Fix for recent crashing problem!Rating this 5 star so that this review is on top and can help others to get their data. I understand the pain of losing periods info as I have been using this app from 6 years and now its just crashing. I asked the company or developers for fix or migrate us to their other app with all our data. But that didn’t happen so i found the solution myself. Hope it helps you guys too, to get your data back. Do try! In your phone Settings > General > iPhone Storage search for P. D. Once you get the app then click on it, this will take you to storage statics of P. D. app. On this screen click on Offload App (blue color option on this screen). Once that done this same button will convert into Reinstall app and then click that. Get out of settings and open the newly installed app and you are all set with all your data intact. Hope this works for all you guys out there 🤞🏻.AkankiVersion: 1.4.6

Info got deletedSo I changed phones and I thought my information from 2 years ago would transfer over to the new phone and it didn’t. I had vital information recorded that had to with my fertility planning. Not sure how to correct this issue for the next time I’m ready to upgrade my phone. Otherwise this app works like a gem and great for personal information on your menstrual cycle, intimate times, fertility dates. Wiped all my previous data and had to pay with updateI had downloaded the free app years ago and never updated it. I finally decided to update it, and it took me to the free Period Diary, Cycle Tracker, but it wouldn’t let me skip signing in to use the app anonymously. It also looked very different. Found this app, which is the exact same as what I had been using before I did the update, except I had to pay $4.99 for an app I was originally downloaded for free! Very difficult to figure outI find this app NOT intuitive at all. If I accidentally click to start a period, you have to go to some gymnastics to figure out how to edit it. In fact, you can’t edit it. You have to erase the period cycle in a completely different function in the app, then go back and start again. You can’t go to the calendar and click on a day to make edits, which I also find counterintuitive. Can I eventually figure it out? Yes, absolutely. One tip for improvementThis is by far the best period app, has the most options for symptoms and moods and it’s super easy to use. Only on problem or tip I would say to make it better, put in an option to chart when you have spotting. I have been having a lot of spotting recently and it would be nice to be able to enter in the data so I can compare the number of days and amount of spotting I have been having compared to each Month. Amazing AppI have been using this app since 2015 and I LOVE IT! I have kept up with it since and I knew immediately when I was pregnant because of how accurate this app is. Export UselessThe data can only be emailed as a static PDF or exported to your phone calendar. Unfortunately the calendar export does no send over notes and handles periods clunky (doesn't designate a range or beginning/end day or include data on flow -- just states "period"). It's not for everyoneThe app is awesome the only reason I don't give it a five star is because it has a limit on the number of days your cycle last. Great app but a couple of suggestions...I gave this a four star because I think one really important symptom (cervical mucus) is missing which is key when you are tracking ovulation, also, I would like the option to be half imperial and half metric. Had to change the rating.I’ve had this app for many years and not one did I have problems until recently. My app would not start and kept crashing. This occurred out of the blue. I powered down and restarted my phone. I performed a hard restart, and I even updated my phone’s software but the problem persist. I was loss so I contacted the developer. I was told to the the same things that I’d already performed. The developer stated if none of those things worked, then uninstall and re-install the app. I emailed back stating I was trying to avoid that because I didn’t want to lose years of data. Unfortunately, there had been no response. So, I did what the developer said and of course I lost all my data. The app works fine, loading and not glitching. I’m upset about this and will not be using this app in the future. I feel the developer could have had a better solution. I really did like the app..Philote1Version: 1.4.6

Lost InfoI recently had to restore my phone, and though I’ve synced my app previously to my email when I had to restore my phone all of the app information was completely lost. The BestThis is the best app of its kind that I have tried. The design is pretty and content allows you to log sufficient detail to track your cycle and body changes. My only comment so far is that it does not allow you to add 'custom' moods or symptoms. I am not sure if it takes into account your notes and other measurements (weight, BBT) to predict ovulation and coming period.
