Stretching & Flexibility: Bend App Comments & Reviews

Stretching & Flexibility: Bend Positive Reviews

No PainThis is an honest review. I am 62 years old. I downloaded the app months ago and never really did it, finally one morning I decided to try it, it wasn’t hard and it wasn’t easy, but I did shoulders, because my shoulders were hurting. Since it wasn’t as bad as I thought, I decided to try the hips exercises, it hurt, but a good hurt. This is the part that convinced me that I need these stretches, into my THIRD DAY of stretching, I noticed that if I’m sitting for awhile, upon getting up my hips would hurt and I would need to get warmed up first in order to start walking normally, BUT to my surprise, I stood up and started walking with NO PAIN at all, I didn’t notice it at first, but into my fourth step, I stopped and wondered, I sat back down for 10 minutes, got up and thought, I’m going to walk normally and see if there’s pain…there was no pain at all. Listen, I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for over two months now and the pain didn’t even subside, doing the stretches for three days, just hips and shoulders was all I did, and there’s no pain in getting up and walking. As for my shoulders it’s getting better slowly, still some pain, but it’s not stopping me from continuing..Version: 4.1.2

Best UI! Needs to add a few more stretchesOf all the stretching apps out there, this one has the best UI/UX, and is therefore the only one I can see myself wanting to engage with daily. The options here are thoughtful and streamlined, and I’m finding that it’s more pleasurable to use without a lot of features clutter. There are a few more customizable features I’d like to see. I think the option to change the stretch times would be nice. I’d also like to see a bigger stretching library. Like, no squats?? Squat stretch is a classic! It should be in one of the core routines! Low bridge stretch, rear hand clasp and some other upper body stretches in general would be nice to incorporate as well. Maybe some dynamic stretches, too, which are a pretty important component of mobility. Some non-essential suggestions on my personal wishlist: I would really love to see the classic “starting stretching” sequence added here! And Kit Laughlin’s iconic daily 5 👀 although maybe that’s a little more niche (and possibly proprietary). A hip mobility/flexibility routine in general would be nice. As an incredibly lazy person who optimistically pursues an over ambitious stretching routine every 3 months and quickly gives up, I like that the routines are SHORT. 4-10 minutes is the sort of stretch I can psychologically commit to. Great app for maintaining mobility!.Version: 1.1.1

Loving this appStretching or bending isn’t something I prioritized or even did much of throughout my life. Now in my forties, after years of playing sports and still continuing to do so, my body has accumulated injuries and it’s living with pain, so I decided to listen to it and my PT and invested I. This app by purchasing the annual subscription. What I love about Bend is that it’s easy to use and has a simple interface without too many distracting features, it has detailed instructions if I need them, and has a tracking system that keeps me accountable. Also, as a New York City native, I was delighted to know that it’s made in NYC with ❤️. If you’re looking for an amazing, affordable app to bend your stiffness and pain away day by day, look no further. Movement is Freedom. I believe it, and this is only the beginning. 🙌🏼.Version: 4.1.0

Not quite a home run, more like a triple ⚾️All in all a pretty decent app but I have a few suggestions. I like the assortment of stretches to choose from and explanations on how to perform each but the timer in my opinion could use a little work. High priority for me would be adding a small chime or something at the beginning of each exercise. There are 3 beeps at the end of an exercise but there’s no beep letting you know when to start the next exercise, after your ‘delay’. I hate having to continually watch the screen to know when the next exercise begins. Maybe an option to turn off the vibrations feature would be nice too. Next maybe add some color to the sweeping bar timer, like green for when you’re doing an exercise and yellow for the delay timer phase. When my phone’s a few feet away, it’s hard to see the grey sweeping bar timer. Jazz it up a little with some color LOL. Also maybe a different delay timer would be nice. Like the ability to set 15 sec between exercises and 30 sec to transition to the next group of exercises. Lastly, I wish there was a specific ‘category’ or ‘type’ for ‘BALANCE’ exercises, in the create your own routine area. Some of us older population could use some help in fine tuning our balance. Well worth the subscription I think. Thanks and keep up the good work!.Version: 4.0.4

