Amazing game but…I have 9 legendarys but can only use 3 because if you get a rare legendary you have to star it up which is even harder than getting the character itself . I think legendarys should be a lot stronger that blue character who have stars . My shrike should be 10x stronger than a blue vanguard who has 5 stars. What I’m saying is stars should not be such a huge factor in power boosts or should be buffed for legendary characters. I’m power lvl 2million in game so i some what experience. Overall a very good game.9.8/10 p.s I should be able to use choas characters and choas prime arch’s. This game would attract so many new players if you’d let them pick at least what faction they’d like to side with. Temper Your ExpectationsI’ve played probably 6-7 different games within this base-building genre and all of them have been decently enjoyable, up until a certain point at least. There’s something fun about the steady, overly-simplistic amassing of resources while upgrading buildings at a constant pace. While this type of “gameplay” won’t appeal to everyone, in my opinion these types of games are enjoyable to a certain degree. However, all of these games suffer from the same fatal flaw: whales. Once the newbie shield is gone you’ll either have to fork over real money to re-activate it (and keep it active) or subject yourself to constant abuse by server whales who can single-handedly while you and your buddies clean in one fell swoop. That’s when the “fun” stops, thus causing most players to delete the app. At the time of me writing this my newbie shield is still up and I’ve enough in-game resources to keep said shield activated for another couple of weeks. As such, I’m able to say (now, at least) that this title is pretty fun and is also quite sharp looking. It’s the same engine as State of Survival so the UI / rewards systems are identical. It’s a fun game to check in on now & again, but I know full well the lifespan of this game on my phone is already a short one..RyanVentoVersion: 0.27.0

Good but could be better.I like the game I really do and I’m glad they added some more chapters to choose from I’ll probably give this game a five star when they add the Space Wolves but it’s still a pay to advance game once you hit a certain spot in the campaign you have to upgrade your hero significantly I am on the third chapter of the campaign and all of my heroes are level 45 and I’m still having trouble with the first mission of chapter 3 and every time I failed the mission a bundle comes up saying if I buy this I’ll get a bunch of hero XP to put towards my hero to help me along my way I did this but after a while it was clear I needed to do it again you don’t get much XP from attacking other enemy bases(other players) don’t get me wrong the prices for these things aren’t that bad for what you get but it kind of gets repetitive after about the third time of paying $3.99 and you don’t get much XP from attacking chaos fleets and other things like that you get pretty much next to nothing for your hero when you do that which is a bit of a letdown because you would expect you to gain some XP but you pretty much only gain about 100 XP for each one of these chaos fleets you destroy..Logan UNSCVersion: 1.0.1

No PvE+Pay to Win = BoringTo be very clear I put several months into this game really trying to give it a chance. I enjoy the premise, I enjoy the artwork, I enjoy the lore, and I didn’t even really mind the speed of upgrading your fleet. However, to have the entire sector basically destroyed because a handful of players paid a couple hundred bucks in drastically outstrip the capabilities of everyone else was really annoying. You simply cannot defend against that. Also, the ability to keep your fleet protected even when you are not logged in is very close to impossible. I kept thinking that I would throw a couple bucks here and there but I could not bring myself to do it realizing that as much fun as I was having, there really was no future to enjoying the game long-term. If you don’t mind a constant stream of cash to try and keep up in the forced PVP, and you have the time to spend almost all your free time keeping yourself protected, the game isn’t bad. Pretty flippin goodThe game has been very entertaining and keeps me wanting to come back and do the daily missions and weekly events. The community has been very open and welcoming and my alliance members make the game as fun as it can be! Now I realize that this is an online game and some people can be mean about it and pay out the nose on the game. But the community has set server rules for some events and raiding players, and I appreciate that. I have played a lot of city/base building games before this and the fact the players are active and looking out for new players helps this game grow a lot! Great potentialEveryone has an opinion. This a base building, army building game. Yes there are many in this genre. However, this one has a good mix of PVE and PVP. Plenty of PVE to keep you occupied until the next war. The facts are, like all the other in this genre, this is a PVP game. Don’t let the negative reviews discourage you. You can grind anything in this game. Yes you can pay to