Baloney!The video they use to entice you to buy at least a one week tryout is a lie. It shows a person holding their phone’s camera to their shirt covered chest to get information on their heartbeat. Not true! It shows a person focusing their camera at the inside of their wrist and from that getting blood pressure and body temperature. Not true! This app only allows you to measure your beats per minute (BPM) by putting your finger against your phone’s camera lens. All the other measurements must be taken some other way. It’s true you can log your blood pressure and your temperature, but you must measure everything else outside the program. This app is a total waste of time and overly expensive at that!
