Has Potential/Good StartThis app has the potential of being excellent but is very out of date in 2022. Needs to integrate the new grooming standards & new uniforms. The NCOER bullets are a good start but definitely needs more user feedback to bolster different types of positions & additional MOS-specific bullets. Access to references, risk calculator, flash cards & promotion points tools are excellent additions. Once updated I’m fully willing to give 5 stars!.*Stace*Version: 4.9