advance quickly but I would not say it is pay to win. Make sure you know what all the buildings do and set defenses. It’s not complicated but you do have to make an effort to learn and not just show up for your participation trophy. Join an Alliance as quickly as you can. That is your best defense. Fun until…Was a pretty fun game in the Warhammer universe until the pay-to-win reality rears it’s ugly head. Playing in a chill alliance with open invites and just doing our thing on the edge of the map. Ranked in the 20’s or so, no where near that personally and having a good time. Quit today after a top 5 player in the number one rank warps into the middle of our alliance and single handed you wipes out everyone with barely any damage to themselves. Absolutely no chance of challenging them even if our whole alliance fought at once. If you are looking for a competitive game that is strongly alliance driven and don’t mind dropping a pretty penny (I had spent about $50 up to this point and stood no chance) then you will probably enjoy this game, especially if you like seal clubbing people whom you can outspend. For fun less workIt’s getting hard to keep interest in game soon as I have troops to mine or do events , and player with a mass deference in power wipes out troops, can’t mine to gain resources to make new troops fast enough, can’t level up as resources are used for the troops replacement than building. In other games if played for over five years like Star truck fleet command, a player can only attack or be attacked within two ranks up or down, this game would be like a 35 and only be hit buy 33 to 37. Giving that player time to build up before popping to the next level. Great game.This game serves its purpose. Login and complete what’s needed then you can log off. It has a lot of pay to get ahead options. The pay to win is hard to achieve because of how many features are required in the game. This will require really deep pockets. Updates are nice but gets glitchy after the general updates. They are good at compensating for the maintenance delays. In PVP, there could be some improvement for how you lose troops. A lot of players leave after being attacked because it completely depletes your power. Maybe start with percentages so it is not as difficult to build your force back up. That demoralizing factor causes players to quit and not come back because time invested is extremely high just to lose everything in a matter of 2-3 attacks from opponents. Void supremacy is fun! However healing should be as long as it is for a 1 hour event. I think the healing needs to be adjusted and squished for the void supremacy in order to keep it engaging and constant fighting. Be real about your expectationsListen guys, let's be real. Stop looking for a game that ain't so much P2W, they're all like that. It doesn't matter what sector you're on, it just takes a group of people that are all P2W to form up an alliance and annihilate everyone else. It took me 30 days to realize that, even though I was very very active due to work from home and keep things moving, it got to a point where it was a second job. Steer away, it's addictive. A Gem of 40k gamingI’ve been gaming for years, and I gotta say this is the first mobile game I’ve played that not only leaned heavily on the source material but was also fun to play. There’s LOTS of management and LOTS of menus, and many little tricks to learn to make you a conduit of the Emperor’s wrath. Yes there’s a pay to win structure in place, you can easily drop money and become the greatest Marshal in your sector. But the devs were smart, everything you can get by purchase, can easily be grounded out and still enjoy the crushing drudgery that is imperial bureaucracy; an element also included in gameplay I may add. 40K games are all over the place. Best game in this genreProbably my favorite when it comes to this genre or play style of games but the one thing I hate about it is the time it takes to build and how many you can build at once. The time is just so long to train troops and upgrade it’s kinda annoying atleast let us increase the amount of things we can upgrade at once with non premium currency. Good startHas high potential if further updates are added. As far as strategy games go, this really isn’t one. Not much strategy involved. More or less constant upgrading and farming for resources. Non-stop building upgrades and rather blandly named research to increase strength and productivity. The battles are mediocre at best. Basically the same fight every time but with one or two different enemies. Build an army hundreds strong to increase your power level, but never actually see them fight. They only exist as a number. Good game and lossWell… I essentially lost all my progress. Lvl 13 strong hold and then game froze at 70% at title screen no matter what I did after trying to fix it on my own(note: contact support next time). Most balanced base building gameI’ve been playing for a few weeks and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. These base building games are just copies of eachother, built and designed to be cash grabs. This one is the most balanced I’ve ever played. More like 4 1/2 