I love it!I have to say I really like bubble tea, especially gongcha, it is close to my office. The quality is always great! Very friendly young people. I found it out yesterday that they have this new APP. It is a surprise to me. I start to believe gongcha has real deep pocket to develop this great APP. Compare it to Starbucks app, I have to say this one is butter. Fun to use, fewer click to order, get 10x points every time I order, and also get buy 10 get 1 free. The developer seems doing this exact for me! Hahahah. So easy to use compare to Starbucks. I also have some suggestions: 1) Gongcha has many locations, why the app only serve 4 of them? This is confusing 2) I would like to have referral link and earn additional point. Hey, gongcha developer, can you really read my mind? Learn it from Uber! Over all, this is a great combination, best bubble tea and best APP. Only thing that I worried is, I might drink too much!! But it will force me to do more exercise, this is good for though. Keep going!! Received reply from developer. This is cool. By the way, I had Matcha with coffee jelly today. The flavor was really good. Great combination. Added it to my favorite for easy future orders. New Year I know this is crazy. But I have to say l really enjoy sucking all of the coffee jelly through the red thick straw. A simple, smooth app that does exactly what it should doTo be frank, I’m not that kind of person who regularly writes reviews. Was recommended by a friend for the tea place a while ago and downloaded this app trying to take advantage of the promotion couple weeks ago. I felt it deserved a good review after using it a few times. The app is very well designed and super easy to navigate through all options, way beyond my expectations. I have to say it is probably the smoothest app I have ever used. As a customer, I can care less about those fancy features. All I wanted is how I can easily order what I need. This app does exactly just that and provides great user experience with the simplicity, the speed/smoothness as well as the integration of Apple Pay option, etc. My only ask, please provide a link for easy access to reviews in the app. When trying to write my review, I was not able to find it and had to go to App Store to search, a little hassle but not a big deal. Great appJust downloaded the app following a friend’s suggestion. It’s fairly easy to register (less than 30 seconds for me—since only name and phone numbers are needed). It incorporates the satellite location function and one can be immediately matched with their closest location or choose one from the map. This place is amazingI don’t live too far away from the Spot where this establishment is located. I love going there the staff is great the drinks are great and worth the price. Great AppI love gong cha and go there a lot. Reward system is pretty good but my only issue with it was my last transaction. Stopped counting my rewardsI used to go to gong cha all the time and eventually signed up for the rewards because, well, why not? It worked for a long time and I was excited to get the buy 10 get 1 free deal because it added +1 drink with every purchase. Once i got to 9/10, it stopped counting any purchased at lal since March. I thought it was just a bug and would resolve after a while, but i've bought at least 10 drinks since then. It still hasnt been fixed and I also haven't gotten the general rewards points at all :/ I emailed customer service and they were no help. It's a good app for pre-ordeeing but thats really all it's good for as the rewards dont work anymore..FjucbebfVersion: 2.8.1

I couldn’t even contact the store. The number on their website just asked me if I’m hurt call 911.......so I can’t pick up my order and I couldn’t cancel my order and get a refund. After 5mins someone finally came to the door to see if I was picking up. I get off work around 8pm and try to get there before their closed but I think I’m just going to go to the place near my job. App well organized, but does not support locationI downloaded the app because I saw the rewards, but I have not gone back ever since I downloaded the app. If I’m thinking about being a long term customer, I would want to get reward points. The reason why I haven’t gone back is because the shop near me does not show up in any of the apps. I know this app only support shops in certain states, but even then the other apps does not support my state or have the store near me. Could not find location in NjNever tried it. This is for the app. I really wanted babble tea, and they were the only store opened on Sunday late. The reason why I downloaded the app- cuz I didn’t have my wallet with me and I wanted to pay with the phone.