Great app! Could use a few improvements...All in all, this is a fantastic stretching app for beginners. I use this daily & it’s a very rewarding program with a well designed layout. However, there are some improvements I’d love to see in the future: 1) The ability to lengthen/shorten the amount of time you spend stretching. This one’s probably my biggest hang up. Some of the stretches are too short for my taste (they’re 30 seconds each) & I wish I was able to customize that. Adding an option to change how long you stay in a position for would be a game changer. 2) Being able to see the next movement during the countdown. If a teaser of the stretch popped up during the 3 second countdown, it would make transitioning from one position to the next smoother & more efficient. 3) Adding an option to automatically pause after each stretch. This is kind of a tag along to #2. Having the ability to pause & move to the next position would help immensely with getting a more effective stretch. Instead of wasting 5 of the 30 seconds getting into the next position, you could pause & hit go when you’re ready, using all of the time in the stretch. All in all, this really is a great app & I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an organized way to improve their flexibility..Version: 1.1.1

Life-Changing!I had ACL surgery three months ago. I was really struggling to get normal mobility back in my knee. The swelling would not decrease, even with icing and physical therapy. The constant tightness made it difficult to walk, bend and fully extend my leg. I had difficulty figuring out how to appropriately stretch. — I came across this app a little over a month ago on social media. The first day I tried it out, I did the short 5 minute stretch. I immediately felt a difference! I have been aiming for at least 20 minutes of stretching a day and it has definitely improved my mobility. The stretches on this app are very easy to follow and I love the ability to choose target areas, as well as stretches that are more “knee-friendly”. Huge thank you to the developers!!! 😊.Version: 5.0.1

Great but needs improvementI want to express how much I appreciate this app; it’s truly great, and I thoroughly enjoy using it. However, I believe there could be a valuable addition in the form of a survey or a similar feature. Such a tool could assess an individual’s flexibility and physical capabilities, determining which stretches are suitable or may not be advisable. Moreover, it could provide personalized recommendations on stretches to help users achieve their fitness goals more effectively. Despite this suggestion, I want to emphasize that I genuinely love using this app and find it incredibly useful in my daily routine. I use it frequently to stay on track with my goals and look forward to seeing further improvements in the future..Version: 4.1.3

UpdateThere is huge potential for this App 🫶🏻 The app needs a lot of updates/upgrade. It doesn’t tell you when the brake finishes before the exercise starts. It doesn’t state the name of the exercise you gotta do next, so you would prepare immediately for it but every time you have to look at the screen to see what’s going on to see when the break finishes to see when the exercise starts. Also, they put like just pictures for exercises. We live in 2024 at least you wanna put animate doing the exercise showing how the movement it’s being done correctly. Also, you can’t add or remove exercises from a training! In short, this app needs a lot of work to be good..Version: 5.1.0

ThanksI have been suffering with shoulder, hip, and and feet pan. And i have been meaning to try to do something to relieve these symptoms. i’m still quite active and i can usually fight through the pain. but lately it’s been getting worse, I think because i am now retired and not as active as i had been while i was working. I just kept putting it off. then this app popped up on my screen, right after i just woke up and am going thru the painful morning routine of fighting through the pain and get moving. so it’s like this app popped up right at the perfect time. When i needed it. Thanks i’m going to try my best to keep this up and hopefully not have to resort to some form of pain pills. Thanks again..Version: 4.1.0

Update From Previous ReviewI’m writing in regards to an update. It is only fair that I do an update because I was able to talk with a representative and they assisted me with my issue and my concerns. The representative by the name of Anna came to the rescue. Gave me some tips and some pointers in my issue and my concerns were both resolved. That is a mark of good business and their values they have for their customers. I really appreciate what Anna did for me. I have been able to get some good work in since receiving feedback. So if you are interested in getting this app I highly recommend you do so because they have people like Anna who is willing to help their customers out like myself. Thanks again and God Bless! V/R DeAndre Jeter.Version: 3.3.3

Feel some much better and more flexible after a month of useThe daily reminders and tracking are a big help! It is easy to use and I can already feel more flexible from using it daily. I am not as sore after working out since starting using bend. It keeps track of days used, this pushes me to use bend everyday to keep my streak going. I wish they had stretches focused on seniors because I would like to get this setup for my parents to use, as they have gotten older flexibility and mobility is a concern, I would like to be able to have them start some easier exercises and work their way up..Version: 5.0.4