starsSo it’s get a 4 star review from me. I love most of what the game brings to the table. Stamina is a bit annoying but thankfully it’s not breaking for me, however the amount of time it takes to train troops is a bit much level 5 takes about 5 and a half hours for ten units. But my biggest nit pick per say is how long buildings take to upgrade, again I understand making the process of these types of games where a little micro transactions help boost the game. However at level 21 to 22 barge should not take 3 days and 11 hours to upgrade one level. I love Warhammer 40KLong time fan. Really enjoy this game. I was playing it with no issues, I’m already at level 14 and my battlebarge is coming along nicely. I have a cool alliance and everybody seems to work very well together. MY ONLY GRIPE at this point in time is that now, for some reason - I can’t launch the game from my iPhone 12 Pro. I have good internet connection. I have tried the repair button to fix. I’ve let it rest a while. And every single time I try to boot it up or log in… it just gets stuck at 70 percent. Good game overallThis is going to be short but all I am going to say right now is that I enjoy playing this game. The thing I like about it is that as a new player build time is fast and thats what I think is unique from other base strategy games is that they take a long duration of time to craft or build something. Amazing game, but a little tediousThis game is really well done, the combat system is incredible, resources are readily available, and the campaign has been really fun so far. The only problem that I’ve run into though is that building an army and leveling hero’s takes forever. It would be really helpful if there was a button to start training units in all of your training camps, or if there was one menu for training any/all units you want. The hero’s also feel like they only get a small amount of XP every mission, and I found my self spending a long time doing the same mission repeatedly to catch one hero up to my older hero’s. Warhammer Entertains AgainKeeps you very busy, lots to do! Hero’s are easy to come by, tons of mini games, collecting resources isn’t a drag or a bummer, especially once you get three marching slots. Warehouse and hospital don’t make attacks too draining and ruin the game for lower power players. Alliances are impactful and meaningful. Huge research tree to build. All in all one of the best free “RTS” games I’ve played in a long time! Beyond expectations!!!I downloaded this game over a year ago as a fan of the books and wanting something in the warhammer 40k world. It’s Alright (Update)Where are the developers getting their “screenshots” from? The game looks nothing like what is being advertised. My last review also had this complaint and it looks like the developers just doubled down on blatant false advertisement. The game is still alright. The PVE mode isn’t bad. You unlock more missions when you level up. Adding the Chapters to the game was a nice touch. Each Chapter gives you different bonuses. The paywall is still a problem if you’re in a small alliance. The only way to alleviate it is to join a larger alliance that has control of resource nodes. Participating in events helps a lot as well..MrZarkVersion: 1.2.0

One of the best App games/ 40k games of all timeIf you are a Fan of Warhammer 40k or not this is a great app game. For those who enjoy micromanaging, base expansion, story elements, sci-fi, simulated combat, army growth and choice, and pretty much endless things to do. This game is for you. It does have micro transactions but as far as I’ve played they aren’t necessary at all. The game is incredibly generous with items and boost for you. It’s actually really surprising. I expected that after the first few levels and couple hours of play it would taper off, but it is the contrary. As you expand and get more stuff to do, the game give your more and more ways to get the things you need. My one and only real complaint is the games tutorial while really great doesn’t do a good enough job explaining how to upgrade, manage, match and equip your heroes. I was well into playing before I figured out that you could select an armor slot and do something called “sweep” and sweep a level for armor pieces which allowed me to upgrade heroes. Needs a good fix-Server 18 here- but there’s a HIGE flaw with the ranking system that ALL OTHER PVP GAMES HAVE. And I know it’s run proper with all other 40K games. This needs to be fixed. I’m tired of level 30+‘s and your damn beta testers being literal bullies to everyone else. The top ten alliances are also all one team which isn’t right at all either. I’ve attempted to talk to support a handful of times about this, but haven’t exactly gotten anywhere with it because the developers don’t actually give a damn about the major flaws within the game. Very well programmed but…This game is very well designed and programmed. The UI is highly responsive with little lag. There are a lot of free hero’s and perks to keep one going. It doesn’t fall prey to rampant and obvious pay to win that plagues most mobile games. For this reason I give the developer a thumbs up. But at the end of the day the action