Betting made easy for dummiesI feel so intimidated going into a sports book and seeing all these +\- numbers flying by not knowing how much I could potentially win on a parlay. This app takes the guessing out of the equation. I say what I want to bet, and I know immediately weather the pay out is worth it or not. It felt weird going into a sports book just to take a selfie during sign up. But it was a 1 time thing and I have been making mobile bets ever since. Antiquated Vegas booksI’m glad that Caesar’s updated the app; it’s a good attempt to catch up with the rest of the country. But the app is still so limited and skewed compared to what major books offer outside of Vegas. They have come a long way; but are still light years behind what other books outside of Vegas offer. Buyer beware! Be prepared for inflated lines, and numbers on props and than of course not being allowed to bet certain combos; because the books are scared that you might actually win. Outside of Vegas I can bet more; have thousands of more lines to sift threw and I can parlay anything I want. Caesar’s is still the best in Vegas but very limited and they control the market. Great app but no BonusesI love the interface, the ease of making live bets, and being able to watch games in the app. However there are very little to no bonuses offered to Nevadans sadly. You get a 10% parlay boosts once in a while but there’s so many restrictions to it it’s not worth much. You also get recommended parlays with a profit boost but they rarely give out a win when you pick those. Overall a great app but they need give us some bonuses like a risk free bet, or a deposit match every once in a while like the competition does..I'm goodVersion: 7.4.2

First timerI’m a 70-yr old infrequent sports bettor. Caesar’s app is extremely easy to learn and use. I like that it so conveniently tracks betting history and current available balance. Broken App & Rude Staff at SportsbookThis app gets stuck on the loading screen 85% of the time. I have to delete the app and redownload to see the board. Not to mention the staff at the sportsbook are very rude and look miserable to be working there. I got a simple $20 bonus from signing up with Caesars Rewards and they were hesitant to add the bonus to my account since they said that takes like 30 minutes. Why offer a bonus if you struggle to activate it? Doesn’t even matter since their “new” app doesn’t even work properly..OzielgomezVersion: 7.0.0

Super Laggy and No supportWorst betting app. It lags every few seconds and takes forever to log anything. Can’t ever see my bets without a prompt and logs in and out randomly. The withdrawal process is convoluted and drawn out and deposits are absolutely atrocious with the wait time of processing. You would think they would try to keep up with the app better but apparently not. Way to market a 2nd William hill appNew version of Caesars “William Hill” app is awful. Just a copied version of draftkings without the same variety of wagers. Every time you click on a drop down menu it just constantly disappears. Takes forever just to view one list of bets because you have to keep going back into it. Customer service is horrendous. Still Neds WorkSame game parlays and betting options are much improved but the app is extremely glitchy. I have every sportsbook app in the state of Nevada and the customer service here is atrocious. Also, bet with caution as they will occasionally flip home/road teams and will intentionally show the wrong scores on live wagering.
