Changing the ViewersI love this app and it’s a bunch of fun. My friends have it and we love to post stuff. I really like the new update and how you can see what people can see your stuff (A single person symbol for only one person you sent it too, a two people symbol for multiple people/who you follow, and a flag symbol for your followers). Before, I didn’t knew the difference between friends and followers so I just put it on followers. Then a friend told me that the category “friends” was sent to only the people who I followed was classified which makes a lot of sense lol. To keep my privacy, I had to delete all of my posts that were for followers which was kind of sad. I wish there was a way you can just switch it. We’ve all had a time where we have click to fast or press the wrong button. It happens all the time. Other than that the app is great!! 10/10.14th Moon 030801Version: 1.3.3

Lockscreen/social media (read my review)This app has a cool concept. On the one hand, if you want to be able to send cute pictures, Love messages, secret messages, or just updates from your friends. This app is wonderful for that. Placing it on your home screen. It eliminates the need to open an app. Especially if you're forgetful. On the other hand, it for some reason had a function to post to the globe and follower count and even a like System. Yall make be should start with a algorithm. On the globe it's nothing but kids on it. I'm talking about 11-14 age range. Maybe because this app is mainly advertised on TikTok. But the Globe could be better if you fixed the age ranges. I would see it becoming more like a social media. Tbh I'm not sure why snap chat hasn't Adopted this ideal. Because with longer videos and no need to open an app might bring their app back to what it was. Especially since they’re experimenting with this subscriber thing. Also if any developers read this please respond. I’m very interested in the Direction of this app. On one hand the social media thing. On another hand it could easily be the new Game pigeon of apps. Privacy Settings?I understand this app is fairly new and that it has only been a week since the update. Me and my boyfriend downloaded this app. Widget worked posting worked. Everything worked but our main concerns were that everything we sent in what we assumed was private messaging was getting posted online and there is no way to turn off the public setting in the account. I was very confused on how it all worked. If what we wanted to send each other little good morning notes and sentimental things or personal reminders would that too be posted publicly? Or would it only post to where our followers could see it? Another little bug we stumbled upon was once you like a post there is no unliking it. Also maybe restrictions on what you can post publicly um.. common decency wise to prevent cyber bullying and sexual exploitation. I noticed day one that many were taking advantage of the app in those forms. As a fellow app maker, I love the idea behind this and I think that with some time this app could be something amazing. Just a few kinks to work out ;) Personally, clearer instructions on how to guide through the app would be nice like a help page of some sort, along with privacy settings and a way to prevent exploitations on the app..JullersVersion: 1.2.1

Super cute! + suggested changeI’ve really been loving the widget feature of this app. It allows my boyfriend and I to send cute/funny pics to each other. Sounds like every social media app but I love that I can open my phone and see a random picture from him without having to open a notification. It’s a cute surprise that makes me smile. My suggestion: I would like the “post” button changed. I think the send button should say “post” when you are sharing a picture globally and “send” when you are sending to a specific person. The amount of times I’ve had a small heart attack because I thought I had posted my picture publicly instead of sending it to a friend has happened too many times. Extremely great idea!I think this app is great for you and your significant other or even a group of friends to use. Basically you can “post” a photo, then your friend(s)/special someone can see that photo on a widget on their Home Screen. Me and my girlfriend send each other photos all the time and it’s so cute! One thing I thought was strange was when I went to look at other people’s posts within the app it appeared to be solely minors. I didn’t feel like people that young should be on social media but that’s not for me to choose. I feel like maybe the app developers should consider either putting an age limit (at least 13) or at least ask for the users age so only posts by people their age show up on their feed. Technical difficulties helppppMe personally i like the app… yes there is creeps on here which a simple block won’t fix. you have people impersonating younger kids to talk to other kids i mean it’s pretty simple to those people out of the real people. my problem is it’s not allowing me to follow anyone else… i keep getting a notification whenever i tap follow that reads “you are unable to follow more people this time” with a X on top to exit out of the notification. Read my review!Hi, I’ve really enjoyed playing this game the past few weeks, me and my friend uses it all the time, and it a great concept it really is. