New Pirate race feature is terribleI love this game but I really wish there were not days with the pirate race. That makes me not want to play it anymore until the race is gone. Also the winners wheel is rather glitchy and doesn’t always work properly so you’re just wasting spends and not getting any progress filling it up. I love the adventures that the game does but find it extremely unfair that the more advanced you are in the game as far as how far you’ve gotten and islands and how many stars do you have makes the pirate adventure more difficult for you to pass. The bombs have less effect on things and when you have to buy and repair islands in the adventure they cost more more money the higher level you are in the game. I understand the prices are a bit bigger than players on lower levels but at a certain point it almost gets to be impossible to finish the adventure because you need so many bombs especially on the last one the big ship thing or fort depending on the adventure they can sometimes take hundreds and hundreds of bombs to destroy when you’re at a high-level and it gets rather frustrating..Pirate bonnieVersion: 6.5.6

My go to game :)I’ve been playing daily since pretty much the beginning of Pirate kings. I love playing this game so much people joke that after I die the one thing they’ll remember about me is this game lol Through the years I’ve watched this game go from very plain not much to do on it to how fun & awesome it is now days. I want to say thank you,thank you,thank you for working so hard to make it as fun as it is now. I do have a few issues tho. When we did this update awhile back I lost all of my island workers I bought to dig gold for me everyday. I loved seeing the pot filling up when I logged in the next time so I was sad to see that go. Also we were never reimbursed for all of the money spent buying those workers and I think that’s really unfair. There was no compensation at all. Also can we please for the love of God change how expensive our island items are?? Everything is so expensive(not to mention people steal my money faster then I can save to buy anything) it takes me nearly a month per island now which is absolutely crazy!! One last thing it would be pretty awesome if the bomb boosters were sold separately, in addition to adding it to the daily spin deal bundles occasionally. Other then that you guys behind the scenes-thank you again for all you do & keep up the good work!! This game wouldn’t be possible without all of you!!! Cannot progress after island 102Update: they have improved how many times your island can be stolen from (kind of). It seems to be working better as far as being able to progress. I’m back to supporting! Update: this morning I cashed in My Island cash, had about $780M, I thought hmm I’ll come back in an hour and see if I have enough to finish my island (900M). NOPE. 300M stolen and there’s no protection from another steal so I’m sure I’ll have way less by tonight. But I won’t be around to see it. Uninstalling. Sad thing is that I did actually make purchases often (the people who make good games should be paid IMO). But if y’all won’t fix this then I’m out. I loved this game up until I reached the 100+ islands. There’s no way to progress. They allow people to steal your money all day long (some of us have to work!). There’s no protection after a steal, it’s just back to back. I started out with $350M, came home to $10M. I need 900+M to finish my island, but the only way to even earn a decent amount with spins is to use the 120x spin. I only get 19 spins an hour with 152 cap, if the bar is full that’s only one spin. So literally you wait hours for one spin, get maybe 175M max if you’re lucky. Then it’s stolen while you wait. Every now and then they throw you some extra spins but unless you make a purchase, you won’t progress. I used to make purchases but I won’t anymore. It’s ridiculous..Alico89Version: 8.3.1

Very disappointedThis used to be one of my favorite games but it’s just getting way too difficult for any rewards. I was looking at the review shown on my screen and five years ago was the same problem that I’m having today. Once you get up to 130 islands, there’s pretty much no point to build any more islands. All your money gets stolen before you can build and it cost too much to fix any islands. The maps are of little joy, either as it takes way too many bombs, and you get little to no bombs when you spin the wheel. I spent a lot of time every day for a month trying to complete the pirate album. On the last 3 days I had only needed three more albums with four cards to complete. In those days I did not receive ONE single new card, total disappointment. This coupled with the fact that prizes are harder and harder to get makes me not want to play the game anymore. I have gone so far as to delete my game and start all over. Although I was very sad to lose my pirates as I had every pirate, I was happy not to have to try so hard. Then after an update, my old account came back, and I am back to little to no rewards for far too much effort. No fun I’m done with this..Cat&DJVersion: 9.8.4

