Needs two default devicesMy wife and I share our suv and we get car washes frequently. We have to switch the default device any time one of us gets a car wash and now we hit the max amount of times we can do that until the next billing cycle. So now her phone which is now the default device until next month is the only one that can get car washes now. Dumb. Update it. Locations should be able to send an update to the app if their car wash is closed. Wasted time jumping around the city to find an open one. Could be improvedReading comments I’m not sure if the devs are listening or not. Through my experience it works as long as your at a store that supports this feature. Would be nice to know which stores are online/offline, wasted time going to a nearby location that doesn’t support it after work, and had to back out the awkward entrance with frustration. Also would be nice to know on the app store/car wash hours, if it’s closed, maintenance, etc instead of just showing store locations.. will give five stars after more improvements and listening to some reviewers...FxithfulVersion: 1.0.10

Update password in web browser for it to workThe app doesn’t function very well. If you’re getting locked out, or can’t log in, and need to change your password, you must use the web browser. Not the app. Otherwise you just get locked out again. Now I can log in just fine after going through the web browser. It works!The reliably and consistently does what I need it to do, act as a key into the thing that washes my car. Two big QoL improvements. First, If for some reason the payment does not go through, it would be nice to have it give an FYI on my device. It can take payments and reactivate accounts quick enough. Second, Carplay support! It would be one of those small dumb, but extremely convenient things for people who use Apple CarPlay to just open the app and activate the wash from the infotainment center..ElectrcNINJAVersion: 1.0.16

You have to understand the settingTo use this app you have to ensure your not passing it back and fourth from one phone to the other and that your location and Bluetooth are on. I called the customer service people (who are wonderful by the way) and I didn’t know half this stuff. I love the app and it’s very user friendly..Lshay25Version: 1.0.16

Who is open?I know it is up to the individual store discretion whether or not they are open but they should be able to tell us wether or not they are on the app. Driving around to multiple locations just to find out they are closed is very annoying. Worked great for me!I downloaded the app at Holiday station and signed up, made sure I had Bluetooth on, then drove up to the car wash and it showed up on the screen at the car wash as paid and I chose the “brush wash” and drove in… it was all fast and easy!.Hymns loverVersion: 1.0.10

App fails in setting up account…after charging my ccI tried to set up my account through this app. I have attempted it five separate occasions. The app keeps closing after I get to the part where I put in my credit card information. I get notification that my credit card account has been charged, then the app closes again. I am seriously reconsidering getting the monthly subscription if this is what I can expect.L33 M3rr1ckVersion: 1.0.16

Closed location, why can’t it show on the appApparently no one cares about all these bad reviews. I restarted my monthly unlimited account and then proceeded to drive to a location about 5 miles away, just to find out the car wash was closed. The temperature is 33 degrees, so no excuse for it. Multiple VehiclesSo just how does one configure multiple vehicles? Absolutely no instructions on how to allow a single app instance to be used for the typical 2 car family. No obvious way to let multiple devices use a single subscription. Maybe 10 years ago that was okay. In 2021 it’s an anachronism. Completely worthless appPull up to the car wash, open app, and it tells you to press the button in the app when it appears. Except it NEVER appears. Also, you can't register multiple vehicles in the app, apparently you're supposed to go in the store to get a tag for the second vehicle. Not that the first vehicle even works (see above). Unreliable appSometimes I will try activating a car wash with the app and it doesn’t register with the machine. So I have to either pay for a separate wash ( when I already am paying for monthly washes) or go inside, get another car wash code and wait in line for over a half an hour again.