part of it is … repetitive and dull at best. And then it’s highly deterministic with little left to chance or so called skill. Good GameThe game seemed like it was a bit fast on progression in the early game, but has now tapered to a reasonable level by about BB20. I prefer a more open map with troop or fleet movement being controlled manually but so far it seems to be going ok. The void supremacy seems a bit chaotic being able to tp wherever you want, a more restrictive system where your territory expands section by section might be a bit more fun. Right now if you have a have on your team you can pretty much brute force your way through it by teleporting to centre. Should really get some content creators into this to bring awareness to the game as right now it really seems to be slow activity wise. Constant PVP is stupidAs several other reviews have mention, this game can be fun until it is time for the server events that the whales come out and obliterate all of us who haven’t spent tons of money for rapid advancement. I just finally had healed everything from the last event and got attacked twice be players I had no chance against in the space of an hour. Now I will spend the next month trying to heal everything that needs to be just to get screwed again next month. You really need to either cap the number of casualties that can be incurred, the number of times that a player can be attacked in an event or a limit for how much higher level character can attack. For example, my level 35 characters that are my base defenders, shouldn’t be able to be attacked by character that are at level 80+. The difference allowed should be no more than 10 levels. Ideally, all three of these changes should be implemented to improve player enjoyment. The number of battlebarge level 1 and 2 players on the servers should show that a lot of people quit playing when they experience this type of thing and I’m sure doesn’t lead to an expanding player base. In fact, I’m betting the player base is probably shrinking as people get frustrated with this type of thing. Forced PVPAs has been mentioned by other players, you are at the mercy of the server whales. There is no defense against these other players, so you spend most of your time recovering from attacks, which takes days. Developers, why are there no servers for PVE only? Why is there no automatic shield after attacks like in Clash of clans? Your game becomes pointless when a player can’t progress because level 40 players with level 100 heroes come stomping around to let you know that you’re only there to feed them. The developer responds edit: you want to know what my problem with your game is? Did you read my review? Forced Player vs player or PVP. All players are forced to play on a server with other players whose power level is far beyond their own. These high level players can do whatever they like with little to no repercussions. New or low level players can be attacked multiple times by these high level players making it nearly impossible to advance. Why? Because every time you’re attacked your power level is reduced dramatically. This makes it difficult to do even the most mundane tasks because a player no longer has the troops to do them. And recovering your power level takes DAYS. Ok game, poor customer service, incompetent developersThis is purely Pay-2-win game. They claimed it is a balance game, no it really is not. Those with money to pay will be the ones who lead and kill other alliances. The whales make the rule. You either follow or get attacked all the time. They release updates often and each update always introduces one or more bugs. Instead of trying to fix the existing bugs, the developers simply ignore them. They rush to releases new updates for new events so that they can try to sell more crystal so people can advance and win the event. This game will require you to be online daily if you are in the an alliance with a bossy whale. You will need to dedicate your precious time to be doing events each day. If you don’t, you will be kicked out. Or you can join less power alliance and being attacked all the time. How does that sound for a game they claim to be “balance”. They let old servers die and keep creating new servers so that players would move to a newer servers and start over and again spend more money. At the end of the day. Poor Customer ServiceI had one instance of a duplicated charge customer service did nothing about (after reaching out and taking the time to show the evidence) and now just recently a charge occurred nearly a whole week later that they can’t even explain what it was for (after again taking the time and providing them a lot of evidence). Could be great…butIt’s basically a clash of clans in space with Warhammer 40K skins. It has some potential however, it falls short because after BB20, to contend you must spend a lot of money, or farm until it gets too boring to play. The other problem is, sectors are short lived before they die. They get over ran with P2P players who rush to BB40, basically take over the entire sector, and turn you into a farm. They did take some action to make some resources protected, but it doesn’t save your army from being