That is a MINUS 5 STARSI absolutely loved this game when I started playing. Now, every single time I play, I lose money and diamonds. I have contacted customer support so many times with absolutely NO RESPONSE OR REIMBUSEMENT. I AM DONE. All of the reviews are the same problems (over a year) with nothing changed except game is getting worse. My suggestion is we all need to stick together and DELETE this game. If no one is playing, they might actually FIX something. I don’t know about everyone else but I definitely do not need the aggravation. These games are supposed to be some fun to get away from every day stresses in life. I’m not going to add anymore but deleting this rip off of a game. Please join me in deleting. Consistent problems!I love the game when it’s working properly! But here in the past couple of months, I’m having the issues over and over! My main issue is the game shutting down at any given time. As annoying as it is, I can deal with it shutting down as long as I’m not in the middle of a game or especially when I’m in the count down getting ready to start a game. Every time it shuts down at these times, I lose my chips!! I should never have to lose my chips when I haven’t even started playing my cards or when I’m in the middle!! This also happens when I’m down on last bit of chips! So to keep playing I either have to purchase and or wait hours to collect enough from my 2hr bonus chips! This is ridiculous! I will also agree with other players in the buy ins have gotten ridiculous with the little amount of chip bonuses and the amount of gems it takes to get gold cards. And the gold cards are not producing the extra help like they once were! You might get a good selection once out of 5 or 6 times. And depending on which casino your at, your looking at possibly close to 2000 gems! That’s absolutely ridiculous! Game is great when it worksI love playing Bingo but I agree with the other reviewers there are some major isuues. The first one if the app crashes before a game or in the middle of the game, there is no way to get my chips or gems back. Unlike other myvegas apps such as pop slots and MGM, where if my game fails or I get kicked out in the middle of it, they will still reward me with my chips earned in some way. This really pisses me off especially when I’m down to my last chips. The second issue is the price keeps on rising if you want to purchase chips. I didn’t mind purchasing extra chips when the prices were low but I think the prices to purchase chips or gems have risen at an exponential rate. The longer you play the game and the more stars you collect, the price to play bingo gets more expensive. I think you should keep the prices low and give customers an option if they want to play the high roller tables. Just like in real gambling there are people who just want to play in the penny slots. Best Bingo Game Hands down!!I can’t believe I ever played another bingo game. I love this one! Maybe it’s the noises and sounds it makes when you click on a number. Maybe it’s the fact you can get multiple bingos in a game on the same card. Maybe it’s the events that they have to hook you into playing more, i don’t know… what it is for me but I’m hooked! I’ve downloaded on my phone and my iPad and often play them both at the same time. I do admit that it has some glitches like kicking you out a game after you’ve used diamonds for power up cards or mysteriously losing “connection” when you’re on a bingotacular roll but all in all it’s still a great game. I love that you can use tickets to play the slots for more diamonds if you don’t want to pay for more but more often I am paying for daub hints and get the diamonds in the pack as a bonus. Looks Like We Could Use Another Update!I’ll give this game three stars because it’s fun and I’m addicted! Would have given all five stars, but for the past three days, every time I try to play an error pops up that I need to ‘reset’ and it’s looped. That is so annoying! So, while I’m at it, I’ll add that I sent a comment to support or whoever, and they NEVER responded, to tell them that my stats don’t update. I’ve been in first place about as many times as I’ve been in second and third! Who knows if that may matter when competing for some type of prize??!!! Also at times, have to tap numbers more than once or twice to get them to illuminate, and the game stopped awarding badges and name choices. Absolutely love this game. Had some issues to fixI do so so love this game. Love it so much I look forward to playing it several times a day. But I will agree with many players that the hourly and daily chips/diamonds are not enough to play several games. Not even worth the one starI used to love this game but it’s changed drastically in the last few months. This game keeps crashing and resetting after each match despite multiple updates and attempts to fix it. You can barely break even when you play matches preventing you from playing more. Since the updates started it completely bankrupt my account with the low payouts and I refuse to pay actual money to play any game! The new update today doubled the cost to play however it does not give you double the payout in any form( coins, gifts, tickets etc). There’s not double tickets to earn more diamonds to buy gold tickets and the daily challenge bonuses are not any better to help pay the higher cost per game. ProblemsI love playing this game. I get to it a couple times a day. But there are not enough diamonds or money each day to continue playing for more than a couple of games. Another PlayStudios app to get rewards pointsThe rewards points you earn on this PlayStudios branded app is where it’s at. You rack up reward