Very Accurate, and Highly ConvenientSince university, I’ve consistently operated on as few as 3-4 hours a night sleep (and a lot of caffeine) with more than my fair share of all-nighters. One of my resolutions for this birth year is to get 6-7 hours of sleep every night. I’ve been using this app for almost a month (although still well below my targeted sleep goal) and have found it to be an incredible help in my endeavor. I was suspicious of it using my iPhone microphone versus an accelerometer or pressure device and benchmarked it against some other trial apps that used my Apple Watch. I found this app to be every bit if not more accurate. The microphone is extremely sensitive to minor movements or changes in breathing and doesn’t seem to be impacted when sleeping with others. (Note: I do not sleep with any ambient noise from a TV or sound machine which could potentially impact it.) Another major plus to the microphone approach is the freedom of being able to travel without worry of loosing data on days away from home or packing some device..Version: 1.0.4

Changed my lifeHello all! I have ADHD and already struggle to focus during the day, but I also struggle with sleep. Falling asleep and waking up have always been a major challenge, and unfortunately, sleep is an absolutely crucial part of being able to the chance of having a good or productive day. I had a choice of waking up late or simply not being able to function at all (having no energy). This app completely changed that. Great AppOkay, I’m going to start off by saying that I love the app. It works wonderfully, and the technology seems to be greatly engineered to check when I really am sleeping and when I wake up. The audio recordings are great, they’ve caught me saying some hilarious things in my sleep. So I do turn on the sleep tracker every night. I think it may be cool to have a dream journal added. Like when you wake up, there may be a notepad there for you to begin typing out what you dreamt, and it keeps track of the night you dreamt it and stores it somewhere. There should also be an option to click a button that says, “I don’t remember what I dreamt.” And to go back and begin a journal entry if you didn’t remember it at first but now do/didn’t have the time to type it then. No Other Sleep TrackerGo ahead and install it, and just let it run with the presets. As you begin to monitor it on a daily basis, you will begin to understand the elements of information, discover adjustments that you want to make make and will learn how to fine tune the results you see and the features that you use so they are most meaningful to you. I tried to install, make adjustments and understand all at the same time and it was overwhelming. Give it some time and you will find it an invaluable tool for providing clues to your own sleep habits and things you can do to improve the quality of the rest you get. OMG IT ACTUALLY WORKSOk, so I spent the money for the year subscription, and I have yet to disappointed in this app. It records EVERYTHING. My family and friends have always told me that I sleep talk, but I didn’t believe them. Got this app and I now have proof that is clear as day! It also tracks the quality of your sleep which is pretty awesome too. This app has recorded snoring, sleep talking, and even earthquakes(I live in LA, and the app picked up the rumbling sounds). Alien technology!!!I love waking up early but I struggle so much actually doing it. I literally set about 5 alarms to try to get myself out of bed. And if I don't set an alarm (because I read your body will wake itself up when it has had sufficient rest) i sleep for 10-12 hours. My first night using this app I was a little weary about if it would actually work. I set a few other alarms after when it was supposed to wake me up just so I wasn't late. BUT IT WORKED! It went off about 6:20 because I said I wanted to get up between 6:15 and 6:45 and I woke up turned it off and was expected to fight myself to stay awake like norma..Version: 1.1.5

Ok, could be betterI’m writing this after one night of use but here’s what i have to say so far. The biggest issue I had with this app was that even though I set the alarm to off, it still went off at 7:30 and brought me out of a dead sleep, of which I couldn’t go back to. After giving up on trying to go back to sleep after the rude awakening I checked my stats. It was very prominent about how I “didn’t get enough sleep”, (hmmm WONDER WHY) It also didn’t record any sleep talking or snoring data, however that doesn’t bother me too much because I never really thought I was a very loud sleeper anyways. Amazing 🌺❤️This app is amazing I really recommend it it helped me realize that I was snoring and gave me a lot of new ideas to stop it I’m so surprised because all the other apps are always lying but this app gives you the option to record your night to see if anything or if you were talking in your sleep it’s really good night app and it’s really good because it tells you when you wake up and when you go back to sleep it also tells you how much time you’ve been sleeping for and If you have a bad sleep schedule or a good one really recommend this.Version: 2.0.4

