Great appI would give this app 5 stars if I could easily figure out how to restart The program. That would be my only suggestion. It says I’m in week 14 but I’m truly not and I wasn’t ready before. Seriously, try this weight loss appI have had this app for about a week now and I can tell you, this app is staying true to its word. I wouldn't call myself lazy, but I wasn't really excited about exercising. Whenever I did exercise, I would get frustrated and give up. I would try to eat right, but I have a big sweet tooth. I am a sucker for cake and chocolate and treats like that. I wanted to change my life around. I was getting to a certain weight that I didn't want to be at. I needed to do something and something fast. That's when I found this app. Like I mentioned earlier, I haven't had this app long (only for about a week), but I am already seeing results. I have started seeing weight loss. I have also been able to make a conscious decision not to eat sweets. Recently, a family member celebrated their birthday and, of course, there was a cake present. Instead of taking a slice or two...or three... Of cake, I was able to say no and fill up on fruit and veggies. This app is truly miraculous and has helped me on my way to a better, healthier lifestyle. In addition, I should mention that I haven't purchased the full version yet, but do plan on doing so in the future. Great for beginnersThis app is great for a beginner! I'm just learning how to meditate and I love this! I need to learn to calm myself down And so far this app has been extremely helpful! I have had very bad anxiety for a few years. I have always struggled to find music to go to sleep to or bed time story's because I have such sensitive hearing people talking or music playing will just keep me awake . But when I looked on a add for MindFull I thought I would check it out because I have always wanted to go to sleep with music but never found the right things that won't keep me awake at night. This app was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I've been addicted ever since. There are so many different audios for sleep, meditation, anxiety, etc. I've been listening to some of the sleep meditation audios every night, I i have seen a great improvement in my sleep. MindFull is an all around amazing app!MindFull has helped me find the right sound to go to sleep with it's so relaxing and won't keep u awake! I get to sleep within 4 minute, Honestly best sleep app ever by far.I can come home and meditate then everything will go back to feeling great. Be relaxing and taking deep breathes and slowly meditating in a calm environment. I would highly recommend this app to many others..Version: 1.1.5

I didn’t want to believe the reviews were fake.I think the reviews are fake like some of the other reviewers have stated. If you click on the most critical reviews, you’ll see the developer respond but never addresses the accusation of fake reviews. A few things bother me about the reviews for this app; there are no 3 or 4 star reviews. It’s odd. And of course, the bulk of 5 star reviews were done in one day and they all have a first and last name instead of a user name, which is unusual. On another note, I don’t like how the developer doesn’t address the concerns of the users who are paying $40 a month for the app. There is no new content. There are no new audio sessions but you will see they respond with the same canned response of articles and audios in the making. That’s all we’ll and good but how about you refund the users money until you actually have the new articles and audio up and running. They will also give a response that right now the app is under an introductory price of $0.99 per week because they know the $40 is steep. * there is no reason to pay $40 a month or $1 a week. Absolutely nothing changes between a paid subscription and free use. It’s the same 7 sessions and articles. I’m just going to put this in the 5 stars so everyone can read it. 😉.Version: 1.0.7

My Favorite weight loss hypnosis App by FarMindfull weight loss hypnosis app is absolutely amazing. I love the content, the sessions, and the way I feel after listening to a meditation. Whenever I come home from a long day at school, I just want to let loose and lounge around. I listen to a meditation after doing so, and it’s amazing. Whenever I’m feeling down, Simple Meditation is always there to pick me up. The developers are terrific. But there is just one thing... I don’t particularly buy or pay for things such as premiums or extra coins or diamonds and such, but I would say, this is definitely worth it. If you’re feeling a bit of anxiety, listen to a meditation. If you’re feeling depressed, listen to a meditation. Hey have meditations for everything. I strongly suggest this app for you if you do feel down at times..Version: 1.0.5

Problems with new versionI enjoyed these meditations very much. Occasionally I run into cash flow problems and I have to temporarily unsubscribe. I recently renewed my subscription and opted for a 28 day plan instead of a weekly plan. But when I open the app I cannot play anything except day one and I'm still getting the "nag screen" inviting me to a 3-day free trial followed by a yearly subscription, which I cannot afford. I've already paid for the 28 day subscription, and I am really annoyed that I can't access the content. As for the changes in your recordings (at least for Day 1), I appreciate your efforts to add calming sounds, but the ambient sound and "background music" tend to drown out the man speaking. I want to hear the voice and concentrate on the words. Before thosy I'd have given you 5 stars, but these problems have increased my anxiety because i cannot enjoy the meditations..Version: 1.1.3

Powerful weight loss appFor weeks, I’ve known how helpful Mindfullness could be in my high stress elementary school job. This app helped me control my anxiety, find equanimity, focus on gratitude, fall back to sleep in the middle of the night; relieve pain from headaches and colds. It is a fantastic tool for those of us who need daily reminders; encouragement with a little external motivation such as badge awards. Considering the high quality of the meditation experts and app performance, I consider the price very reasonable. Awesome program, it really works!!!Mindfull was something I was skeptical about before. I was teetering at 200 lbs. for the better part of 20 years and at my 5 foot 2 inch frame, I didn’t feel good. Can’t Find Anything Bad About It.Honestly I just wanted to rate this app because it’s almost perfect. And I’m not petty so I’m not gonna go looking. There are so many websites and apps that tell you they provide meditations and/or calming music and don’t work properly, and this one works just fine and seems to know a whole lot about what sort of sounds please your mind at different times and during certain actions.