points that you can redeem later for real-life rewards like hotels and cruises. I was never a huge fan of bingo cards with Play Studios but the reward points for these real life rewards were still accumulating. If anything, I’ll have it downloaded and I’ll load the game for 15 minutes just to get the reward points into the same account. Of all 6 games from PlayStudios, this is definitely my least favorite. Much bigger fan and user of Pop! Slots and MGM Live where it’s far more user friendly and more interactive for me. This app is user friendly but I find there’s too much going on the screen that confuses me or overwhelms me. Otherwise no complaints. I Enjoy This Game When My Number Is CalledI do enjoy playing this game, I love the creativity that goes into this app, and an added bonus is you gain MGM rewards. However it can also be very boring and when playing a game it’s supposed to be fun, that’s kind of the point. There are too many times where I will get only 1 number called maybe two. Outside of that I’m just sitting there listening and watching numbers be called! Game crashes repeatedly and does not award prizesI have spent several hundred dollars playing this game and buying chips and diamonds. I really like the game but it repeatedly crashes mid game or anytime I have a very high earning payout. Too many bingos and the game can’t handle it so it crashes and you loose everything you earned. I have also had several occasions where I have blacked out the entire card and not been awarded any bingos. Most frustrating is that I contacted support with the concerns and they did nothing more than send an email stating they would pass along my concerns to the technical team. They followed up with an email to ask if I was satisfied with the resolution, I responded that I was not and that was the last I heard from them. Coding problems need to be fixedAfter playing the game daily for several months, I think that I have figured out the problem…there are problems with the Gold Strike…the other rooms don’t have this problem…you can play two or three games, and then you try for the next and it has to restart. This mainly happens when the player has a “great” hand, and then it just says that it has to reset. After that, the next hand is usually a low hand. I have tried waiting a few seconds for each screen to load, but it still happens. Never have this problem in another room. Daily Bonus is InsufficientLove this game! It’s been great to play and I really enjoy the simplicity of it all. The biggest downside is the cost to play. Diamonds are fine, I understand their a perk so I don’t feel like it’s too big of a deal to not get them except for the fact that you can really only win high coin totals if you use power ups. The cost to play is the big issue. I used to login and on the second or third pop up there would be a place to claim free coins (around 20,000 or something like that) which was great! Then it disappeared and I have no idea what happened. I’ve searched the app but no luck. The daily bonus caps at 5000 for a streak for anything past 5 days. There is no incentive to continue to login everyday because of the cap. If at 10 days you received 10,000 coins and 20 days received 25,000 that would be a real treat and fund some of the higher costing games. I’ve also had the issue where the app will crash and I won’t receive the coins or gifts back. Really frustrating when you’ve saved the bonuses or checking for a few days to play one 4 card game only to lose it all. Great set up, just would improve it so there could be more time spent playing. Great game with a few glitchesI am addicted to this game. It is so much fun to play, but I find it hard to earn enough free points to continue playing. It is clearly programmed to force someone to buy more chips if they want to play more than a few bingo games a day. I also wish the daily bonuses were the myVEGAS slots where you get your daily bonus at the start of each day, rather than it coming 24 hours after the last time you got it. For example, if you play one night for the first time that day, and the next day go to bed earlier, then you will miss out on the daily bonus, because it will not come through until 24 hours after the last time you play it. Fun but difficult to keep the game goingThis game is super addicting and fun with the added bonus of collecting coins to use on actually rewards in Las Vegas. The only downside, and the reason I give it one less star, is it’s very difficult to get enough chips and diamonds to keep the game going for more than 10 min. You receive a daily bonus and sometimes it’s used up quickly, other times, you may have more luck and win a bunch, only to have it suddenly go downhill and you lose everything again. Once that happens, you’re forced to wait 24 hours before me your next free bonus. I wish the daily bonuses were larger so I could enjoy the game for longer. Glitchy especially when you are supposed to win somethingLove all the MyVEGAS games, play them all for years now, spend my own money etc, never had any issues with the other games like this one. Here’s my biggest issue: I am starting to think it’s not coincidental that whenever I get a high number of bingos in 1 game the app ”needs to reset” right at the end, riiiiigghhtt before I’m told how much I won 🤨😑 I just played a 4 card game in Royal Casino at max bet so it costs approx $550,000 and I got triple bingos on like 3 of the cards, bingotacular etc and when the app reset I was awarded 700,000 chips. Game crashes when you’re winningI tried to write this review this morning but apparently it didn’t get posted so I’m going to try again. I actually wrote support but I