Really 1 ⭐️Not up front about CostWhen I selected to load the app , as always, I searched the app description for cost - there was no mention of it or trial period or options. Upon loading and initiating the app, suddenly I am requested to pay. I deleted the app because I find that cause for caution. If you are requiring a subscription, why not be honest up front in the app description? If you cannot be up front about one thing, there more than likely are other things you are being deceptive about. Hackers love to use that technique. No mention of securely maintaining your data. I have been subject to that before by this same technique. I am sure remarks will come, but go ahead. One day you too will learn to recognize certain signs..Version: 4.0.6

Great app, but really needs a few tweaks / tech updates. This is an outstanding app with loads a terrific stretch routines and options for customizing routines. Users can set reminders and create stretch routines the meet their specific needs for various purposes and times of day. The main problem I have is that it doesn’t allow for stats to be tracked across multiple devices. The creators seem to think that we’re always going to use one device, so when I switch between three devices (iPhone, iPad Mini and full iPad - different locations, including travel, home and office) my stats reset. I’ve had lots of “1-Day” streaks, even without missing a day for weeks. Bad for an app that has a stated purpose of building consistency through motivation and ease of use. A second minor issue is that the app only allows one daily reminder. Again, the design doesn’t match the goal of getting users to stretch often, for various reasons. Finally, the screen won’t rotate, making an iPad with attached keyboard or stand awkward, unless you don’t have problems visually translating a 90-degree rotation while stretching. All this said, it’s better than most apps I’ve seen..Version: 4.0.0

Great app!I was looking for an app to motivate me with improving and maintaining my flexibility. With its short, customizable routines, Bend works great for me. While I’ve always been hesitant to start a long routine I might find elsewhere, it’s easy for me (physically and psychologically) to pick a 4 minute routine in Bend and make some progress. Because who can’t do something for 4 minutes? It’s so low pressure. I often find myself choosing to do another routine and even another, and next thing I know, I’ve spent 20 or 30 minutes stretching, which is great to help combat the painful symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I highly recommend this app..Version: 4.0.9

AwesomeWhen I downloaded Bend I liked it enough to use it, the UI/UX was friendly and engaging and I mainly found the exercises convenient for a quick stretch boost. Since the most recent update I have to say I am super impressed and excited! The targeted exercises are perfect if you feel like a full body stretch sometimes does not do justice to specific parts of your body. I’ll definitely use the app more often from now on. Moreover I love that you can build you own routine now! That was my biggest wish when I started using the App early last year - and now it came true! Thanks a lot Bend developers! Keep it up ^^.Version: 3.3.1

My experience with Bend after 3 months of useBend gives me a focus for mobility exercise and just enough support to get me through each session without feeling pressured by over the top by videos of people who have already mastered the move and range. I’ve seen the benefits with an increased range of motion and is part of several new positive habits which support my ability to consistently go heavier in weight power lifting, helping to hit many PRs this year including the 3 lift 1,000. And after a few months of getting used to it; each session leaves me feeling good to start or end the day!.Version: 5.0.3

Markeaux’s CommentsI see ad after ad about chair yoga that costs a fortune or you have to pay some type of subscription fee and ads for weight loss where you have to listen to a 30 minute intro to find out how much their supplements costs. I’m 66 and never experienced sciatica issues until a few months ago. Actually a B supplement has helped. But my right hip flares up when I drive. Where the seat belt is in contact with my body. I want to enjoy daily walks again and preserve my health. I think an app like this could be a successful tool to help reach my goals..Version: 5.0.6

Amazing App to help you practice yoga. Great visuals and instructionsI can’t say enough great things about this app. It really helps you get into gentle yoga with the option for quick routines or more complex and lengthier sessions. It’s timed and lets you relax into the poses with an audible beep when moving to the next exercise. You don’t have to keep looking at your phone for the countdown timer. There are lots of specialized workouts for specific parts of the body and posture exercises. Really jam packed full of routines and not too much unnecessary fluff to the app adding distraction. Thank you Bend!!!.Version: 5.0.3

Helping me achieve my fitness goalsThis is a great app. I wanted to improve my flexibility, both to feel better and to improve my flexibility for golf. I was able accomplish both tasks with this app. They have a large variety of exercises and the interface is easy to use. The pre-made programs are a good place to start and I really like the ability to customize programs. I wish the app didn’t default to 5 seconds between exercises and allowed you to favorite custom programs but those are minor wishes in an overall great app..Version: 5.0.5

