You get to the glass counter and they’re all like, “Do you want cilantro?” Then you ask yourself, “Do I want cilantro? I don’t know, there’s noise and other people around… They’re probably judging me.” The guy behind you is breathing like Darth Vader, the guy in front of you has his kid with him who keeps making dumb sounds, and then you hear, “SIR! Stopped working about a month agoI used this in the past with some crashing issues but it did work. Now it never loads I get a white screen and that’s all. I don’t know what happened. Terrible app, delivery not clear to storeTerrible app, will never use it again. Placed order for delivery, no way to track my delivery called the store 60 minutes after placing order and they said it looked as though it was a pick up order. The store was great and rushed the delivery but I will never use this app again. No contact us on it, no way of getting a refund. Terrible app!!!This is the worst app I have ever used! The app is not user friendly at all! The app has an issue with displaying pick up time slots for night time. It only shows pick up time slot until 11:30 pm which doesn’t make any sense considering that BarBurrito in my area is open until 2 AM. It should also be showing pick up time slots for 12am-1am. Not enough options with ordering onlineI’m a regular at this awesome restaurant. The app though lacks enough features. For example, you can’t choose both beans, even though you normally would get that on a bean Burrito. Also you can’t choose no sauce, it forces a pick of at least one. Great restaurant to go to in person, but hopefully the app can be improved to order exactly what you want. I still use the old app to collect points and such. THE APP DOES NOT WORKThis has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used! I downloaded to get the double points when purchasing my food if you pay through the app. After I setup with my payment card uploaded and tried to pay. It wouldn’t give me an option to pay. Then I transferred the fund to the loyalty card on the app to pay through the option provided in the app.. again it wouldn’t let me. Then I tried to order the meal through the app, again it wouldn’t let me. I am really annoyed as not the app has money of mine that I didn’t get to use. We try to scan using the Q-square option. Nothing worked. I asked to use the barcode option as my money is now on the app. I want it off. The location I am at doesn’t have that payment option. The cashier tries a few more times and still to no avail does this app work! Now I am paying with my payment card. With find on an app that doesn’t work. Annoyed that no one thought to test this crappy app that is messing with my experience, time and funds! Fix your app or get rid of it! Came home and after I relaxed. Went into the app to see if I could setup to order food to use the funds on the app. Why is the find my location stuck in AB. Searched by postal code, city, province.. nothing worked.
