eService è un app che permette di gestire l’accettazione, la commessa e l’agenda d’officina in mobilità.

L’app è rivolta a tutte le officine che utilizzano il software eSolver per i Motori - Officina.

Grazie ad eService potete consultare l’anagrafica clienti, l’anagrafica veicoli compreso lo storico interventi direttamente in mobilità, e sempre da smartphone/tablet potete aggiungere nuovi clienti, veicoli e creare documenti di accettazione e commessa, inserendo gli articoli di ricambio necessari e la manodopera. I documenti possono essere firmati dal cliente sull’app attraverso la funzione per la firma grafica.

FUNZIONALITÀ DELL’APP
Login tramite app: effettua il login inserendo le stesse credenziali che l’operatore utilizza nel gestionale eSolver per i Motori – Officina da dispositivo fisso. In questo modo puoi tenere traccia del lavoro degli operatori che creano i documenti e gli appuntamenti sull’agenda.

Anagrafiche clienti: Consulta, modifica o inserisci l’anagrafica del cliente. Per velocizzare le tue operazioni puoi configurare l’app per avere come cliente predefinito i privati oppure le aziende in modo da mostrare i campi necessari. Dall’anagrafica clienti recuperi velocemente i dati di contatto del cliente per chiamarlo oppure inviare un messaggio e-mail o Whatsapp.

Anagrafiche veicoli: Usa la fotocamera del dispositivo per inquadrare la targa e avviare la ricerca dei veicoli che hai in anagrafica su eSolver, oppure inserisci un nuovo veicolo o aggiorna i dati dell’anagrafica.

Agenda: Puoi gestire gli appuntamenti sull’agenda di eSolver per i Motori – Officina direttamente dall’app legando l’appuntamento alla commessa. Hai la possibilità di vedere il calendario in formato mese, settimana e giorno e in più, grazie alle etichette distingui gli appuntamenti per Stato, Categoria e Risorse.

Accettazione e storico interventi: questi documenti possono essere svolte e completate direttamente tramite l’app eService sul dispositivo mobile. Compili i dati del veicolo, scansionando la targa con la fotocamera e utilizzando la ricerca per targa in modo da velocizzare le operazioni di scrittura. Puoi completare i documenti allegando foto del veicolo scattate direttamente dal dispositivo e segnare lo stato del veicolo con il grafico. Fai firmare al cliente senza la necessità di andare al pc con l’apposita penna in dotazione al tuo dispositivo oppure più semplicemente con un dito. Quando arriva un veicolo già in anagrafica puoi consultare dal dispositivo mobile lo storico degli interventi registrati sul tuo eSolver per i Motori – Officina.

Commessa: Puoi creare più righe di inconvenienti sul documento di commessa specificando il tipo di intervento, se l’intervento è a carico del cliente, in garanzia o interno. Seleziona dal tuo eSolver per i Motori – Officina i pezzi di ricambio necessari e la manodopera per ogni inconveniente. Puoi mandare in stampa direttamente dall’app e inviare una e-mail al cliente al salvataggio del documento.