Love Bend!I really appreciate the options available. I also like that I can set the time a little longer for those areas that are a little more tight. I haven’t tried creating my own workout, but look forward to giving that a try soon. I’m 62 and this is the first workout program that I look forward to doing every day! I also appreciate the simplicity - no talk, just simply going from one move to another with the timer indicating when to switch. I love listening to the birds sing in the morning!.Version: 4.1.1

Add intermediate poses please or a button to take pictures and add custom posesWould give 5 stars if you add at least 100 yoga poses. There’s some poses I would like to add to my routine but can’t which makes it difficult for me to do yoga at home by myself because of my ADHD. I have to remember what pose to do after a certain pose which makes it a bit of a challenge for me to complete my routine. I do love how easy it is to navigate the app. Please add more poses. Or at least add a button where I can take pictures and name and add my own custom poses please. That would help so many people who has to modify their poses to use like yoga blocks , straps and blosters due to like a injury or age..Version: 4.0.4

First impressions are great.Downloaded the free version to try but already looking at purchasing. This is a simple app with what I need. I like that I don’t need to sign-in to anything, simple and clean interface and has a very good library of stretches. As a male that was looking for a simple app for incorporating stretching into my daily routine, all the apps I first came across where geared towards a more feminine experience or just overkill, feeling more like joining a yoga cult. This app was the only I came across that was very neutral and dead simple. Keep it simple forever!.Version: 2.0.3

Learn to Bend! Great App - Bend DeliversGreat intro to stretching / yoga! I’m a beginner - 46 yr male … beyond occasional leg stretching for a jog, I haven’t done any serious stretching since I was probably 20 (and I’m in very average shape for my age). Bend is a great “coaching” stretch app for home as well as travel, it has changed my perspective and I use it daily. One of these days I might even feel confident enough for a real yoga class - if that happens, it will be compliments of Bend. Try the 5 minute “Wake Up” routine - stick with it for two weeks, and you will start to crave it and get hooked..Version: 5.0.2

Good app with room for improvementThis app looks beautiful, works elegantly, and actually makes me stretch on a regular basis. There are a few suggestions I have for feature additions or improvement. A small feature request would be to to allow a user to re-order the stretches while creating their own routines. Currently, you can add any stretch into a custom routine, but i couldn’t figure out how to change the order while creating it, or afterwards. More importantly, and this would be a larger change, I would like to see other people’s custom routines. Ideally, I could vote on shared routines and see most popular routines in a list..Version: 4.1.3

BEST $30 YOU WILL SPEND IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFEI have been suffering with chronic lower back pain for years. After trying just about everything ( massages, chiropractors, stretching on my own, this that and the other) I had come to just accept my pain. I happened across this app, and within one week of using it daily, have experienced an almost immeasurable amount of relief. It will get you to loosen up muscles you didn’t know you had! I’m walking straighter, sleeping better and getting more out of my day. Thank you bend!.Version: 4.0.6

Simple and EasyI have been using this app for a while now. I have tried many stretching and yoga apps and this is by far my favorite. I love that it is simple, straight and to the point. I love that you can adjust length of activities so you can customize it to your ability level. You can also create your own routine. Only thing that would make it better would be more options for already made routines. It’s the only app so far that makes me want to keep coming back to stretch!.Version: 4.0.9

Feeling younger with less pain! This is my favorite app! I was not very limber when I started this and I have improved so much. I still have a way to go but now I have tools to help me. I feel better throughout my day. This is completely worth the money I spent. My knees, hips and back don’t hurt as much as they used to; some days they don’t feel bad at all. It is truly a gift to go through your day NOT thinking about aching body parts. I feel younger and healthier all over, mind and body. Thank you for this wonderful app..Version: 3.3.8

The more I use it, the more I love it!The more I use it, the more I love it! I’m a complete beginner, so I have to be very slow as all these movements are new to my body. I love that the countdown timer is optional. I can take all the time I need looking at the description of the stretch, holding the stretch for the duration I feel is right for me; shorter time if it’s really intense on my “beginner” body, or longer time if the stretch just feels so good!! Then I just tap the > button to go to the next stretch. I also like the streak and the % rating ❤️.Version: 5.0.0