have not heard anything back. When I first started this game I thought it was fun. It seems like you could win jackpots and lots of bingos..But soon I started to realize that as I was winning a lot the game would immediately crash. It only happened when I seemingly had a lot of Bingos and it happened before the end of the game. I quickly would log back on and try to click the button to get back in the game because I figured it would put me back in the game but instead defaults you to max betAnd a new game. Without realizing it when I push the button in a panic trying to get back into my old game it spent all of my chipsOn a max bet on a max card game that I would never have done had I wasn’t panicking trying to get back in to get the chips I would have won on the previous game after the game crashed. So, I have very little chips so then this morning I decided to start again and again I was winning just off a little bit but I had several Bingos on one card and all of a sudden the game crashed again. Seems kind of suspicious to me. This game is nowhere near as fun as the other casino game.. And when you’re in a good winning streak it just shuts off mysteriously… And if you panic and log back in and push the first button you get Max Bette and all your chips are gone. New updates are horribleUsed to be a fun game. It was easy to build up coin and gems just by logging in and collecting daily/hourly bonuses. But for whatever reason the developers decided that they needed to raise the bet substantially. Don’t get me started on the inability to win a hand if you don’t use gold cards…you must use gems to get gold cards. Anyway, the glitches in the game I can deal with, they don’t really happen that often. But the minimum bet increase and no increase to our login bonuses-that was a blow. At least with your other myVEGAS games you can actually play a little with the login bonus. Not anymore with bingo. And the claim of higher payouts…that was a load of you know what! Unless you’re using gold cards you aren’t winning any substantial amount back. Even when i use gold cards and get a bingotacular one card, triple on another, double on a third card and a single on the 4th card…I’ll probably only win back just slightly more than i paid in with these ridiculously high buy ins. Update to my updateUPDATE #2 I’ve been continuing to play this for 1 round 2 or 3 times a day...hoping it’ll get better at least maybe for A ROUND. Unfortunately it does not. Definitely DisappointedI tried this game yesterday and while it worked it was a lot of fun. Now I’m no longer able to contact support through the game so this is the only way I know of to let the game know my problem. It’s disappointing because now I have to delete the game for good 😞. I use to love this game…So a few months ago I downloaded this game, I love bingo games and thought it looked really fun…. Not gonna lie, it’s actually extremely fun and super easy to become obsessed with it! BUT!! As time goes on and the more you play it, you start realizing that you aren’t getting any more bingos, except on very rare occasions, you spend 100 diamonds on six power up cards that you’d be lucky to get through during the game, if you’re service drops, even a smidge, you will get disconnected. Here’s the kicker, you’ll still be playing but! If you bingo it won’t count, then as soon as you get “reconnected” the game ends, you don’t get credit for the 4 bingos you had gotten, so you wasted all those chips, you wasted the diamonds on power ups you didn’t get to use cause of the “disconnection” and when you message support about it the only they say back is, “ Sorry that happened but you are playing on a mobile connection and not on Wi-Fi so disconnection will happen. Better luck next time.” It’s super frustrating that they refuse to even reimburse you the cost of the game. I’m seriously considering deleting this game because it’s not worth it to me. Resets, crashes and error messages!!!I’m gonna say the Pro of this game is sooo much fun and I look forward to playing it when I just don’t feel like thinking about every day life issues. The CONS! I don’t even know where to start. On the Friday July 23rd I went to purchase a chip and diamond bundle that they offer. This bundle that was offered has 2 packages that you can buy and your only allowed to purchase them one time only each package and I went to buy it and it doesn’t go through.. it keeps loading! Charged my card twice for each package that your only allowed to purchase one time only and it never gave me my chips or diamonds I purchased! I forced closed the app and same things. Nothing! Try to purchase diamonds same day still nothing!! Prior to this I would buy chips or diamonds to use. Sometimes I go through as much as 10 or more power up selections for my game for it to crash and reset on me! Losing almost everything I purchased. Too many glitches!!When it works it’s a fun game. Too often there are glitches and it outright steals your chips in the middle of games as your playing and not only do you lose your initial chips, but the ones you would have earned during the game you were playing. The games bingos don’t pay enough either as it takes a minimum of 5-7 bingos just to break even if you play 4 cards. That accompanied with having to spend approximately 800 diamonds on good cards just to get a halfway decent 6 cards. In closing we as players are getting screwed in every way in both chips and diamonds and they just keep getting greedier as it’ll force you to buy things to keep playing in one capacity or another! The developer response is terrible! Instead of admitting their issues it only responds by saying to make sure you