decimated by a barge with T9 troops, and you’re protecting with T5-6. The community can also be very toxic, their is a lot of political arguments due to most of the player base being from the Russian areas. So there’s a lot of Ukraine vs Russia animosity, and it just gets old. Sadly the devs ignore this ongoing issue by failing to ban toxic players even when the game has a report function , nothing happens. Fraud and theftBe careful. This game will advertise a in game pack of items for a certain price, in this case they advertised 1,500,000 crystals (the equivalent of 5,000 actual dollars) and some other items for a price of 50 dollars. After realizing they made a mistake, they temporarily ban anyone’s account that purchased the pack, and then they strip those accounts of all crystals including ones previously owned by the account or acquired through separate purchases. If you spent any of the crystals that you bought from the game and then they gave you, they then came back and added a negative balance to your account for whatever amount of crystals they could not claim back from you (again for the pack that they advertised and sold to you). So now your account is basically frozen and most of the actions you need to do are not doable because it will say you “have insufficient crystals”. Basically they get you to buy a pack for a cheap price, after you buy the pack they go back on their deal and now require you to pay more than the initially agreed upon price. Even if it was a mistake on their part, they shouldn’t have indebted peoples accounts for something they made a mistake on. Because some people agree to a 50 dollar price tag, they don’t agree to the deal suddenly changing after the developers realize it wasn’t a good idea to have a deal that good. Do not buy this game. Game could have potentialThis game is fun and has potential, but is currently pay to win. Small groups of people have funneled money into the game and have out-leveled the average player. With battles/raids being winner takes all and all of the loser’s troops are injured or killed, it is very easier for these few people to shut down the average players ability to do anything in the game. You need troops to do most actions (including resource collection) and you need a lot of resources to be able to heal or make troops. I had enjoyed this game and would have given it 5 stars a month ago, but the pay to win players have severely thinned the servers and make it impossible to play without spending lots of money. It’s starting to die.I’ve been playing for over a year and I love 40K, I’ve put around 45k in USD down on the game, I’m VIP 16, all my heroes are nearly maxed out, etc. the game caters too much to the big spenders, I’ve seen people instantly unlock the highest troop tier possible then turn around and wipe entire alliances off the map because they were bored. There’s only 7 or 8 free to play heroes who are immediately outclassed and outgunned by paid heroes. My server is dying again just because Maelstrom matching is so toxic nobody has a chance, how are you supposed to fight someone with 1.3 Billion power when the largest march you can throw out at once is no more than 18-20 million power, mind you rallies have max sizes too. It takes (with maxed out tech,) 20:15:00 to produce 270 T9’s for 210k roughly power. Not really worth the timeI’m still kind of new to the Warhammer setting and was pretty excited to see a mobile game. Doesn’t do warhammer justiceThe gacha style hero system is appealing at first, but you’ll often spend most of your time tediously upgrading and managing your base for superfluous rewards. Little to no griefing protectionThe art is fantastic. It has a great 40K feel. There’s a lot of rewards to be had. The problem is that there are alliances full of big spenders who have zoomed head and shoulders above everyone else. These alliances can troll/grief and set you on fire all they want and there’s almost nothing you can do to counter it without opening your wallet to match their spending. You will always be food to them, and you won’t get a chance to get better than them without $. The power imbalance is not fun. Until this is resolved it gets 1 star. Warhammer 40k but notNot much in the way of combat that feels like Warhammer, this is a mobile base building game that really slows down after you upgrade your “battle barge” to level 30. It quickly becomes a resource collecting game with themes and characters from Warhamner 40k. Server problemIn our server the top 5 clans are allied. Which insinuates to the other clans, we can’t do anything without threat of getting decimated. One player is trying to compete valiantly, the individual spent real money to rank up to lvl 27. Heck I’ve spent $15 dollars. Nevertheless he’s not mighty enough to battle 100’s of players even with our aid. The exceptional clans have the superior players in them. Which indicates even if the inferior clans allied together or merged, we still loose. This will kill all your servers if the problem isn’t fixed. You should block the top 10 clans in each server from being able to communicate with one another. For an extra measure stop them from putting discords in their bios.