AmazingI love this. Stumbled upon it by accident. This is a game changer. What do I love? It’s similar to yoga in that the stretches are “yoga moves”. What makes It different than yoga is that it cuts to the chase. No rambling, talking that you get in yoga videos. It has a timer. 30’seconda do this. Then, goes straight to next stretch with 30 second timer. No fluff. No talk. Just amazing stretches and exercises. Not a second wasted that is unrelated. I love it so much. Also 30 minute exercise is all exercise. Nobody talking for 2 minutes about whatever. I am grateful..Version: 5.0.2

Great App but needs to be more defined.Overall I think this app is great for users who are looking quick and easy-to-follow stretches. However what gains in overall quality experience and activities it lacks in definition. The illustrations can be hard to read, sometimes you have to zoom in closely to see moves accurately. Lack of modifications for each exercise people’s mobility ranges may vary, so it would be cool if you can modified version of the standard exercises (i.e. if you can’t do the plow the standard way then a modified version would be to get a chair to help your pose). I’m happy paid for it but it could be better..Version: 4.1.4

Efficient / Sleek / EssentialThe combinations truly help - equally - the image simplicity. I cancelled memberships where the combinations were all over the place. I cancelled memberships with human videos. I prefer the simple colors and the still images. I need simple images at the start and end of my day, to maintain a calm mental state. When my membership initially lapsed I found myself depressed for several days. When that feeling didn’t pass I set out to cancel other memberships so I could rejoin Bend 👍 aan Essential To My Day.Version: 5.0.0

Great but need to pay for a lot.It is a great app, I have been using it for a little while. It is nice the inside of the app looks good and the stretches are great but a lot of the stretches are lock behind a membership or subscription. I don’t like to spend money on apps and I just think it is just restricting the full potential of all of the stretches. Most of the stretches that I need are locked and I don’t want to have to buy all of them. The ones that I can get are the morning stretches and they are nice but for me they’re not enough. Otherwise it is a great app..Version: 5.1.0

Good but a bit confusingI’ve been using the app for nearly a week now and I go to click on other options and stretches but they won’t unlock. Do I need a certain amount ofi items to complete before new options are unlocked? Don’t get me wrong, this app is great! The interface is clean and user friendly. I’m satisfied and would like to get more options unlocked if possible!:) The option for purchasing the premium version doesn’t show up anywhere…Can somebody give me a step-by-step or a screenshot of where to find it?.Version: 3.0.1

Healthy Living For LifeI love the ability to to have customized targets for my routines whether I want 2 minutes or 60 minutes for full body or focused areas as well as the intentional ability to use the focus areas throughout my day. I am still working and sit and use a standup desk 9 hours a day and Bend allows me to have that 4-5-6-7 minute stretch without a disruption throughout my day. I am 62 and my intent is to never miss a Bend Day from here on so I can be 100 and healthy! Thank you!.Version: 4.0.9

Wasn’t able to try all areasSo this app offered the 7 day trial and I have to say I did enjoy the morning stretch. However, I’m not able to say I liked any of the other stretches as the trial wouldn’t let me access them. In order to try the full body or sleep, which I truly was interested in, I would have to buy full access. So if I buy the full access and then don’t like the other stretches, it’s a waste of money. When offering a trial of a product, offer access to all the areas so your customers can make an educated decision on their purchase. Very disappointing!.Version: 4.0.4

Promising but needs some improvementsThe Bend app is promising. After a long day, it’s hard to find motivation, but it’s easy enough to commit to a 5-minute routine. Surprisingly, once I start, I discovery I can go longer, revisiting my favorite poses and holding them longer. It encourages me to continue my daily practice. However, I have a few suggestions. Firstly, an audio description for the poses would be beneficial, as it is challenging to read a short paragraph while in poses that have me lying on my back. Secondly, I don’t always have my phone within reach, so incorporating AirPods gestures would be convenient, allowing me to extend the length of a pose or transition to the next pose. This is similar to controlling a podcast or music with AirPods. Thirdly, I would like to see statistics on the total minutes spent stretching, both overall and per day. Lastly, it’s worth mentioning that the app's price is quite high, but it’s has incentivized me to use it daily..Version: 4.1.1

