Fan girl Dasher here 😉As a driver, it has been a cool experience so far. I really like the contact-free option that a lot of people choose. The only downside for me was the inconvenience of receiving my deposits when I first started. To make things easy I applied for the dasher direct card which allows me to receive daily deposits…although it does pay me daily on the days I deliver, it doesn’t come until about 10-12 hours after midnight. I do really enjoy that I can use the card at many retailers. The only issue I have had with using the card has been to fuel up which has been very inconvenient at times when I’ve wanted to keep dashing but the card wasn’t accepted for fuel purchases, even as a debit. Overall the customers have been really great! Doordash support is always quick and extremely helpful in EVERY situation. They have helped me keep my cool during stressful situations with app malfunctions, restaurant mistakes, etc. Gene (from engineering) really made me feel like my input mattered when we were discussing an app issue. He was patient and helpful the entire time. Every time I call it is nothing but friendly and resourceful humans. Customer support is some of the best I have had from any company. I really hope that Doordash continues to thrive because I truly enjoy the freedom, the customers and the company all together. Best way to get your door dash tips“”You want this Visa debit card”” This card is great you can immediately get your doordash tips deposited in to your dasher direct checking account and use this dasher direct visa debit card at the end of every shift. If you start delivering and your low on gas no problem, after you get your first tip you can end your shift and immediately your tips will be deposited on to your dasher direct card and you can go get a little gas to keep door dashing. This card is just like any debit card. It Can be used anywhere and for anything visa debit cards are used for. There is a $2.50 ATM fee for cash withdrawal charged by dasher direct. Any other purchases I have made so far are no charge and you will get cash back on gas, food etc…and a bunch of other things. It’s not a lot of money but i have noticed for example , if I get some fast food and let’s say $30 for gas. 2 or 3 times After that it seems like I usually have $2 or $3 bucks cash back I can redeem and it’s instantly added to my dasher direct balance to use for anything I want. There is other features that’s to much to explain here and features that I’m not even familiar with yet. I have had this card for about a month and it is 100% the fastest, free of charge way to get your loot. SUPER DUPER!!Very grateful for opportunities to make ends meet during difficult times. A lot of us in the world are definitely struggling I’m sure.. I myself have been struggling with my financial status. Door dash is really a great opportunity to catch up on bills or an avenue to save money if your 9-5 job barely covers your costs of living situations and bills etc. for anything really to reach a goal of buying a special thing you may have wanted without harming your budget. I think door dash is the all in all best go to versus other competitors considering all angles of precise app features and consistent steady flow of orders. I myself like sticking to same patterns and more in to the staying committed to anything I’m involved in.. rather than joining competition companies. Being a Dasher has been a lifesaver to my family as I had to figure out how to keep food on the table as a side hustle to earn a little cash, etc…Especially, with my husband’s failing health and a 12 year old daughter to raise by myself. Being a Door Dasher is the bestOn my very first day of being a Door Dasher, I was able to figure out the process of how getting to the pick-up location worked, how to accept the order, the directions to the customer’s location, how to to deliver it, how to get paid as soon as I dropped it off, and how wait for the next offer, totally by myself. It’s that easy and I’m 77 years old. I love being a Dasher because 1. I’m my own boss. When I succeed it’s because of my own efforts and my own determination. 2. I make my own hours. I can work (or not) wherever ,whenever and whatever hours I want. 3. I get paid immediately after each delivery and I can check out right then and there if I need or have to, but I choose to continue Dashing for the amount of time that I’VE chosen. Then I let my money just build up during the week, ( using my virtual or physical card to pay for gas when I need it, during the week) Then I can collect all or part of it at the end of the week, I think being a Door Dasher is probably the best, easiest , and most profitable job I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m love dashing.I know I haven’t been dashing much but I had a death in my family and I can’t wait to start dashing again, being my own boss I just can’t take anything less than 2$ a mile because the gas prices