No notificationsOverall, the app has a nice looking design and is easy to navigate through. However, the biggest issue is that it doesn't give any kind of notifications when you get new messages. So by the time you realize you had a message waiting, it already expired. This would be a seriously helpful app if something so simple would've actually worked like it does on every single other alternate messaging app. Another annoyance is that the app doesn't keep you signed in. So you constantly have to sign in, which sometimes doesn't actually work, every time you want to check on the messages. Chats stopped workingHoping I can get help. I was able to open and access the announcements from this app until recently. Whenever I open the announcements the app closes out. And yes I have tried it all from reinstalling the app multiple times shutting down my phone all the hacks I’ve tried. My own IT (the company’s IT) can’t even help me fix this issue.