Love but having some problemsI love this app. I have been using it to see how I sleep and I'm trying different sleep methods out. However, the night before I started it with the sound. The sound would suddenly stop and I'd check it and it stopped tracking completely. So eventually I just didn't do the sound and just had the tracker. It tracked all through the night. But last night, I started just the tracker. This morning, I wake up and it has stopped tracking at some point and didn't track through the night. I would just love for it to track without stopping. The sound isn't a must but the tracking is. I only have the free version and that worked just fine, until now..Version: 2.0.2

This smart alarm make me feel good!Love it but some room for improvement. The app made waking up to go to work go from a chore to something that became an easy and pleasant experience. The ability to have a range of a time that it will wake you up in works great- and really does allow you to wake up not feeling groggy. I still use the app even when I’m not getting up for work. Sometimes the percentage feels “off” to what you feel, but that’s not the end of the world. If you feel good, you feel good. One of the best sleep appsI’ve tried a couple of sleep apps to get some insight on why how and when I wake up tired. Some apps were good but fell short of giving me the full picture of my sleep patterns and what I maybe doing wrong. I got great sleep now!This app is great! My boyfriend was sleeping on the couch because my snoring was keeping him awake, and something had to be done. I downloaded this app, and while browsing through its list of potential remedies, I came across a wedge pillow, which I had never heard of before. That sounded way more pleasant than sticking things up my nose to open my airways, so I ordered one, and bam! Snoring solved! Coolest app ever !I started out by downloading this app just for entertainment purposes, and ended up paying to have no limitations because I loved it so much. I love!Sleep data interests me, when I started using the app I have learned more about sleep cycles and see that sometimes if I had woken up just 20 minutes earlier in my sleep cycle, I would be less groggy. This is where EasyWakeUp comes in. It can wake you at the optimal time (sleep cycle-wise ) closest to your desired wake time. Best smart alarm!When I first used this I was totally amazed. I have been using it for about 3 months now and almost every morning I wake up feeling great even if I didn’t get as much sleep as I normally do. It’s not loud like a normal alarm clock but it wakes me every time regardless. And when I do wake up I feel so much better because I wasn’t woken up abruptly by some loud alarm clock. It's the best app for sleepingI've struggled with sleep for years, with this I can regulate my breathing and listen to a plamned meditation until I doze off. I don't particularly like the female narrator, however you can change this in the settings of the meditation. Many courses on a range of things, I'm currently at Stress and Focus. Love the AppMySleepPal is a great app. I have been dealing with sleep issues that have affected me my entire life and have been very satisfied with this app until recently. For some reason, probably related to something I had done, the app was not responding in its usable fashion. I contacted the support team who responded immediately, even though it was New Years day, with several options to resolve the issue. I awoke this morning to find all my issues resolved. Waking up refreshed.The clear difference in waking up refreshed. The best way to describe this app is like getting woken up to breakfast in bed on a lazy Sunday feeling like you have had hours more sleep than you really did. Accurate and helpfulAfter having a brain tumor removed, I was having an incredibly difficult time sleeping during my recovery period. Great appIf you are looking for a way to wake up peacefully the alarm on this app does an amazing job. While you sleep it records any snoring or sleep talk which it fun to look back over. It also tells you how deep you sleep and when you are in your deepest sleep. The one flaw thought Is how you have to get premium to access certain sounds and get a weekly report. SuccessfulThis app was successful in helping me to realize and determine the extent of my sleep problem which led me to a sleep specialist. It was discovered that I have severe sleep apnea and central sleep apnea and now I’m extending my life by using a CPAP on a daily basis.