have been ridiculous lately. I enjoy making my customers happy and making sure they know that I’m very grateful to them. I do everything as if it was my own and always keep them updated if it’s taking too long. I appreciate DoorDashing letting me work whenever I have the time. I would really like to do it at least 4-5 days a week and hopefully make some good tips. I love getting stacked orders and I would rather do it during the day because I can see where I’m going to because at night it’s really hard to try and see the #’s or the homes or apartments. So far no big problems!DasherDirect has been very helpful! Love being able to get an instant direct deposit and easy access to my money. I’ve also been able to transfer it to my main bank account I use to pay bills with no fees, except transfers do take sometime for it to move to another account so beware if you’re trying to pay something by a certain time/date. You might as well as use the actual dasherdirect card to pay something off since it still works as a normal debit card. Another thing is you still need to hold off some money for taxes which I do by literally transferring the money to a savings I have and plan on holding onto it until tax time. Something else that is scary, if you don’t know what’s happening at first, is that if you use the card for gas it’s going to “take out everything” on the card but after a couple minutes it’ll correctly take out only what you paid for in gas and I think that has to do with the science of how cars readers at gas pumps work. Those are the only things that had bothered me while I’ve been using it, outside of that everything has worked great! And the extra thing that’s helped me recently is you get monthly statements that tell you exactly how much you were paid and are great for proof of income instances! Absolutely Amazing!Doordash alone as a whole is such an amazing opportunity for all people who are willing to put in some work. Doordash is such an easy application to use and you can work on your own time! That is just mind blowing that you can choose your own hours, not only that but they also have a doordash direct deposit application that allows you to access your money instantly after completing a dash! They have direct deposit and the funds appear instantly. For all of those who are skeptical about how much doordash pays you and what the going rates are for completing deliveries. Love the PerksThis has to be one of the best cards I’ve had. It’s very simple to use and navigate through the app and I love the instant savings when I shop at a listed store. So not only am I earning points & discounts with my savings cards for the particular store but I’m also saving instantly when I use my card at checkout There’s no having to attach the savings to the card before they’ll give me the savings. It’s already there! I can either let it build up as like a little savings account or have it sent over immediately to go back into my available balance!! Great App, Amazing Debit Card! Very exciting new way to work!I applied back in early December to become a Dasher, after applying and undergoing the background check the process from there was seamless. I got approved less than 3 days later, and was super excited to start. Ever since then, I noticed how caring the customer service line is to all of us as Dasher’s; they are patient, understanding, and above all respectful. They understand that we are the face of the company to their clients and business customers who use their platform everyday. It is a great feeling knowing that I work for a company that truly cares for all sides of this business, from us Dashers, the customers, the restaurants and shops we are contracted with, to the banks we use to deposit and use our funds! The Dashers Life is for Me!I have always loved driving jobs, and DoorDash has been one of my favorites of all of them! Choosing my own hours is phenomenal. But on top of that I literally could work anywhere that I am I could visit my sister and work while I’m over there I could literally travel the world and work crossing America what other job could you have the flexibility or ability to do that regular delivery jobs often get boring and monotonous when you’re going to all the same regulars and places day in and day out. I could start in Connecticut and end up deep in New York if I want to checking out all the sites on the way and anytime I feel the need I can go on break do what I have to do Weatherby an hour two hours and then jump back to it. And if I decide to work another job I can still keep this one and whenever I need cash it’ll be in my account the second I’m done dashing who can beat that?!?! Aside fromI love my door dash gig aside from the not so realistic rating I go above and beyond including running several blocks if there is a traffic issue or car problem what ever it may be.. If I'm a tad bit late do to a new address not being on the map yet or gps running me in circles