Not enough weights exercises AND No Refund GivenI purchased a one year subscription and after using the app for five days I’m not completely satisfied. There are not enough exercises using weights at the gym. I guess I should’ve researched the app more thoroughly before purchasing. I will say the app does have a lot of exercises available without using weights and good recipes but again, just doesn’t fit my workout plan. I’ve asked for a refund and they honored it. Thank you! Good workouts but app needs a few tweeksI love to workout and have run HIIT bootcamps and tried many different workouts. Saw this app and thought I’d give it a try. I just started, has some good features and some that need to be fine tuned. I like that this came with a nutrition plan. But the nutrition plan has a few flaws. If you are meal prepping it’s too much variety and makes it unrealistic to keep up with. Also they don’t tell you a range of protein or carbs that they are recommending for you daily. Meals don’t seem balanced. The workout are a little boring doing the same 4 workouts 6-8 times. Also the video doesn’t give you time to actually get in position to start the next workouts with the app. Developers need to include that transition time and it would also be nice to have a bell ring when the timer is done between each workout. Or list the workouts and let the person time their own workout..Version: 2.2.0

Love!I have had some lower back pain due to an accident earlier in my life. I have been to an orthopedic surgeon and had physical therapy. I’m no happily back to exercise. I usually swim for my main exercise with two land days in a gym, but due to Covid, am at home. I downloaded Fitness for muscle grow and overall like the app. I like the circuits and the videos of the exercise make it easy to interpret. If I could petition for one thing it would be for the exercise given to have an alternative for lower back pain sufferers to be able to do a similar exercise that targets similar areas without the strain on the back. I’ve been subbing with some suggestions from PT. It’d be nice to click the button on bottom (like you can for an increased level of difficulty) and see a substituon for back stability..Version: 2.1.3

Amazing workout appFitness for muscle growth is such a cool app! I have always been in shape and worked out constantly. Running miles upon miles every week, lifting weights, but it would take at least an hour to accomplish. I also always felt in shape but never felt like “how I should look” given my workout and diet. This app has my work outs cut to less than half the time I used to spend working out and I am seeing BETTER results. I have not lost a pound but I have lost 8 inches total all around my body. I’m the biggest fan of this. I have 5 people on it now after they saw my results. If you’re considering this, don’t hesitate, just do it. Trust me! I’m a Marathoner always finishing in top 10% and this app has put me in better shape than any of my trainings..Version: 2.1.3

A lot of Good infoIf you are looking for exercises or healthy recipes this is a great app. But not worth the $20 a month in my opinion mostly because of the personal plan application. Work out wise the timer is helpful but there no audible notifications that cycle is over so you have to constantly look at your phone. Also the exercises move too fast into each other I can’t go from crunches to squats in one second it be real helpful if the had a 5-10 sec preview or at least a transition time. Lastly when I hear personal workout plan I’m thinking that’s would include more meal information how much should I eat and when. Overall I don’t feel like I wasted $20 but I won’t spend another $20 (I know I could pay less for annual) just not developed enough to spend money on.Version: 2.2.0

SO MANY great workouts!I’ve been using this app for a few months now and the whole experience is great but the best part, for me, is that there is such a great variety of workouts. I get bored easily and don’t want to do a workout if it’s the same thing over and over. But with this, there are tons of plans. I started off paying monthly in case I wanted to cancel but I fell in love with the app and the REAL RESULTS I was getting so I bought the year long! Loving this App!!I’ve been a user for about eight weeks now. Really started using it when the pandemic started. I’m that person that needs a trainer and accountability. Great personal trainerFirst off, I’d like to say that I was a personal trainer myself. Loving this appI tried a few different workout apps before settling on this one. I absolutely love how flexible and accessible it is. There are a personal plan, nutrition guidance and much more. Great workouts in 5 min burstsI hate working out, I just do, wish I could change it but I also hate mornings and have for 30 years. I decided to lean into my strengths and limit my weaknesses. My strength is that I can workout anytime of day in my office in 15 min blocks. This app is great since it lets you choose whether you want weights or body exercises, as well as a time duration. I love their quick short workouts, the options allow me to modify it to fit my schedule and although I hate mornings, it also helps with getting a quick 5 min workout without much fuss. OkI’m no fitness guru however I want to get in shape, I subscribed to workout at home but yet I’m getting exercises that require me to be at a gym that somewhat defeats the purpose of the option to work out at home. Pull ups and hanging leg raises, I live in a apartment where I couldn’t even set up a pull up bar if I wanted. DecentGreat service and idea for an app to keep someone on track and disciplined. Only issue I’m seeing so far is that your scheduled workouts for the week change on its own. Not sure if a user error but I’m not changing anything. Also it’s not keeping tracking of me completing a previous workout from yesterday’s workout and moving today’s workout to yesterday. Also the exercise variation for some workouts are quite repetitive. (2 shoulder exercises, 3 arm exercises super set, rest 60 seconds REPEAT 5 TIMES). Overall I like the app. If there’s an issue with the changing of scheduled workouts that can be fixed please let me know..Version: 2.2.0