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars though, was because there’s really nothing to do on the app except for take pictures but what would u take a picture of. Like yes, you could post a picture of you and your friend, or draw something, but I would suggest you could add an update, that gives you the option of playing a game with you’re friend kind of like game pigeon played via text. If not it’s basically just like texting but with out games, gifs, and video etc. So again, I like the idea but I think that it would make the app better with games like mini golf or tik tak toe. Have a few questions on the followingSo when I first got this app it was great and I could see many pictures of everyone else and the people I knew or wanted to get to know I followed them and yeah I’ve had this app for a few months already and it’s really great overall. But then today is when I noticed I couldn’t follow anyone anymore bc it had said can’t follow anyone else at this time. And so I tried to fix and it and I thought oh well maybe it’s bc there is a limit to following people and so I unfollowed like 10 people and then tried to follow someone else and it was the same thing over and over and I couldn’t follow anyone else. Fun and unique, with only some minor issuesPretty neat and fun app to use with friends! It’s also pretty easy to use. I came across a couple issues. The profanity filter was surprising to me when I wasn’t able to type literally a drink name (which literally described what it contained, not being nicknamed or anything) While I do understand its purpose, I feel it can be further enhanced to include more complex readings and filtering on the text. Way too much fun!This app is incredibly fun. I just downloaded it a few days ago and Im already obsessed. First of all, you can send fun images to your friends, draw things, and make duets with your friends. Yes, that's fun and all, but you can make it into a widget so whenever your friend sends you something, it appears on your home screen as a widget. This idea is incredible and I have way too much fun sending photos, drawings, duets, etc. to my friends home screen! Nice app but a few complaintsI love the idea of live widgets and sending funny pictures and videos with your closed ones, LiveIn attempted to create that but there is a few complaints and errors. I was try out the app with my sister before I sent it to my bf but then I realized that everything we sent to each other was because posted. 😰 I had to go back and deleted everything that was personal like pictures my sister did want anyone else to see but me was posted. LiveInMy girlfriend suggested that we both download this app to be able to send each other a new picture/message each day that the other would see in the widget anytime we use our phones. It’s been an amazing way for us to encourage each other during bad days at work, for her to show off her makeup after I’ve already gone in, or to just snd something raunchy/intimate when we get into that mood. Or, to just have an “I love you” from each other we get to see regularly. Issue foundI downloaded this app about 10 minutes ago and decided to test out if multiple accounts were able to be made. When I found that was possible, I logged out of my alternate account and went to log back into my main. When I pressed log in it took me to the correct page, however the password character limit is only 16. I have a password that is longer than that amount. As of right now the only way of getting back into my account is through signing up with my phone number again, which takes a while to do. Please fix this issue! Really fun!! 😚You can meet new people, as well as add your friends!! You can see other peoples post that have the app around the world, and that makes it really interesting and fun to me because I don’t just want to see people in my [state], or just people in America, I want to be able to travel the world in the comfort of my own home. Needs reshaping.I absolutely admire how you have many new options to keep the streaks going on the apps. I have a few things I’d like to discuss. I wish there was more options for the sketch. Or any cool art frames to make it as if what you drew is art. Maybe some filters or what not to make it seem more user friendly. No one can see my postsOkay first of all good app but I’m stating to think that no one can see my posts 1 no one has liked my posts and most of the time I get about 5 up to 16 likes. Great but needs some updatesThis app is awesome! Me and my friends use it all the time! Livein App ReviewI gave Livein a 5 star review, as it is free, easy to use and ad free. I love the idea of friends and family sending pictures to have as a widget. It’s also fun to send pictures back and fourth with friends. If you’ve ever seen the “Frameo” picture frame, I’m sure you can relate this app to it. Another app I relate to this one is “Snapchat”. Personally, I’m not allowed to have social media considering I’m not an adult. I agree with my parents decisions in fact, but I think this is a perfect substitute. I recommend for all ages. I can tell right off the bat that Liven does a good job of keeping your pictures private. There’s no log in needed either. I fully trust Liven and overall think it’s a safe, fun, and easy app to use. Though some glitches on the drawing aspect of it like: Cutting off half the drawing Not saving And the tools not appearing half way through the drawing I also think that we should be able to put descriptions on our pictures and being able to search since watching random peoples pictures isn’t always that fun. AMAZING! Before the most recent update…This latest update has really made me like this app much less. I have some people who I’m their only friend so they can’t make a besties list and therefore can’t see my posts. Great!This is a very great app for younger kids. It’s similar to Instagram but way more safe, you can get followers and post photos, but you can also post photos to only your friends. It really is a fun app. If I were to add one