attempting to find a new development house or.. Oh and every time it says to contact to customer / call or text it says this number no longer works and some times that plays into our review because it seems like we didn't follow the customers instructions they provide in the app when it's not our fault and this has been going on for years now. I think there should be a number provides by the customer to contact them if it's in there instructions then we should be able to get ahold of them to keep our numbers up... And more than not restaurants get flooded w togo orders late that normally would have some of there business eating in!! Now there not a soul in the eatery and theres 20 dashers waiting on orders and we could stand there 30-45 minutes causing orders to be a little later than the customer would like and it reflects on us not the crabby overwhelmed restaurant workers.. Costing us position, pay, positive feedback and now a 15 min order turned into a hour ordeal and everyones upset w the dasher.. Lack In DetailsIt's a good card and everything and it's very convenient that you get the virtual card and have access to use your funds while waiting for the physical card but it is a lack of information to your customers about the Google pay and Apple Pay compatibility because I've been looking everywhere online to see if I can get an answer if the card would work with Apple Pay or Google pay and I cannot find the answer to nowhere on the Internet so the only way to get your answer is to self try it and see if it works and while I was signing up for the card I was not informed that it is Apple Pay and Google pay compatible and I think as a company you guys should let your customers know all the advantages they have available to them instead of having them go and sign up for some thing without knowing all the pros and cons and they have to figure out their selves later on down the line and then they may not be so much happy customers because I know me personally I was concerned for 2 to 3 days about how I would use the card in store not knowing that it had the Apple Pay compatibility and if I had known sooner than later that I could add it to my wallet I would've been using it more excessively instead of the lack of knowledge and stressing myself trying to figure out how am I going to get the funds to use in store.Cookiez CornwellVersion: 1.7.0

Good side jobI’ve been working for DoorDash for about a month and a half and my experience has some pros some cons. It’s a good side hustle for some extra cash but depending on the area you live in, I wouldn’t make this a full time job. A huge con that I don’t like is when you decline an order it brings down your acceptance rate and I don’t like that. A lot of times I’ll get orders that are over 12 miles distance for only a $3 pay. That’s not worth my time or gas. Also there should be a way to narrow down the area you would like to deliver in. I live in Pa and have had an order to deliver in NJ. I only ever work for about 2-3 hrs and orders like that end up taking me an hour to do. Some pros are a lot of weekends are pretty busy so you could make up to $100 in a few hours. I also like how easy it is to use the app everything is explained well and you can communicate with the customer well. Another con is while your in DoorDash mode you can’t see if the area is busy or not so you end up sitting in your car waiting for orders to come in some nights. I enjoy doing this when I have free time. I work a full time job so this is my part time. I do enjoy it!!!I love that we get 2% cash back on gas!!! It’s nice knowing that while I may only have $1.00 today/tonight. In the morning I will have how ever much $$$ I made on the dashes I finished today!!!! I would love it if we could round up to the next dollar & it be put into our savings! Don’t even look further for a better online debit card!You can stop looking for the best online debit card account. Dasher Direct is the best in fact if you are not a Dasher already it’s totally worth it to become a Dasher so that you can have access to the very best . I’ve used PayPal for years and don’t get me wrong it’s so amazing akd I have nothing bad to say about it but Dadher a direct is faster way easier to use and understand akd u get so many rewards especially if you buy a lot of gas like me you get instant cash back rewards for every purchase of gas you make automatically. . The card is accepted everywhere I’ve ever tried and unlike PayPal akd a lot of other online prepaid debit cards it’s accepted in you digital wallet as a real bank account. Cash app card doesn’t allow you to use its card as your bank on some digital wallets. My info is just my personal opinion but I’ve had several over the years including Walmart green dot, PayPal cash app to name a few and dasher direct has so many perks . Why I Am Enjoying DasherDirectI enjoy DasherDirect because it’s easy to access my earnings and manage my earnings as well. I