AMAZING!!!!Ok so long review sorry but I’m just happy with this app: I’m here because my friend recommended me this app! No complaints at all for it, I’m just amazed a lot by it. Everything works like it says it does!! The themes look SUPER cool and unique, they look very well thought out! Every theme and icons app I’ve downloaded is literally horrible and doesn’t match its description at all. You have to pay for any of the actual good looking themes, even though they would advertise it like you can get a bunch of “super cool themes”, so I expected this to be the same as the rest but I was SUPER EXCITED finding out that you can literally use every single theme and widget in the app, all you have to do is watch short ads and you can permanently unlock them and use them whenever you want. This deserves to be the top app for themes and icons!!! I love that they give you an OPTIONAL payment choice, so if you wanted to remove the ads or instantly unlock everything, you can do that. But even if you don’t purchase it you still get to use everything, just have to watch short ads which is perfectly ok to me. Also I love how organized it is, AND ESPECIALLY how you can save ones you like by hearting them!!! Overall just super amazing and I’m vey impressed at how great this app turned out to be for me!!.Breezy ;)Version: 2.8.0

Great but alot of workPhoto widget is amazing! I learned to use it from HappyDownloads And she is correct, its amazing! I have one pet peeve though, otherwise its good! You can customize the icons, put widgets and get new wallpapers and themes! Sorry, i have TWO pets peeves, ill share the pet peeves later, but so on you can make your own icons, which is brilliant if your goung for a type of creative thinking unique style, hee are my pet peeves. One, Happydownloads uses a ipad. Most others use ipads too in this case more easier for a bigger screen, and the themes are only shown in iPhone format, and ipads CAN use it but it looks very much different. My next pet peeve is that when you download new icons, you have to check all of it off, confirm in settings and delete apps from home screen which is much work to be honest here, I was thinking that maybe Photowidget can check off the apps you already have and uncheck the ones you dont have automatically so its less work and more people would like to get Photowidget as its easier, so thats my little recommendation and my whole story of why i chose Photowidget instead of other apps such as aesthetic kit, daily aesthetic and etc. anyway thank you for reading this prettty much report or essay. Great, but one pet peeveThis app is great! when i first got my ipad, i really wanted to make it my own and customize it, so i was testing out different apps and found this one. and, oh boy, it’s great. i love all the features on it, especially since it’s a free app. i use both this and Widgetsmith, and they’re both absolutely great! i would highly recommend this app for anyone who is looking for a great way to customize! however, i do have one pet peeve with this app. when i was customizing my app icons, i realized that it was fairly difficult to do multiple apps at once. it was making me download a file or something like that, i don’t remember all off the details. and, this isn’t really a pet peeve, but i thought it was worth mentioning. again, when i was doing my app icons, i noticed they didn’t have Widgetsmith. i clicked on the more apps option, and it took me to a google form. when i put Widgetsmith on the first line, i noticed that the next question asked me where i was from. of course, this could just be me being paranoid, but i just thought it was worth mentioning. i only say this because if a younger child is using this, because i know they are these days, then this might throw a parent off or a child could put a location that’s too specific. just my concerns, but other than that, i absolutely adore this app! thank you, Photo Widget!._ar13sVersion: 2.28.0

I love this app so much….butI love this app and the freedom I have with making photo albums and distributing them to widgets. My only qualm is that the timed interval changes for photos start to not be supported when a larger number of photo widgets are using that feature to roll through photos. I love this app so much because I used it to make a few little 2x3 pages of little square (some with the oblong shape) photo widgets. Each photo widget rotates daily an album full of a themed set of aesthetic photos I gathered from Pinterest. I call them my Pinterest boards and to say they are one of the few things that give me great relief rn is no exaggeration. It’s so enjoyable to see a different set of images I chose, each day on rotation. But I believe I may have maxed it out by adding too many photos widgets. Granted I did kinda go overboard with using them; they’re just so enjoyable to have on my home screen. Thus, my only qualm is that I wish the timed interval rotation feature of photo widgets could be supported by a larger number of widgets at the same time. I’m obsessed!Warning: this is going to be oddly long! So while i was scrolling thru some wallpaper apps, i found a couple but they were all with a payment plan that was not optional. Suddenly an app caught my eye, and it was this app! As soon as I opened the app, my eyes were glowing on how easy it looked! When I was looking around the app it was great! Let me tell you some reasons why you should download Photo Widget! On this app there are very cute, aesthetic themes, you can find widgets, app icons that can come with the wallpaper theme of your choice. I love that you don't have to pay to use it, that is AWESOME! But if you would like to pay, you are allowed it’s optional. One GREAT thing