Brilliant ideaThis app is absolutely brilliant. It was built in Simone adapting to the times. My wife and I have a good relationship, it has come through much heartache. We are still working on stuff. But she jumps on her phone to cruise through her feed on what’s going on, I watch soccer highlights and comedy on my phone. We both use our phones a ton in business. This app merges those worlds together. We can use the patterns of being on our phone and using it as a tool now in our relationship. It brings awareness to an other wise unfocused topic, our relationship. No like playing a game or watching something we can combine the habit to come closer to each other. We love it and needed it right at this moment in our lives. We enjoy the games we play on knowing each other, finding new and interesting things about each other after 25 years. We love learning about things we didn’t even know about relationships. At times I wish we had this app earlier. But truthfully I love it more because it is new knowledge at a time I am ready for it. Suggestions as a new user1. Either add achievements to allow a purpose for the points or allow them to be spent on something. I’m not sure what would be a good idea, but anything is better than them being there with no use. 2. Support section on IOS routes to the “Mail” app. I deleted that a long time ago so that I could use the actual Gmail app. It would be helpful to have an option of where to route to or to provide the email address so I can manually reach out from my preferred email app. 3. Add a FAQ in the support section. (That’s where I went to try to find out what points were for) 4. Short and simple prompts that pop up explaining the app for new users. The app is simple and easy to use, but it was weird being expected to know what things were for or having to manually click on them to find out. 5. An achievements section that can only be completed as a team. Example: streak, total points, correctly answered quizzes. 6. Added library section whether in the profile tab or a little book symbol on the top left/right. Great but very limitedFirst, I wanna start off my saying this app actually helped my relationship a lot. I used to have to beg my partner to spend an hour on the phone with me because he started to ignore me and pay attention to other people. When I first asked him to get this app he said no and that we didn’t need it. Then I grew tired of the disrespect and said that if he doesn’t get his act together then I would break up with him. He remembered how I brought up the app and finally agreed to download it. Ever since then, we have grown closer and know a lot more about each other. This app is really great and I recommend! However, a lot of stuff are locked. If you don’t pay for subscription (I think that’s what it’s called), you don’t get to do much. Which I was a little sad about because I don’t have much access to money. I already finished all of the quiz games with my partner as well and I believe there’s only 4 free ones available. To be honest though, I think just the partner and private questions you are able to do (daily) is really all you need to grow together with your partner. Convenient couple's therapyI love doing quizzes with my partner and we have been having a lot of arguments lately. I told him I wanted to try couples therapy but neither of us have time. We are both inclined to think about our relationship with consideration for therapeutic practices as it is, so we were both down to get the app. We got hooked on doing the quizzes together, but we also have much needed discussions over the daily prompts. We've been using it for a week and can tell how much better we are communicating already. It's just what we needed and totally worth it if you need an extra push to bring your relationship to a higher level! Loving this app so farMy long-distance girlfriend suggested this app for us as a tool to help each other bond more apart from texting and FaceTiming, and we are loving it so far. We’re learning so much about each other from the quizzes you can play, and I really like the shared “water” activity that allows you and your partner to separately respond to a prompt, such as “What memory of the two of us instantly makes you smile?” I think the one feature I’d like to see, which might sound silly and redundant at face value, but a message board where my partner and I can talk about the app specifically. I really like that “water” feature and wish I could continue the conversation or start new ones. We’ll be doing quizzes together, and then switch to iMessage to talk about the results and such. For couples living together this probably isn’t a problem, but a message feature could also serve as a log, like ‘hey this sounds important and I want to remember we talked about this’ (versus losing it in our regular text thread). Or even be able to take notes, like I learned my partner wants to learn how to paint (and I studied fine art in college). It could be a fun date idea to do one of those wine and paint nights. If the app had a note-taking space where I could leave myself little memos that would be even more useful. Perfect BUT add this too!!This is SUCH a relationship helper. If you’re getting this as a last resort though, might not be your best option. BUT, if you’re just going through a lot of patches of small riffs and notice communication with one another is getting a little harder, than this app is perfect. My partner isn’t very articulate, words are not his love language, but this helps him formulate how he feels about me, happy moments in our relationship, and helps him open up to his feelings on some things. The only thing is we both are college students, he’s getting his doctorate and I’m getting my masters. Sometimes life gets busy, and we forget. I think it would be an AWESOME feature if there was a button to remind your partner to answer on their end. I know sometimes I need a reminder and so does he. I remember trying to pick the app with the best quality/quantity and was rolling my eyes going through other apps paid promotions and repetitive questions UNTIL i found evergreen. 100% Recommend This To Any CoupleIt doesn’t matter if you’re in a good place or a bad place as a relationship, this app is something I thoroughly believe all couples should use. The daily prompts have, on more than one occasion, sparked very necessary conversations that my bf and I were unaware we weren’t having. The daily prompts have been beneficial for serious subjects as well as lighthearted ones, no matter the place we’ve been in, coming into evergreen every day feels like a treat rather than a chore. Helped my Relationship more than I thought it wouldI got this app just to try because my boyfriend and I were having a difficult time communicating well with each other. This app really helped us (more him) open up. It was nice to do the daily tasks and weekly ones and then the little quiz games helped us get to know one another. Pretty fun and unique questions eveydayI decided to get this so me and my boyfriend can have something fun we can do together! We got the year plan and was cheap for two people! Love this app!My fiancé and I have had this app for almost a year now and it has brought us so much closer! Repetitive promptsWe really enjoyed this app at first, but after only one month, we’re already getting recycled questions. It’s not a one off either, we’ve got the same prompts for days on end. Pretty limited functionalityI'd like to be able to do more with the info my partner and I enter. We're on day 300 and there's no ability to see how our relationship has grown over time. I'd like to be able to download our data and look at it in the macro. Also, a lot of the questions/quizzes/prompts repeat themselves before long. How many times can we say we don't have arguments before the app figures it out? Additionally, the notifications are pretty poorly programmed. I'd like some kind of in-app notification center or at least an "Unread" marker because clicking the notifications that pop up on your phone just open the app instead of taking you to the actual update. Then it's a scavenger hunt through the logs. The quiz games are an easily observable example of this problem. You wouldn't know it was completed until you went to look for it. I also don't like the fact that you have to open the app for it to generate new content. I think there should be new content for every day that you're subscribed. Sometimes one of us is too busy to open it for a few days, so they build up when the other is active in the app and we can catch up later. Other times we're both too busy to think about opening it, so we've lost value because the app features have been withheld during that time. However, after a few days it became clear that the quizzes were very repetitive. A lot of the same questions and same answers appeared in multiple quizzes. Not only that, the answers to the questions are very limiting and a lot of them just don’t apply to us. There is no room to write in a personalized answer, so if you do answer the question your partner isn’t getting real, truthful information, they’re getting an answer that you were forced to use because there were no other options. If that problem is corrected it could be great.