thing, it would be to add a “Go Live” feature. Not Safe be carefulTwice people have tried to send me gross pictures even though they knew that I was 12 years old I told them multiple times to and this isn’t only happening to me it’s also happening to this one girl she said that this one dude keeps asking her daily keeps bothering her or kept pretty sure she blocked them so that’s not very safe for it being 12+ it is very fun though and it’s not the apps fault but I have reported them and the situation multiple times and I haven’t heard anything : (Update it keeps happening people keep asking me for my Snapchat I haven’t heard any replies from my reports i’ve made like five reports I think with screenshots of the inappropriate pictures and everything that they said i’ve given up on the report since it obviously doesn’t work I love this app it’s so fun but it’s definitely not safe my safety is more important than having fun obviously their community guidelines aren’t exactly good if they have any I doubt that they’re even gonna reply or read this or take any of this into consideration but maybe next time if you are maybe you should change it to 18+ because obviously it’s not safe for literal children thank you it’s really sad that me a 12-year-old kid is having to be adult and tell you what’s right from wrong very disappointing.AMOOO20202929WVersion: 1.3.1

Needs privacy settingsIt’s a good app but needs improvement, I have liked to use the widget function with my friends but other people can see your posts too. I have had problems with disgusting predators commenting on my posts, saying they’d like to see me n*de, It is absolutely disgusting and I have reported multiple people for this reason. I have also had problems with people just being rude in general, I have had to constantly block and report people on here because of this reason. I also see random accounts having n*de profile pictures and content, there are young children on this app and they shouldn’t have to see that. Mixed feelings.Alright so here we go…. I see how this is great in theory. But the problem with this app is y’all are allowing UNDERAGED CHILDREN to post what ever they want. I’ve seen TOO MANY young kids like 15 and under posting mature content and advertising for sites designed for ADULT content. This is a problem. Don’t get me wrong I also share stuff on here with family and friends. That being said I’m a twenty-seven year old adult. Not a 12/13 year old who thinks they’re an adult. Please, PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I don’t want to see children being exploited, and manipulated because you guys don’t properly moderate your app. All of this being said, if y’all can fix that, it would be a fantastic app. Just an idea, have the app work with age ranges. App not supported anymoreUnfortunately since February 29th, 2024 this app has not allowed users to view the photos posted prior to the date stated above. I have no issue with an app not having support anymore, however many would agree that a warning definitely should have been issued. I have so many cherished memories with my partner exclusively on this app that i probably will never be able to access again. This is because the owners of LiveIn selfishly discontinued support of the app without a notice. I supported this app ever since I got it, even when they decided to use ads and promote other applications me and my partner stayed as committed users. We even reached a streak of over 400! Ever since the 29th this made me realize I should have never trusted an app outside the main social media platforms, or else I run the risk losing everything. It’s so sad to see all my photos be gone without a notice, I hope they owners realize what they’re doing. I’ve reached out to their support team, zoom, discord everything; and I’ve yet to see a reply. Great concept, buggy experienceThis app sounds like a great idea but I unfortunately have had a lot of bugs and issues trying to use it. Trying to add new friends is hit or miss, I had to try the link a dozen times before it gave the option to follow the person cause it would go to safari and then just open the app without giving an option to follow. Also the widget wouldn’t show up for me or my partner, restarting my phone seemed to fix it for me but my partner still doesn’t have an option to add the widget. Seems like a great idea for an app and would love to rate it higher once the issues are fixed, but for now I can’t recommend it.ConstantCuriosityVersion: 1.2.8

Need help w/ recovering accountI used LiveIn regularly for LDR. The app was working great before but recently the pictures seemed to be glitching (it would show a weird red blurry picture every time) so I decided to uninstall the app and tried re-installing it. I now can’t log in back because the account was not registered w a phone number, and recovering password is not a thing apparently. I think there should be another option to recover password. I tried to contact app support but the link is outdated (?) or atleast not accessible to me, so I had to make a review here. Widget doesn’t update picture.I keep getting notifications that my friend updated their picture but it doesn’t show up on the widget. I have to physically go to the app to see it. Also, it is unclear if someone has to be your friend to see the pictures you post, or if they just simply have to follow you. It would also be nice if you could have pictures sent to a friend individually instead of all your friends. For example, pictures I send to my boyfriend vs. my sister vs. my mom could be sent only to them so photos/conversations could be private and more specific to the individual..Steph02!Version: 1.2.4
