Designed for anybody owning one or more vehicles (cars, motorcycles, etc.), the Car Manager application allows you to store everything related to them: administrative information, insurance, fuel or maintenance expenses, mileage of the next maintenance, date of the next technical inspection, as well as the information related to your favourite service providers (garages, assistance, specialized stores, etc.)

For each vehicle, input your fill-ups in a matter of seconds, to obtain an updated view of your expenditure, mileage and consumption.
The application updates the overview and detailed statistics of your expenses: cost per spending category, cost per kilometer or daily cost. Non financial data, such as the change in mileage and average fuel consumption can also be calculated, and displayed in brief or in detail.
A carbon footprint can also be calculated, depending on the consumption of the vehicle, as well as the mass of carbon dioxide (CO2) it produces (total and average per day and per mile traveled).
Car Manager also allows all these data (costs, fill-ups, vehicle information) to be exported and sent by e-mail directly from your iPhone as a CSV file (comma separated values, which can opened and processed by Excel or any other spreadsheet program), should you feel the need to create your own personalized statistics.
The application also enables you to manage a directory containing all the information about the service providers for your vehicles: insurance companies, garages, stores, clubs, associations, etc. You can then easily locate them thanks to the Maps interface.
Car Manager also provides you with a Tools section, which allows you to geolocate your current position or your parking spot in a single click, so you can easily go back there later with the integrated GPS visual guiding function (or with Maps directions). This tools section can also help you find various services around your location: gas stations, garages, restaurants, hotels and others.
Car Manager also gives you the opportunity to stay tuned to car news: it comes with a number of RSS feeds (internet information channels) allowing you to be informed of anything related to cars and motorsports. You can of course add any RSS feed you want.
The application automatically adapts itself to the units of measurement effective in your country: kilometers or miles for distances, liters or gallons for fuel.

ImprovedAdditional entries for repairs or expenses outside of routine servicing, now customizable. But needs ability to log mileage on those events for repairs or expense. So that whenever any non Routine work was needed, you’d b able to record the mileage at which that work was carried. Eg Brake Pad replacement, tires etc thereby being a better reference upon logging how long that item lasted in terms of time and mileage accrued. But rest quite good. An idea could be to add a location or tab for all the particulars of the car to be entered with more detail, such as part number reference, where to buy best priced components, reference for car’s requirements and specifications on fluid types etc.Version: 2.08
Riding High in ColoradoVery nice app, does every thing I need EXCEPT... I wish it supported iCloud and had a few more reports. I would like to see avg cost/fill up. Other than that the app is great. I take many long multi week motorcycle trips and this app makes fuel tracking a breeze. Another great feature to add would be interface with location service for fill ups, this would make fuel/route tracking so much easier than having to enter redundant info into multiple devices. Useful, intuitive and dependableNice useful app. Intuitive in its use. Dependable...hasn't crashed on me yet. Elaborate statistics, both in list format and graphs. Things that would make it a great app: ability to define individual maintenance items with distance/time intervals for each. Then app should automatically consolidate maintenance items into maintenance event reminders within a, say, two week notice. All you need to do then is call your garage for service appt and list the items to be done that are in reminder. Afterwards you would check off the items performed which would reset the planning for these items. Also, the ability to convert and export data in xls/csv format and email the file would be nice..Version: 1.81

Very Excited but buggyI'm excited in finding this software because I have multiple cars to track for expenses and maintenance. I've been using log books for each car, which is very cumbersome. One bug problem I saw is when entering recurring cost, the dates scrolls through to 1 to 26, it resets back to 1. So, if your trying to enter March 26, 2013, it keeps going back to March 1 or 31. Please fix... but I have high hopes on this apps to get better. So far, its worth paying $4.99 for it for me..Version: 1.77
Actually works and does not crashI used to use Zane iAuto and it worked great but the last update does not work. Zane updates tend to take over 6 months or more so I went looking for another app to track my vehicle expenses and this is what I have used. It actually works great. it has a couple issues but deff a 4 out of 5. The issues are: when you enter maintenance it does not offer a section for miles at which the maintenance was performed. You can use the notes section but I have forgotten to enter it several times so a specific entry is needed. When in the Fuel entry section and if i press the tab key (on keyboard) out of the milage field then the app gets stuck and you lose that entry. So don't press tab and if you don't use a keyboard - no issue.Version: 1.73
AdequateCould do with a couple of additions like the ability to add a schedule and instead of monthly the ability to adjust to daily or weekly. Make entries searchable etc. many improvements are Possible. Take a look at"Automotive Wolf" for the PC. Infinite adjustments and input like, parts, gas stations, engine size, what grade gas, the list is endless, but for a first try, not too bad. Great tool!I like that each of my vehicles' cost can be broken down to cost per mile for a direct comparison. I'd love it if it could sync on the iCloud for both my iPhone and iPad. As it is right now, data transfer to my iPhone is cumbersome ( to me anyway). Also I've noticed that the maintenance and other costs are not figured into the average cost per mile. Great app for tracking your carsI really love this app. I have two cars so tracking all my expenses between the two is great. My only wish for this one is to easily be able to save data between iPhone and iPad so iCloud support would be incredibly welcome from the update team. Pretty please!!??? Good, but some notesGreat app, I like that its the same on all devices, but agree they could interact. I tend to put my maintenance on iPad and has on iPhone, databases should merge. Also, could use odometer cell on maintenance and oil changes, and photos if in accident. Would love to combine this app with vehical and car minder. All 3 have stuff I use, but not everything. Decent gas tracker but don't miss an entry!More than I ended up using. Great for tracking gas mileage but I missed a couple of entries and I can't go back in and add them, odometer tracking is fixed and can't alter past odometer records. So my mileage record is screwed with a couple of really high entries. Now after 6 months have to start over.Version: 1.88
Perfect app except one thing...Please add iCloud integration. (or some way data can be moved from iPhone to iPad or iPhone. Otherwise the fact it manages multiple cars is kind of useless and hard to do. Works well, could use a polishThe app works well for keeping track of expenses. The graphing of the main feature (to me) of showing your MPG is a bit crude. I would like the ability to show by month or year. When you have three years worth of data and ~180 odd entries one screen gets a bit tight. Still worth the price... Very full featured product for vehicle management!I really like what this App has to offer for managing day-to-day vehicle related items! It's really a full featured package and glad I purchased. I'm a stat/trend type person and really like looking at the data in the multiple ways presented over time etc. I also like that they cater to bikes as well (even though in reality it's just simply another vehicle ;-) ). I guess if I had a suggestion (and maybe I just haven't found the right area) but I'd like to have a workspace for each vehicle that wasn't based on a 'time until' or when 'odometer reads' to enter service logs that is to say not "scheduled actions". Yes, I know you can enter notes, but I'd like to simply add things like a fuel entry... Things like annual rust proofing or other routine services that do not necessarily need to be repeated at a certain time or odometer reading but you'd like to log by the date and odometer at that time it was done.