Overall goodUpdate: thank you so much to the developer for listening to me, and restoring the posture reset. I cannot believe you guys did that! Also I love all the changes to the new update with the little picture popping over to show the next exercise and the pause in between each to get set up for the next pose. Original: Overall I think this is a cheap app for following a basic yoga routine. But they had an office type stretch that they got rid of and that was the sole reason I bought the app..Version: 2.0.3

AmazingThe workouts seem to be designed such that all the different exercises really do work well together. I hope the app doesn’t change from how it is other than maybe new routines/exercises being added. Though, it honestly seems complete just the way it is. I have done physical therapy, stretching, chiropractors, and some workouts on my own. The workouts in this app have helped to propel my physical health forward so well! It is so easy to use..Version: 5.0.3

Easy way to get my stretching inDiscovered it when wanting to become more flexible and its an easy way to get my stretching in. The variety of different stretches included. The simple graphics for each pose. The short and simple descriptions for each stretch/pose. The soft timer sounds pleasant during my morning stretches and isn't obnoxious for any I do at my desk at work. Also like that you added the Favorites option recently, something I had asked for..Version: 5.0.2

Accidental purchaseI never intended to purchase this. I thought I was getting a 7 day trial, so that was misleading. However I was looking into buying Kit Laughlin’s book and video series which is 3x the price of this app. So far when I do use it, I do really like the direction. I forget to exercise or stretch so the fact that this guides me through different stretches is really helpful to me. I’m not spending times researching which stretches to do and never then doing them. It does all that for me..Version: 3.2.4

Love this App!This is the best stretching app I’ve found. The best part is that there are no verbal cues, so you don’t hear the same words every day (which can get really old). The graphics are great and show you how to do the stretch. You can make custom routines or use the ones they provide. Options range from 4-30 minutes, and beyond if you customize. I love this app. I’m on a 43 day streak of stretching every day, which is amazing, coming from a totally sedentary lifestyle..Version: 4.1.2

Simple and EffectiveIf you are looking for a simple and effective stretching app that gets the blood flowing and provides a system to follow that results in being more limber over time - this is the one. I’ve used it for one week and can already feel a difference. Different levels allow to start where you are currently and then advance. What a fabulous way to start my day, before my workout, before meditation, and end my day. Love it!.Version: 4.1.4

CmtAs a woman 67 with cmt and losing flex ability at an alarming rate I’m hoping this will help me regain some of my flexibility so far I’m hopeful.Version: 3.2.2

GREAT for disabilities!I have ankylosing spondylitis and have had a few health boo-boos as a result. THINGS HURT! Other apps are a little too hard core. I am NOT looking to do the splits in 6 days! I AM looking to reduce my pain and increase my movement. I love how I can tailor the program. AND it is affordable…. AND I can play my tunes! That’s a big deal for me! WELL DONE, and THANK YOU!.Version: 3.2.0

Bend yogaGreat start to the morning. You are directed on how long to hold a pose. It only takes 5 minutes, but makes you so much more flexible..Version: 4.0.4

Good for Paying CustomersIf you are willing to pay around $38 yearly or $6.49/month for an effective and sustainable stretching regimen, then this app is for you. Otherwise, scroll along. The quality of the stretches and the layout of the platform is actually really high quality. However, with regards to access for non-paying users, you don’t get to use any stretches other than the 5-minute “Wake Up” Stretch. Sadly, even that is limited to the length of a 7-day free trial. After that point, either you pay or you might as well delete the app, because without access to any stretches, it virtually useless..Version: 4.0.2

Easy operation!Great app, well laid out and good motivation. I would like to see the app add ankles and foot stretches. The app is great at keeping you motivated..Version: 5.1.0

I watch version is terribleFor a paid app I was expecting more. My watch is my fitness coach, but in order to use this app you have to lug your phone around. The app can't or doean’t sync well with the countdown clock between the watch and phone. Nice interface but the app needs to fix the bugs..Version: 4.0.3

Glitchy? This looks great I have checked out the trial - but - I’m trying to set up the monthly membership to try for a month, and no matter what even if I click on monthly it prompts an annual subscription. What can I do?.Version: 4.0.3