like that I am able to go back and see my earnings for each delivery, the tip, and my base pay along with my earnings with the promotion earnings. I can access my earnings with my DasherDirect card almost immediately after I end each dash. I can also use my card almost anywhere where credit cards or debit cards are accepted. I am hoping to see that soon maybe there will be atms where I will be able to use my card to get cash out with NO atm fees AT ALL! I know that at CVS and Walgreens there isn’t ANY fees AT ALL when anyone with a Chime card withdrawals money, so, hopefully DasherDirect will be able to change those into FULL NO CHARGE ATMS instead of there not being a fee on Door Dash’s end cause we’re still getting charged by the atm machine’s company owner. Overall, I do enjoy the DasherDirect because it has all of my information and records of my transactions by however I chose to look at the transactions. Awesome !I love the DasherDirect app ! I DoorDash a few times a week to supplement my income from my full time job because I’m in school too and I love about a hour and a half from university, so Dashing pays for my gas for the week . Once I’ve completed my DoorDash my money is available instantly ! I also have direct deposit set up from my full time Job and I normally receive my paycheck a day or two early ! I’ve never had any issues and customer service is ALWAYS super friendly and go above and beyond to get to a resolution to my issue ! There are also a bunch of cash back incentives too ! Just for using your card to pay for everyday things like gas or food ! Best Delivery CompanyI don’t know what I should say that would make it seem like Im trying to hard to write a decent review. In all honesty, this has been something that’s very very peaceful and also very fun. Its most certainly not for everyone in the manner that some people assume this is just some delivery boy/job gig. I’m not sure why driving a car at my own pace while maintaining really fun relationships between my community and family. Between the interfaces with getting paid and the very kind effort it seems that everyone involved is willing to have, it’s no wonder why some places can’t keep up. Like it’s to simple not to work out well, but you do have to apply yourself, and have fun. That’s about it. And make cash while figuring out landmarks and traveling maybe? Getting paid asap!I love the DasherDirect app, it’s simple and explains everything you need to know. I love having this available for me to be able to earn what I make and for it to be available seconds to minutes after my dash has ended. Need gas after my dash? Let me get some! Need food after my dash? Can purchase! Every purchase you make will send you a notification when you use your card. And you can also add the debit card to your apple wallet to pay via Apple Pay on any iOS device. Note, if you pay at the pump at a gas station, it MAY place a temporary hold on your account and it depends on the gas station for the amount. But the hold is lifted hours later or the next morning. You can also view your rewards balance for your cash back transactions and can easily add them to your debit card balance. Find ATMs to withdraw for cash and see if there’s fees or not. Only issue I would have is when DoorDash is down, this app may also be too. Glitches are very minimal when this happens but fixed an hour or 2 later. MoneyDoor Dash is by far better than Uber, yes Uber gives the option for more tips at the end but since I’ve been doing it Uber has had multiple cancellations and never wants to pay anything for your time, and are not friendly to deal with. Door dash gives better orders and if the store is closed or someone cancels after you spent your time waiting they’ll give you half the money for what the order was without having to stay on the phone for 20 minutes just to find out you might get get 2$ like Uber does. Door dash’s application works better and they care more about your safety. Uber will start sending you other orders when you’re pulling into your delivery which means you can’t see your GPS until the delivery goes back away. This to me is a major safety concern. Also, I’ve had now 5 different Uber orders that have been sent to me and drove all the way there to just to find out that it was previously picked up over an hour ago, this was a 25$ order which Uber had the audacity to offer me a whopping 3$. DoorDash DasherDirectI’ve been w/ DoorDash a long time now. It’s actually saved me during the hardest time in my life. I lost me other job bc I got covid and DD was the only income I had. It kept me fed and a roof over my head and 1 1/2 years later it’s still the only job I have bc they’re just hard to find. It’s a hard struggle right now and when they changed to DasherDirect it was a Godsend!! I can work EVER DAY now bc if I run out of gas I can sign out and cash in and get right back to work. 10% cash back! On gas! what? Are you kidding me?That’s what