Good games need more developeTransfer Budget isn't working. When I try to buy a player from another team, instead of using "transfer budget" the system use "free agent budget" I knew this because when I tried to buy a 3m player it said "your pay roll would be -3m" even though I have 21.5m in my transfer budget section.