about this app is that you can customize your own app icons, widgets, and much more! I love thisPhoto which is my favorite application on my current iPhone. I get to write inspirational quotes to myself I mean who doesn’t want that. so when photo widget asked me if I wanted to write their application of course I ran over here. my personal favorite way to motivate myself is pictures of Ed Sheeran. I can actually put multiple pictures of Ed Sheeran on my phone at one time.I recommend this to everyone and anyone including ed sheeran. Perfect Theme App!!Works wonderfully on both iPhone and iPad! The ads are reasonably short and I love thag there is an optional paid route. The themes are cute, diverse and range from many different aesthetics, and feel modern and not outdated. Photowidget really made the process of re-theming my phone so easy! I have never used a better theming app. I only have a few complaints. First, the bookmarks it creates hides any new notifications. No numbers appear on the side of the app icon whenever I get a new message. This has caused me to keep my original Phone and Messages apps, so I don’t overlook any important new missed calls or texts. This makes me a little sad since the app icons don’t fit my phone’s theme now, but oh well. Secondly, some apps (Chase, Sleepytime, Duo Mobile, etc) are missing from Photowidget. I have worked around this by creating icons using my Shortcuts, but I would love if they were added to the app as options. I did submit them to the Suggestions Google Form. PLS Add this Feature that Would Make this App SO Much Better!!!So, I really like this app, but I run into this problem where I’m trying to find the right color to color a widget to tie it into my background or other widgets. Well, it’s really hard to find the exact color you want with the color finder. So, what I think should be added to the app to make it SO much easier and more convenient—and pretty—is you should be able to use any of your photos to find a tone to use in a widget. So, for example I have a cute little winter photo widget with some smiling snowmen and this light but smoky blue background. And I want to make a time widget that has that same Smokey blue background—them I use the same photo and put a little curser over that blue part, and voila! It would make it so much easier. Or, if I had a “tis the season” widget with some deep green and red cookies, then I could use the same tool to use the photo to find that deep green in the photo and use the same color for my border. I feel like this feature would really tie the app together and make home screen looks so much more satisfying. Please consider or follow through with this suggestion!.ErinDoolittleVersion: 2.50.3

<3332Okay so, i got this app originally because i saw someone’s layout and i thought it was SOO cute! they told me to get this app. it was a little confusing for me at first, but that’s just because i’m bad at most things lol (not the apps fault!). i’ve only used it for the layout i have now, haven’t rlly used it beyond that, but it’s definitely a good app and i don’t think i’ll ever delete it, very useful if you want a pretty phone aesthetic! THE BEST THEME APP!!!I love Photowidget!! It is definitely the best theme app out of all of the ones I've tried. You don't have to pay just to use the app, which is very nice. There are some paid premium themes which you do have to get the subscription for, but there are just as many free ones as there are paid. There are lots of options, so it's still super great even if you never pay for it. However, there is one theme which I love and wish I could have, but it is premium. I do wish that there was another way to get some premium themes without paying for them. One thing that I wish was added was the ability to search icons by colours too, not just themes. I usually am just looking for icons so it would be nice if I could search for them by colours too. Overall, this is definitely the best theme app on the app store right now and I highly recommend! Amazing! But also-I am very lazy and dumb when it comes to learning how to use apps easily. Especially THESE types of apps. (Widgets, backgrounds, etc.) but this app, I learned in a matter of minutes. It’s so easy, the majority of the widgets and backgrounds are free and so easy to use! I’ve been using it for about a year now, and I still love it. It takes a LONG time to get bored of. I’m more into the dark aesthetics, and I wish there were more holiday ones that come out earlier. I really wanted a dark Christmas/Winter setup for my home screen but I couldn’t find one. Although I am so frikin impressed with this app, I wish there were more. OMG I JUST GOT THIS IM IN LOVE IF THE CREATORS DELETE THIS APP I WILL DIE.So I literally just got this app today I customized my wallpapers and my widgets and my icons and it was actually really easy and it takes a bit long sometimes but in the end, it’s all worth it I was taking like really long and I was like downloading separate icons when I realized I could’ve downloaded it all at once. Absolutely Beautiful Themes just 2 thingsI love this app because 1. You don’t have to pay for EVERY SINGLE THEME in there like you normally have to 2. The themes are really nice looking. But there is just two small changes that would be nice to add, but its may not be possible (I dunno, it may be because of how the app works). So one thing is the fact that you use the Shortcuts app to use the app you are trying to get to. The custom icon doesn’t lead to the app directly. Instead of making the icon like a substitute, you could make more like a mask for the app. It would still lead to the app, without the Shortcuts app having to process what you want to see. The