I like most about this app 10 % cash back on gas and cash back from other great merchants. Plus my pay is deposited super fast instantly after a dash! And it only takes two to three days for me to deposit funds into my bank from DasherDirect. I don’t do that much because I have a system. I buy everything through DasherDirect to play cash back roulette lol. I can use all the cash back I can get. I only hope that door dash gives the same amount or close to it after August. I think I read in the app the 10% is only for a limited time. But I’m confident DasherDirect will have other great cash back offers. Driving experienceI’ve done Uber and I’ve done DoorDash. I started Uber first and was starting to enjoy it. I would drive a little bit after I get off my regular job, and a little bit more on my days off. I wasn’t really taking it serious with them because my mind set was that it’s not my real job. Anyways I ended up getting deactivated because of my ratings they said. Then I stared to do door dash I’m sorry but door dash doesn't attract me in like Uber with them right when I start up the app 90 percent of the time I get a trip almost instantly and then right before I finish that trip instantly a new one. I get bombarded with trips most days. I was make money and who doesn’t like that. Now with door dash when I open the app most times I can’t even start right away have yo be scheduled or dash along the way to a certain spot, and when I do get to that spot the waiting game continues. It makes me not want to do it. It’s a continuous waiting game. Then when you get a trip you accept and go complete it and once completed you would have to drive back in zone and for the most part wait again. Solid app, room for improvementI’ve been a dasher for 7ish months; finally decided to try the dasher direct option when I saw the gas back increase from 2% to 10% and the bonuses for mileage. I received my card yesterday, less than 10 days in the mail. The fee free ATM locator is a nice feature however it should be more than just Walgreens (in my area) as the ones here frequently have issues/out of order. It’s be great if it included the fees for other ATMs that are out of network on the map or broadened the free ones. The virtual card is wonderful and worked fine when locations tap to pay available, account was instantly updated with any changes including the gas back amount I would accrue. I’d love to see an instant transfer of some sort added, even if it had a fee. Moving it to my bank can be frustrating when you need those funds now. And the only way around it (without the actual card) was using PayPal) and still had to pay a fee. Must readThere is a lot about being a Dasher; I liked most about it and I’m proud to do this keeping my city moving. Things I liked: 1. The Doordash algorithm; you choose the time to work, it will take you anywhere needed and bring you back near to your starting location I mean near to your home again which is where you need to go at the end. This saves you more time and milage. 2. The DasherDirect app and card is amazing saves you money and you can use your earnings anytime anywhere you want. Things I didn’t like and need to be worked on: 1. Sometimes the Doosher app map is completely wrong customer need to guide you or you have to find the restaurant by yourself through either asking someone or using other mapping apps. 2. Sometimes it takes more than half hour to have the order ready even after a long drive to the store. 3. Dasher direct support chat is not always available or active in app unless you’re on an active order. 4. To Be HonestThis is actually my first apple/app review, but I was honestly compelled to write one. I’ve been delivering with door dash for a little while now and the DasherDirect card / app make it extremely easy to store and save my money. Whenever I want to splurge on something nice for myself I use my dash debit card. I understand I work for the money I get, but whenever I use this debit card it doesn’t feel like I’m braking the bank. Being able to have same day cash outs without fees after doing deliveries is amazing. The only thing I’d recommend is that we as dashers should be able to get a discount while ordering from DoorDash with our DasherDirect card. It’s alright.I like Dasher Direct because I live paycheck to paycheck, which in this line of work tends to be Day2Day depending on volume of business and other factors not totally in my control, (and to be fair, some factors within my control LOL) being paid every day is the safest option to me, because technology fails sometimes and I’ve been stuck without pay because I couldn’t get to my own earned money that got stuck in the digital world once for a short period when I really needed it. And i have always gotten my pay deposited into my real bank account for two years from DoorDash which helps to prove my income and paint an accurate picture of my finances and budget. So I don’t like that I cannot