Keep track of orders without pencil and paper. Customize the application to business needs through custom field names, items, background colors, currency symbols, decimal places to show, view settings, email settings, and the choice to autofill date / time. Application is made for the iOS devices in both portrait and landscape use and for the Apple Watch. Sharing order receipts has never been easier with multiple options to share. Order and item information is exportable in multiple formats.
Ideas for this application include recording orders for small businesses, cookie sales, popcorn sales, magazine sales, tracking orders at a craft show or flea market, door-to-door sales, and hundreds of other uses in recording orders. Included in this application is tracking for receipt of payment and delivery of orders. Sell up to 100 Items with varying cost and display pictures to customers. Share and update directly from the list of orders by swiping to the right. Filter Orders to see All, Open, Completed Orders, or by Date. Updatable summary view. In the office, at home, or on the go this application provides a way to record orders electronically.
Customize Application:
Field Names: Name, Phone, Email, Location, Date, Note(s), Paid, and Delivered
Background Color: Choose Between (Default - Blue, White, Tan, Brown, Yellow, Green, Magenta, Orange, and Red)

Would be better if you could edit orderI really like the potential of this app. Unfortunately you can’t edit the order once you save it. Dates change, amounts change, notes change, etc.Version: 2.0.22
Extremely HelpfulWe have used the Record Orders app several time for various school and Scouting fundraisers. Very easy to use, you can take a picture of each item you're selling and show the price along with it. There's really no need to even carry around the paper order form, especially when it there's usually not enough room to record the necessary information anyway (customer's full name, address, etc.). App keep a running total of each item sold, how many in each category sold, can send receipt emails to customers. Can't say enough about this wonderful, helpful app that has made a usually onerous task so much easier!.Version: 1.8.73

Works well for my small businessI have a small honey business and I can accurately track my sales and whether I have delivered or they have paid for order. I would love to see an inventory feature so I would know when I ran out of honey for sale.Version: 2.0.22
Good app--needs improvementsI like this app. It's the only one I could find that offered everything I wanted/needed. There are only a couple things that drive me nuts. 1. In the settings, I choose to set ru default to show "open orders" but it never saves my preference and it always goes back to showing all of them, open and completed. 2. When typing in the notes, I cannot stand not being able to see everything I'm typing. It should be a big text box that shows you entire note (or at the very least the bulk of it). 3. I wish you could add a picture and set a price as you go. I don't always make the same things so to use the preset photos and pricing is just annoying. Also, I wish there was a way to mark an item "done" but the only two options are "paid" and "delivered". Overall it accomplishes what I need it to and that's to keep track of my orders. So I would recommend if you need something simple..Version: 1.8.25
Perfect app for WAHMI really like this app! I just have a few suggestions that would make it awesome. 1.) On the notes, I wish there was a larger box to view what you've typed in when you're editing it. I need to add a lot in that portion-- and I can't edit it without back spacing (deleting) until I get to it. There is not nearly enough space for information. 2.) I'd like an option to keep a picture (or a few) of what I sent with each individual order. For my own records. 3.) Add a spot to input the tracking number so I can update the customer -- with a choice of USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc. Thank You!!! I hope those features can be modified/added. :) I'll give it 5 stars then -because it will definitely deserve it..Version: 1.8.25
Love this App!I love this app. I use it daily. For my dessert business...Mizz Desserts. I love all of the changes that have been made to the app to make life easier! However there are still a few glitches in the app. When I look at previous orders the total about due is the same but the items order is always different. Now that I can sync dates with my iPhone calendar sometimes the date doesn't show on the order, and once the order goes into my calendar I can see what was ordered. The details on the order doesn't show only the notes..Version: 1.7.13
Pretty good. Lacks a few thingsThis is working well for me as a way to keep track of my custom orders. Maybe I'm missing the point of this app, but a few things are missing that would have given it five stars: a way to enter a date due for order and sync between iPad and iPhone. Often people stop me when I'm out and just have my phone. I would like to enter it and have it on my iPad when I get home. Can you work on providing those? What I was looking for!I have been looking high and low for a way to track orders and be able to attach items sold/requested... Have them sitting as "in progress" and then mark progress until order is complete and shipped... Stuff like that. Found it in this app and it is even customizable! Handy ToolWe used this for our fall product sales and it has been great. The only issue I have is that you can't set up multiple seller accounts. Both of my daughters are in Girl Scouts so we had to use the app on my phone for one, and my iPad for the other. Also, it would be wonderful if there was an option to email all customers who had yet to receive their order..Version: 1.5.13
Great AppsI used this app for my Elementary School's Spirit Wear orders. It was great. You can back up to Dropbox and email info that comes through as an excel spreadsheet. It was very helpful in keeping track of the orders and tallying merchandise. You can send mass emails and email receipts to customers. I found it very useful. Mostly functional - needs improvementPerforms the simple task of tracking orders well enough. Does not allow date changes on an order. When looking at all orders by date it groups orders by day but does not list them in order of when they are due. Items due first should go to the top of the list. Edit function on orders needs to be easier to find..Version: 1.8.12
Great app needs a lil improvementI love this app. First time with cookie sales and works great. Little room for error. Added wrong item and now can't delete just the one item. And there doesn't appear to be a way to delete the orders but still a great purchase.Version: 1.5.19

Simple app for orders for a small businessI sell jewelry and it's perfect for keeping track of orders that need to be paid or delivered. I love the customization so I can tell clients quickly what they owe. Only downfall is that I'd like it to stay in "open orders" as I don't deal with closed orders and it defaults to all. This is greatI love this I discovered in 2013 cookie sales it helps to keep up with who I haved delivered to, who has paid. Also of course how much money I should have Wonderful!