Great interface but needs improvementI love using this app, the UI is clean and easy to but when I create my own routine, all of the stretches available are not shown. Not sure why that is.. Other routines have the stretches shown, but the create your own routine doesn’t have the full library?.Version: 3.3.6

Larger range of targeted stretching routines!I have knee issues and would love if there were more options for targeted areas (esp knees). Could be cool if you had a full body map/visual tab where users could tap on body area to access stretch routines.Version: 5.1.0

Lower back painLower back pain.Version: 5.1.0

Small useful updatesAwesome app, 25yo carpenter with terrible mobility and lots of aches and pains, on my second solid week of stretching daily and feeling better ! Small pointes I’d love to see are: GIFs, more visuals. Unfortunately this is costly to add but just being able to see a few more pictures of positioning or even a gif of the movement rather than just reading, I feel like a visual can precise more info then words sometimes ( if you count tell I’m a visual learner haha ) And maybe where you should feel the stretch to make sure your getting it right Thanks!.Version: 5.1.0

Better late than never!Bend keeps me mindful of how important it is to incorporate stretching in my daily life. I can feel a difference in my body after one short month. I look forward to adding different stretches to my daily routine and making this a life long act of self love. Thank you “Bend”!.Version: 5.1.0

Really goodExactly what I needed to get through a stretching workout I have always wanted an app that walks me through it with visuals and audio cues..Version: 5.0.9

WowJ’adore cette Application. Elle me donne la chance d’être Calme et de métier. Cette application est propre et organiser..Version: 5.0.9

Easy to use!Really easy to use, I wish it was a little more customizable though.Version: 5.0.9

Simple yet effective toolThe Bend app is a simple yet effective way for me to stretch on a daily basis. After 38 consecutive days I can notice my income flexibility. The streak feature helps me to stay accountable as I am a bit competitive. Speaking of streaks it would be nice if the developers could allow for a bit of grace for a day where someone might of forgotten or was simply not able to stretch. It’s pretty demotivating to start at 0 just because you didn’t stretch for the day before midnight..Version: 5.0.9

You can do itGood app. However, you can make it way better. Just make instructions and exercise animations, please! When I read how to do it it's OK, but when I see it - it's way better..Version: 5.0.8

Good app👍.Version: 5.0.7

Nice but redundantI love it at the beginning but the exercise are really repetitive are there is no new one being added. I paid for the whole year so I will continue them but I won’t renew because I would like more diversity! The graphics are really nice though..Version: 5.0.7

Helpful, but…Bend is a helpful app, but it would be nice if the demonstrations of the movements were animated or video of a person demonstrating each technique instead of just text descriptions of each stretch..Version: 5.0.7

Makes stretching easierI have a muscle problem so I am currently only using the posture reset. I find it more motivating and easy to use the app so I do not need to make up my own routine or count seconds during my stretching..Version: 5.0.4

Start the day rightEasy moves from simple yoga. Be sure to set the time between poses to work for you..Version: 5.0.6

Great app Amber easy to useI have been using this app for 110 days. It’s really easy to use. However, I think there are some simple features missing such as finding exercises using a textual search. It would be nice for the app to recommend order of stretches… some simple animation would make it easier for novice users like me. Creating custom stretches are easy but wish there was a wizard that could ask a few questions and recommend stretches and timing of them..Version: 5.0.7

Great but hate that you have to pay :/What the title says.Version: 5.0.7

A healthier habit and stretching routineLove having variety in terms of stretching routines. I really appreciate the flexibility of moving through routines with the ability to start and stop as needed if interruptions come up. I enjoy the ability to adjust routines and specific stretches as needed, like lengthening or shortening the time. The UX is simple and easy to use.Version: 5.0.6

Bend, fabuleux! Merci!.Version: 5.0.6

Love it!Makes me feel good! And I’m getting all flexi :).Version: 5.0.5

GreatGreat way to keep mobile.Version: 5.0.6

💯 santésChacal.Version: 5.0.5

Bend is just what I need to get movingThe perfect no-brainer stretch routine before my brain wakes up over morning coffee..Version: 5.0.4

Love this appShort and sweet and lots of selection.Version: 5.0.4

Awesome app!I love how I can choose the program for the time I have at that moment. There are programs for everyone and for every pain :).Version: 5.0.4

InspiresI wouldn’t be stretching otherwise..Version: 5.0.4
