Worst banking appThis is by far the worst banking app I have ever tried to use. There are no features that make it easy to do anything you would want or need to do in a banking app. The fact that this is for businesses who need to be able to see transactions, categorize expenses, etc, you can’t even see your transactions. The dashboard has a ton of useless information making it very clunky and confusing to even view how much money you currently have in your accounts. You can’t see transfers between accounts, mobile deposits doesn’t work. It’s literally trash. My question is WHY put out an app that literally does nothing and force all your customers to switch from a very nice and well functioning app to this garbage fire of an app, before the app is anywhere close to ready?! Leaves a lot to be desiredMy bank recently switched to this app and I have not been happy. Even though the app says you can use Face ID to sign in, I have never been able to get that option to work. The camera is less than desirable and even though I’m using the same lighting I have used for years to mobile deposit checks, they are frequently sent back due to poor image quality. Seriously considered changing banksThis app is the worst!! Doesn’t even list where your card was used. All the descriptions are just “atm debit transaction”. Thought at one point my card was stolen, took forever to figure out. They churched this garbage up so much, and all they did was make life insanely inconvenient and annoying. Face ID barely works, so I have to find my “company ID” constantly to login. Devs don’t listen to users!This app has had these issues for over a year now! Horrible login access. Resets passwords too often. I’ve been on tech support calls 4 times this year and end up costing me hours of my time to access MY MONEY! I’ve had accounts at this bank for 30+ years. My banks I have investments in don’t have this much trouble with apps.

After fighting this app for over a year and nothing being changed I am going bank hunting for my business accounts. I’ll be taking my personal accounts as soon as my home is paid off in a couple years but I’m done with the bank that my family has been using for 50+ years.

Deposits don’t workUsing the deposit feature, take a picture of the front side of the check, then tap the check mark, immediately kicks you back to the dashboard instead of letting you scan the back of the check and submit it! Mobile app is horribleNot every business uses a desktop to access their banking. The mobile app is worthless. Having to drill down twice on each transaction to see who payment is to is such a waste of time. I can no longer just scroll through to look for fraudulent charges or other items. The other problem is the business number being required to log in. Your phone will not remember this for you and if you are required to change your password because it’s been 6 months, then you will need it or you cannot access your account as you will have to reactivate Face ID. This makes me consider moving my business to another bank even though this has been my bank for over 20 years. Probably a cheap dev team for this app.This app is not good at all. First of all, the fact that nobody thought of displaying names on transaction is insane. All we see is “pre authorized debit”, you have to click on each transaction to see the name of the company. On IOS 17 the app crash 50% of the time when you try to make a deposit. 1 out of 3 deposits is declined because the photo is blurry. I have the brand new iPhone 15 pro max, the problem is not the camera or the person taking the picture, it’s how the software works with the camera focus of the iPhone. If you transfer your data/apps from another iPhone you need to delete the app and re-download to have the Face ID enabled again. Needs lots of workThe biggest issue I have with this app, is when I login to see pending deposits and withdrawals. Everyday since 2018 when I started to check the account to make sure there is no fraudulent withdrawals or deposits I don’t recognize, I have stopped 3 over the past 5 years. But now when I open the app I have to click on each and every transaction to see the details, which when I have 20 events happening daily, this takes too much time. I am still using the old app for this purpose. The new one does ok in other regards. Worse than a 2010 banking appIt’s so bad I’ll likely be closing my accounts and moving to another bank. I had Blackberry apps that made more sense than this. I thought the old business side of the app was bad but now it’s atrocious and you can’t even use the old one for transfers etc even though it works. Deal breakingThe new system and app is so horrible that I’m going to my local branch tomorrow and closing my business account of 35 years, tomorrow. Over the years we’ve literally done several dozen millions of $ in total transactions, and yes, this is bad enough for me to say goodbye.

Way worse than the old appThe new app does not allow you to see where all your “misc debits” were transacted. This is basic information that should be immediately available upon selecting an account.