other thing is that maybe you could give the color hex codes of the app icons and the types of photos that you used for the widgets. Because if people want to make the app icon of their own app that isn’t an option originally the same as the others, they should at least know what color they need to use to match the theme. Because when I first downloaded this app I had to really look for the color that match the theme so my icon didn’t look out of place. Icons are Sketchy…I love this app a lot! It’s a great app, and I love being able to look at pictures, see the date, make a count down, etc. There’s just something that I think is kind of odd. I wanted to change my Icons, so I went in to photo widget, and of course, I could. So I go in to change it to some Icons that I think are pretty, and I go through the steps, blah blah blah, and it gives me this example screen shot of what the page should look like. It says “Signed by: (whoever signed it)” and beneath that it says verified. So I get to there but instead of it saying “Signed by: (whoever signed it)” It wasn’t signed. I clicked install anyway, and it gave me a warning page. It says that this isn’t signed, and making a big deal about it. So I go back and try out different Icon themes; same thing every time. AMAZING, WONDERFUL, FABULOUS APPThis app was pretty non convincing for a second but after looking at it I downloaded it, best choice ever. Found out there was so many choices to choose from, A lot of widgets, themes, and icons. You can make your own custom widget, icon, and wallpaper. It’s free, and you can customize everything!!!!! But here are some things I don’t like: •When you want to search a theme up, it only gives you barely any options to choose from, if u don’t know what i’m talking about, i’m talking about when you want to search up a theme, you have to choose 1 or more colors so when you press enter, it gives you the colors that u picked but in a theme for your phone. I just want photowidget to add more colors or to let us customize our own colors. •When you get a theme the finally matches your phone, you have an app you want to customize that is not on the list of apps. I don’t really like that you have to actually customize it and not get the same color or theme as the other apps like for example let’s say I have a dark green theme for my phone, and I customize an app, I either get too dark or too light of a green. Photowidget is easy to use and free!This app is really awesome! I can make multiple albums of pictures or other types of widgets. It’s a simple and easy way to customize your phone or device for free! Adds do occasionally pop up but are normally only about 30 seconds or less and are not very often. It is definitely worth the adds to have these widgets. I have albums of pictures and a personal theme widget and you can make lots of different albums. They are easy to add to your Home Screen and change about every 10-15 minutes. Sometimes they tend to repeat the same ones so I just go on the app and switch around the ordering of the different pictures. Love it! 😃I got this app to get some widgets for my phone, for Halloween and realized that you can customize your Home Screen too so I did that and it turned out great! 🤩 I loved how it was optional to pay and you only pay for curtain ones! Very Easy to Use + SUPER CUTEI am obsessed with this app, I really am! I love how many options there are, and how I don’t have to spend any of my money to have a cute personalized iPhone. I have tried so so many apps like this one, and they are also so cute, but the problem is they cost money, and that’s a red-flag, but not only that, but they cost a lot of money, and just to have a cool iPhone too. Nice but a few qualmsThe app is great and so are the themes but here are 3 things that i have an issue/want to do. 1. i want to download the icon images separately to my camera roll instead of installing them as a profile. #2 and #3 wouldn’t be an issue if i could do 1. 2. the way shortcuts work in iOS now opens the app immediately without running the shortcuts in the back. if i open my most recent apps after using the shortcuts made by the photowidget app, i have a bunch of blank white screens in between the apps. if i could download the images separately and make my own shortcuts, this wouldn’t happen. 3. opening the safari shortcut each time opens a new tab. i want it to open to the tab that i was on before leaving the safari app. again, if i could download the images separately and make my own shortcuts, this wouldn’t happen..MoasjnbVersion: 2.5.5

One of the best!I love this app. I literally have no complaints about it. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I love the fact that I can set up my albums and choose which album I would like to be displayed on the widgets on my home screen. I also like the time interval in which my multiple photos can be changed because seeing a new picture in whatever interval u set is refreshing. I only hope that you’ll add other widgets not just photo widgets maybe calendars with multiple fonts and colors / backgrounds we can add ourselves from camera roll or even choose from, a clock (whether digital or analog) , battery percentage, reminders, notes and just any other widgets you guys think would be cute! Some issuesI've been using Photowidget for almost a year now, but pretty recently the app has been going quickly downhill. First of all, there are some problems regarding the saved themes/ Saved tab. I have a lot of themes saved, and a couple months ago, I checked my "Saved" tab and about half of my themes were gone. I have no idea how this happened, but it was really annoying after to go and find all the themes that were removed and add them back into my saved tab again. Another issue is that I opened Photowidget a couple days ago; I saved some themes, went to check my saved tab and ALL OF MY THEMES WERE GONE. It now says that I have to MAKE AN ACCOUNT to see my saved themes. I have some issues with that because my Apple ID isn't working, so now I can't even save themes anymore :(. There's no guest option, so I might as just find another widget app instead..𝒿𝒶𝓎𝓁𝒶❤︎Version: 2.16.1