instantly transfer from dasherdirect to my bank account instantly. It takes a couple days. And some days I need to use fast pay more than once which isn’t allowed. However, with having this Dasher direct, I can cash out after my lunch shift with fast pay, change my payout method to dasher direct, then work the dinner rush, and have that money on the dasher direct card by the next morning. Love this app!I love everything about dasher direct! The fact I get my pay Instantly after every dash I don’t even have to do anything it just does the transfer automatically! The fact that I get 4% cash back in gas prices for the next few days for their 12 days of Christmas when I use the card and still get 2% cash back on gas purchases regularly! Good for extra income/business use onlyIf you start off as this being your main source of income, put away a $300-$500 cushion before signing up for this program. You won’t be able to use funds until your card arrives (up to 14 business days) unless you are in an area that accepts Apple Pay at your priority, basic needs stores. Even then, the card is for business use and not personal. Once your card arrives however, you’ll be able to pull cash easily. Just plan for how you will use your card for business purposes. If you do not withdraw cash, send all personal funds earned to another bank account which may take up to 7 business days to process. Great for learning how to manage a business account. Not recommended if you just want your funds immediately without a fee and plan to use for personal/basic needs (unless personal management is your business). Dasher Direct is a life saverI loved dashing from the moment I started. There is no other second job I have ever had with the amount of flexibility in my scheduled coupled with the amount of money I can make. But the fact that I can now get my pay the next day is a life saver. If I need gas, to pay a bill or just need a few bucks in my pocket before what used to be my weekly payday is HUGE!!! It’s just so nice to know whatever I make today I can use tomorrow as it is loaded directly onto my Dasher Direct card (almost always before 9am). Being a prepaid Visa card, you can use that account to directly pay bills or transfer money to people’s bank account. It is also very motivating when I’m dashing to keep going when I may feel like I’m done for the day. I just ask myself, “is this enough or would I like to have even more money tomorrow?” The app is so user friendly and I love getting 2% back on all my gas purchases. Dasher DirectThe card serves a valuable purpose by connecting directly to my dasher account and allowing my accumulated money from completing dashes onto the card which I can then use as a debit card for purchases. It gives cash-back on gas purchases which is a good feature for a Dasher as we constantly have to add gas to our cars to complete dasher deliveries. My two negative reviews are if you want to use the card at the pump for gas you must have at least $30 in the Dasher Direct account so if you have less than $39 in your account you can’t use the card at the pump to put in say $20 in gas. Also if you wanted to deposit cash onto the card at participating retailers there is a fee assessed up to $4.95. That is a nuisance and because of that fee it means I’m unlikely to deposit cash into my account to use the card to pay a bill or at another retailer. If that fee wasn’t in place I would be more likely to use the card more often where as now I’d be more likely to withdraw the cash in my account and deposit it to my bank and use my debit card from my bank to make purchases at retailers or pay bills using the card..StelvinnVersion: 1.7.1

Easy but slowwwwI do DoorDash as my main source of income at the moment and it’s great, the job is easy and the hours are literally whatever you want them to be but the DasherDirect card is a little slow. Before I applied for the DasherDirect card, I would just use the Fast Pay option when I was cashing out my money for the day, a $2 fee would be applied but I received the money right away which was nice but with the DasherDirect I have to wait for the deposit until the NEXT day or past midnight (around 2am) for the money to come into the card. See, if I was able to get the payment right away like Fast Pay but have no fee onto DasherDirect, then I’d rate it 5 stars. Good product, you get cash back points and other benefits as well but I just rather have the money deposited right away into my debit card like Venmo or Cash App. I guess if you don’t mind waiting until the next day for your money then the card is great. Convenient Instant Pay!!This app is probably my favorite of all my apps. If only the Door Dash app were so functional! This app instantly adds my pay from each Door Dash session, and though about a month in, I still don’t have my actual debit card, the virtual version has been a godsend! The only issue with it is that it doesn’t work at Circle K gas stations, so