way to learn and found my state’s practice tests on the official site and just practices those until I got good scores on all three of them. This process took me about three days max and I was ready for my permit test compared to the 2-3 months it would have taken me to complete the whole Zutobi course. Again it is a fantastic option for people who are okay with taking the whole course and taking about 3 months to do so but there may be better options for others..Manuel93837Version: 3.3.2

Pros and cons.The app was good, gave good tests and had a good way of teaching. But when I first opened the app, it showed me their premium content. I did not want to pay for any premium content because I do not have the right money to spend on it. I went to take a test and everything was going well until I reached 7 questions remaining and they gave me another showing of their premium content! I clicked the X out of it and it brought me back to the 7 remaining questions screen, I clicked the “next question” button and it brought the premium content out again! This went on for many times, and I never got to finish my test. I deleted the app, and now I’m here. Don’t get me wrong though, this is a pretty good app. All I ask is why must you always shove your premium content in my face? Is there a way for you to not do that? It’s a TrapYou have to pay in order to use this app. They charge 4.99 per week for you to be able to take any quizzes. The only thing you can do is take a one question test which asks you if you’re excited or not to learn. Then in order to continue to do anything on the app you will be charged 5 dollars a week. What 15-18 year old wants to pay that a week? Many kids don’t even have a job yet, so they’re not gonna have the money to pay for it. They’re better off just taking free quizzes on a different app or online. I understand that the app developer wants to make money, but $5 a week is a bit ridiculous. Maybe have a couple free quizzes so that if a kid doesn’t have money, they can at least get something out of the app. Also a few free quizzes would help an app user know just what it is that the app is offering. Money Money MoneyAt first, when i saw this app i got pretty excited since it looked like a fun way to study the test. Little did I know, the first question asked “Are you excited to get your drivers license?” then you proceed to answer yes or no. Immediately after that it asks if you want to get the premium version (which is 10 dollars a month). The game is then locked behind a pay wall to learn/study the other 99% of the app. 10 dollars to me at only 16 is like 100 dollars, I cant even go and buy a pack of gum from the store, so if I'm gonna get a job to get money how am i gonna get there without a car if i need to know how to drive for the test? AWESOME but it’s a no for meOk. Overall the app is AWESOME !! It’s colorful, it gives pictures etc ! But you have to pay $5 a week. Now that doesn’t sound bad at all ... if you have a job . Like most of us, we don’t. And our parents will not pay either. ConfusionSo I started studying for my permit test and looked for ways to study and saw a YouTuber show this app, so I downloaded it. Very is normal and the test do make sense but the paywall that comes up is extremely annoying but I know you guys are a company and need money but there are better ways to do it, as for the other reason is every time I try to do a lesson it says either I have no internet connection, even though I do or I do the lesson and still unable to to move on using up the free lessons without premium, so there isn’t any progression. A tale of betrayal.I kept getting this as an ad on Instagram, as a teenager who's late in learning to drive, so I figured: why not? This should be a fun way to finally learn how to drive! It looks colorful and legit! I complete the introductory chapter, I'm excited as ever to finally prepare myself for driving school and catch up with all my peers. I select Chapter 2, and my heart shatters on the realization that I, a simple teenager without a job or bank account, am being extorted and cheated. I want to learn to drive? Don’t bother if you can’t pay $4.99/weekI was excited to use this app as it was the most up to date dmv app available, but after the first lesson (which was a one question quiz saying “are you excited to get your drivers license?”) I was unable to move on to the second lesson without paying $4.99 as a weekly subscription. The app appears to work as a point system, where you get enough points on one quiz in order to move onto the next. However, after taking that first quiz a dozen times, I was only able to achieve 300 points... it said I needed 582 points to move on to the next lesson. No matter how many times I tried to retake that first lesson I still could not get enough points to move on to the second one. The only other option was to pay for a $4.99/week subscription which allowed access to all of the quizzes regardless of the amount of points you have. The issue with this is I’m 16 without a job or any time to get a job, and my mom doesn’t see the point in paying for an app if the dmv book works just fine. Immediate IssueI was doing my first test and got to the fourth question, and upon pressing “continue” I got a pop-up for the premium version. It seems that it won’t let me continue unless I purchase a free trial and the premium account. The person who recommended me this app had originally been able to complete the entire program without purchasing premium, but have had their data wiped and are now experiencing the same problem that I am. Three days isn’t nearly long enough to complete it (since I am a minor and still go to school). Not realistic to charge money for thisI got this app for obvious reasons, I want to prepare for my learner’s permit test. I, however, was under the assumption that it was free. I understand needing to make money, but blocking literally everything except the first five questions?? Why can’t you format it like Duolingo or other apps, where the majority of the content is free but you have ads play after each test and have a premium subscription option. Blocking everything behind a paywall is not realistic for jobless teens or people in low income households who want to learn to drive but can’t afford to pay a subscription for whatever reason.