Absolutely AmazingI absolutely love this app. It makes my phone so organized and everything is free. I mean you can buy a premium subscription but there really is no need. All that would do is unlock a couple of extra themes but in my opinion a lot of the themes that are premium only aren’t really that cute. I’m perfectly fine with watching 30 second if that ads to get an entire adorable theme on my phone. The creators of this app really out did themselves and did gave the world of organized people what they wanted a free app to make your phone organized and cute. 💕😞Hey, so I absolutely adore this app my Home Screen Is so much prettier than It was before! There’s just one problem.😞 I have Installed Icons of course, but there are extra ones that pop up and they are blank. Like they are white with black lines like the start of a program. My Icons aren’t turning Into those they just pop up for no reason. I have tried just deleting the icons I was using, but they never go away. Amazing download now!I must say this is the best when it comes to finding backgrounds, widgets and app icons. Really good but one thing…This app is really cool! And it’s the first free app I could find for this! I loved it the instant I installed it. But one day I was logging into my phone and I was going to change one of my albums because I use the photo album ones and when I changed it and came out of the app it turned grey and blank all my other ones were fine except this one. When I checked my album it had disappeared and nothing was in the album so I got out of the app and restarted my phone and went back in and the other widget were grey I was very disappointed. So I deleted the app and found a new one but the other apps like this was hot garbage so I and I installed it again. BEST APP EVEROk so I’m not gonna write a super long review, but for anyone who’s looking to upgrade their phone this is a app. It is my absolute favorite. I’ve downloaded tons of apps that are supposed to be the best of the best, but none of them compared to this the ads are short and the wallpapers are beautiful they offer so many different kinds and a ton of beautiful ones for free. AMAZING 💖💖💖💖If you are thinking of getting an app to decorate your iPhone home screen this is definitely the one for you!!!! It’s free, has soooo many themes, and is very easy to install. The only thing I would recommend is adding more themes like aesthetics like indie, cottage core, etc…that would be great and also add app widgets with aesthetic themes too. That’s just an idea but I think it would also be nice to add more apps bc I have a lot like greenlight and Starbucks etc and that would be great. Great appThis app is very useful for your Home Screen! You can choose any photos on your phone to be on a widget, and you have the option to slideshow through the photos on an album you’ve chosen every few minutes, hours, or whatever you choose! You can have unlimited widgets on your screen and it just feels a lot nicer than some of the other widget apps I’ve tried. Also any bugs I’ve encountered were solved very quickly and I could update the app within a day or two of finding the bug. One thing that would make Photowidget better is if they added the option to have widgets tell the time or the date, but overall, it’s great and really easy to use! Needs some improvementsIt’s a well-designed app overall, but I have 2 major suggestions. There are probably tens of thousands of themes and there’s NO search function… I understand that they’re trying to add more keyword stuff but only being able to search by a set of pre-picked colors is intensely limiting. The other major thing: why does an app open two tabs when clicked? I replaced my apps with the PhotoWidget icons, and now whenever I click them it brings up two tabs; one with the actual app and the other that looks like it redirects you there. Is there a way I can get around this/turn this off or is it just gonna work like that forever? Great app but one nitpickThis app is great it provides themes for everyone and if your like me and can’t use widget smith :,) this is the perfect alternative! But I do have one nitpick witch is the search system. You can find your perfect design idea ,close the app and never find it again . This is because instead of typing the title of the design to search you have select colors to choose on what color your design is centered on. There has been at least 5 times this has happened and it is just to big of a variety to find a select design. I personally would prefer if they provide two ways to search one with colors and one with the title. Has issuesTo be honest this app is certainly amazing. I love it a lot and how it makes my Home Screen look so cute but there’s a problem. Absolutely Fantastic!It does exactly what it’s made for: adding a photo widget to your Home Screen. It’s very easy to use and allowed me to display the photos I chose. Eh.. Wasn’t the best experienceI have had my tablet since December 2021, My tablet has never reacted like it did after I downloaded this app… I downloaded this app not even 2 days ago and it already has messed up my tablet.. Extremely sad.I downloaded this app because everyone said it was the best- better than most home/Lock Screen apps. So I had high expectations.