I avoid those in order not to miss out on the 10% cash back on gas through August that Door Dash is awarding. Honestly I am happy with it.So far so good. It really is instant deposit after every dash you complete or end. So that’s pretty cool. I like the cash back on fuel purchases. You can also spend a dollar a week and it gives you prorated deals on stuff like roadside assistance, and even some very basic insurance options. The card has worked everywhere I’ve swiped. Now of course with all things. Flaws are present. For one, platforms like CashApp do not allow you to link your card. What’s not to love!As a new Dasher, I didn’t know that there was a card like this available to us. I would wholeheartedly recommend anybody who starts as a Dasher with DoorDash get this card. DasherDirect-ly in my pocket!!I think the best thing about this payment method is the ability to collect your pay/tips directly after you end your dash! So no waiting or hoops to jump thru. Great CardIn all honesty and fairness, iHave not had any problems with my money being took or kept. iHave read plenty of reviews that made me second guess getting this card in the beginning. Great app! Just one concern.Love the app! I just wanted to point out that I had tried making a purchase online with my card that entered. A few days ago my purchased worked and I had my card saved on the app I purchased from (Taco Bell), but then a few days later when I tried using my exam same DasherDirect card, it said “Invalid Payment Method” and supposedly “suspended” my account for 24 hours. I was still able to use my card in that 24 hours stated so I was relieved, but I did some research and others with my same dilemma weren’t as lucky as I got. I feel like after so many attempts of “Invalid Payments” or something that instead you guys should just email asking, “Are you aware of frequent invalid/improper attempts to make this purchase” and if you don’t recognize what the purchase is, THEN you should be able to report and freeze the account. Sometimes good for quick cashThis is a very easy way to make money there is no doubt however they need to work on their rating system and also shipping system because it should be no less than a dollar per mile total because with a Way gas prices are it’s more expensive a 4 mile DoorDash is more like 8 miles to get back to where your starting point was and if you go out of the zone then it’s definitely not worth it because you’ll spend more money in gas getting back to the zone that if you didn’t take the dash. but after all said and done if you need a few dollars this is a good way to make just a little bit of extra cash if you’re in a pinch and you have the gas money but again like I said if they would just make the dashes a dollar per mile this would be a great way to make money a four dollar dash going 15 miles is not making money and I’m not sure if they understand that or not and so I gave it four stars.DrewbaysVersion: 1.8.0

Horrible service representativesWe called dasher support because someone somehow got ahold of our cards info. For context we DoorDash for the money but we Dont take the card out of our apartment, it sits in my dresser. We had 8 unauthorized purchases from Apple Pay but neither of us have EVER had it connected to Apple Pay other than when it was a completely different card a few years back. We explained that we got a email that the CARD ( NOT THE ACCOUNT LIKE THEY WOULDN'T STOP SAYING) was disconnected from Apple Pay. So then we checked the transaction history and lost a little over $50. They said it was OUR fault that someone got ahold of our information when it’s never left the apartment… Then proceeded to tell us to change the password? Right… because if they have the card, changing the password for the ACCOUNT would totally fix the issue. I’ve never been treated like this before and have been dashing since 2020 but this is ridiculous and I’m going to be switching to other delivery services due to it. I’m not going to let myself or my fiancé get scammed by some person who didn’t have money, and then get scammed by the company for something that wasn’t in any way, shape or form our fault. If you want to use this as your main bank account DON’TI’ve been a Dasher since 2019 and doordash has helped me a lot in between jobs and just for extra money but directdash is probably the most frustrating “Banking” App I’ve seen. First off if you have another job and get checks there is no option in the app to add checks to your account or real Cash plus if you want to put money in the account you are forced to use the direct deposit option, if you want to transfer money to another bank account it’ll take 4-5 business days so pretty much if you think you can get your cash directly to your bank account you are wrong, it’ll go to there crappy banking third party app they slapped together, plus if anyone happens to steal your info your money is gone and there is no way for you to get it back.