have the newest update and so forth. Instead of giving back some of the many chips that have been stolen from the account and attempting to resolve something. Horrible customer serviceI don’t mind the game. But when hit something big and the words cover up the bingo board so you can’t see the numbers that’s a problem for a fast paced game. Then the issue of playing a 4 card game at max bet and the game doesn’t award the bingo chips for getting a bingo and the customer service tells me to blame my internet provider for slow speed as the reason behind it. Then when I ask if my chips will be reimbursed and the response I get is that I need to take it up with my internet provider again as the answer to my question is a very poor response. Fun, but needs a new POVThe game is a lot of fun when it’s not being glitchy. And unless you fully intend to spend money, I would just pass altogether. They pin you to a stand still where you can’t play unless you pay, and there’s zero incentive. Sure you can earn real prizes to be used in Vegas, but the length of time you need to spend, amount of money, and general sheer luck just doesn’t balance itself out. The game can be glitchy, not letting you join any games whatsoever due to a network issue. I spent a little to keep playing, but the diamonds I bought were burnt up in one of these glitchy moments. I did request some help on the matter but after four days of no response, I figured screw it. Crashed since updateUnfortunately the game has crashed after the second update but it’s still being promoted incessantly. If you can’t load your game you cannot provide any information to the developers with the exception of it will not load and your options are to retry or exit. The game has a lot of potential and can be fun, but thousands of comments have been left via Facebook or other means such as email etc. and nobody seems to have gotten a response. Starts off great... then...It is a great and fun game. But it quickly begins to glitch out. Most of the time it saves your win and gives you the chips etc., no problem. But then it doesn't. Dear Developers, Owners, & Potential CustomersI play both the LasVegas Slots and Bingo. I play for fun. Over many years I’ve accumulated over $1B on the slots. But the philosophy on the Bingo side is completely different. You can’t win, at least not enough to make it fun. There are many aspects which are designed to make it harder to succeed as a player - but increases the amount of money that they system wants the customer to spend. The clock that resets after clicking on a powerup runs very slowly making the customer slow down daubing. But then at the end of a game, the screen stops accepting daubs even as new numbers are shown because the system has closed the game. That powerup clock runs faster in the special Bingo sessions. I think the powerup selections hasve gotten worse, so that the customer will spend more diamonds to get a different set of powerup cards. The cookies and other graphics printed on the Binger cards make it harder to read the numbers, slowing some players down. Bad issuesThe game has potential once issues are worked out. Examples of issues: When I tap a number that was called, sometimes I have to tap it several times before it registers and this has cost me “bingos” when there are only a few bingos left. And then I’m not credited for bingos when I clearly tapped the number before there were no bingos left. The issue is that I’ve purchased chips and feel cheated that I didn’t get what I paid for. When bingos hit, there is an explosion. I’m sure that is to build excitement, but the explosion gets in the way of the board and the next number called can’t be tapped with all the other explosion going on. Again, when someone makes purchases, and they can’t tap numbers, that’s unfair and it rips customers off of their money. Within the app, there should be a pop up message of some sort that explains only one set of “power ups” can be used. So if a player uses diamonds in exchange for power ups, they don’t end up using hundreds of them with the expectation that they’ll be able to use ALL the power ups in one round/game. Basically, it only states that the more power ups you use, the better chances of getting a bingo the player has. Glitches and steals your chipsGame is a waste of time. I have been playing this game consistently for the last several months. It glitches out often, and they have so many timed bundle deals that pop up it slows the entire game down. Not the best Bingo appIt’s so frustrating that watching ads only gives you diamonds and not coins. Makes no sense. Almost great!Update: I purposely left bugs and crashes out of my review, because it’s a work in progress and I know performance can vary across devices. I was only commenting on a few consistent game features. None of these are anything to contact support about. The dev response is really misleading, and makes no sense. RidiculousThe new extremely high max bets are ridiculous. Before, you could choose to play at different levels, now you can go lower, but then won’t get access to any of the Jackpots. Also, not much point in raising the chip payouts if you don’t increase the access to diamonds. They should increase with star levels just like the chips. Glitchy and Escalating Price GougingThe last 2 updates have made the game crash repeatedly. Constantly getting a ‘uh oh, something went wrong! Reset?’ even just after opening the game. If you opt to actually purchase coin/diamond packs, pricing for the exact same packs INCREASE each time you purchase them. What started out as $1.99 to purchase can go all the way up to $29.99+ depending on how often you purchase.
