Problem solved.. I think. 🤞Hey guys I think I figured out how to keep the app from shutting off whenever it wants.. I’m not exactly sure if it will help u all out but I went to my settings and scrolled down to the KTNN app and turned off the “background app refresh” so far it hasn’t shut off. That way when my grandma visits me in Albuquerque we can listen to her favorite station, instead of my music, what she calls people talking nonsense. Disappointed App UserI’ve had this app for over 3yrs and every time I open up the App, the music will play for few minutes and shut off. Then I have to close out the app and restart the app again. On some occasions it will stay on for at least 40mins then shut off again. We pay for this app and we should be able to enjoy it to its entirety. Please fix these bugs. Black screenI’ve downloaded the app. Work great the first time I opened it and was able to listen livestream. Next day I opened it and the screen was black. I restarted my phone hoping it’ll solve the issue. It didn’t work. So I uninstalled the app and installed again. It finally worked.