Why?I’ve been playing this game for years and I used to love it. Now it feels rigged to ensure you make minimal progress. While I do purchase, even then the challenges require so much coin and bombs to do anything. Why did you stop rewarding spins, bombs or coins for sinking ships in bombs mode? Why did you make it where in only round 1/3 of the trail, some ships take 40 bombs to destroy and I don’t mean the last stage? If you want people to play your game longer and give you more $$ and clicks, make it so we can play for more than five minutes before we’re out of spins, coins and bombs. Also, I just had $858 million coins stolen from me back-to-back. I only needed $500 mil to upgrade and had $300-something. These steals took place within one minute of each other and I can prove it with my “News” tab if you’d like a screenshot. I was spinning to be able to upgrade my island and was a spin away and it was taken. Next spin put me back over and as I’m desperately rushing to get to my island, again… stole enough to stop my upgrade. Then once more a moment later. Love the game hate the crashing.Don’t get me wrong I enjoy playing this game a good bit. My gf and I play it all the time together as a friendly competition. And when I have been busy a few days, I’m welcomed back with enough free spins to catch back up to her. However, this game has crashed and sent me to my home screen every single time I click on the card book to view my cards, attempt to watch a video to get more prizes, and from time to time when I do the quest things. It dose the same thing to her as well. She’s got a newer iPhone I’ve got an iPhone 6 so I know it’s not the phones I think. Now I’m not gonna go and blame the app directly for this issue because I do have another game that I also downloaded recently that crashes every time I watch a video ( that game requires it every couple of mins) but it dose put a damper in how much I play it. What’s going on?Love this game and it’s always the first game I play in the morning to make sure mid way through the day I have full spins to keep playing but the game isn’t the same like it used to be and sometimes Glitchy. Woke up one day to losing almost 17 billion coins?! Crazy don’t know where they went. The other day built over the 10 things on my island to get the top prize with a rare pack and only got a card pack with like 5 cards in it. I thought you would get each prize levels prizes but that surely didn’t happen. And what happened to the old times where it wasn’t so expensive to build your island. Crazy how it’s costed me 25 billion coins to finish off my island with about only 5 upgrades. Also when I have a lot of spins I’ll turn my multiplier up to get bigger prizes for stealing from cash king to fill my meter and won’t get anything but waste all my spins on it than turn it back down to like 10x because I have no spins left than of course I hit. GlitchesI agree with what most of the reviews are saying. That wheel with the parrot 48 hours and I still didn’t get to fill the parrot once. I think there is def some kind of glitch with the game. Also 5 spins a hour you can never sink a ship with the amount of bombs you need. Makes the game more frustrating Than fun. Now I can not update for some reason. I’m about ready to delete this game. Also the spins you lose when it says no internet connection, it shows the spins being put back when that happens but then when you have the connection back and you go to use the few spins you have left. BAM Pirate Kings takes them back.. even though you never did use them, it’s frustrating especially if you spend money and get ripped off. If you don’t use cash to play it is impossible to complete a lot of the activities. I used to love playing but now not so much any more. 5 stars :)The reason I give it 5 is not because it’s the best game I’ve ever played. It’s simply because it’s cute, fun, and yes a bit challenging. I’d give it less if I had complaints. I can’t say I’ve gotten to the point where I can’t save ‘enough’ to get upgrades because people keep stealing. But with the ability to have pirates collect money for you on islands you’ve finished it seems like I’m still a long ways off from that frustration. If you’re looking for something kinda fun and simple and not a ton of skill needed, this is a great game. But as suggested by the developer, figure out what you’re saving up for and buy it the second you get enough or the money could get stolen. And it’s better to save your spins till you can spend them all at once. It’s fun!!I’ve been playing this game for YEARS and I love it!! I’m trying to get my girls into it so they can play with me too!. I also love that you don’t need to spend any money!! Would it help? Yes sometimes but you can still complete challenges and will without spending money. The only bad thing is sometimes you don’t get daily treats and there’s no way you can look to see how many days in a row you’ve played. You guys should add a daily treat tab in the menu so if it doesn’t pop up you can still try and click the day in a row you’ve played for. I play everyday and for the last 4 days I haven’t gotten my daily log in rewards and I can’t view it to see what day I’m on and now it’s probably reset and I need to start all over (whenever it starts working again) super fun and easy game for 5 and up! To : Pirate KingI on the hand love the pirate races , it gives you something more tangible to win and gives you spins and gold to be able to compete your treasure hunt . But I don’t like getting kicked off the game every time I touch my card book to trade cards or to see where I’m at on it . It is truly so frustrating to also get kicked off every time I try to collect my treasure chest in lower left hand corner when low on spins . App crashes way too much nowI usually enjoy playing the app but now PK crashes ALL the time, especially when trying to open the Trading Card Album. I have been unable to open that album in many weeks and have lost the option to use free spins from trading in many duplicate cards. Every time I touch the album, it tries to load and then crashes; the Adventure mission Map is also starting to crash on me and also now random crashes while playing the game. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still have same problems. I have 100mb Internet and have good bandwidth with very few devices using internet at any one time and my PK on tablet is only device using 5g network and all other apps are closed. Please fix glitches or provide better instructions to help us make it work better. Saying Good ByeAfter 5yrs of playing Pirate Kings, it’s time for me to delete the app and say “Good Bye”! I’ve watched the game developer and change so much over the years; but unfortunately with the glitches now taking place when I actually spend my hard earned money and not getting what I’ve paid for; I’ve had enough. Customer Service has been easy to work with in the past; but now you just go back and forth with them constantly and end up disputing transactions with your bank to get things resolved. Used to be funThis game was fun when I started, but now I can spin the wheel hundreds of times and not land on any special tiles. It’s impossible to win any of the tournaments lately because you only land on small amounts of money. I spin my 50 spins, and most of the time I don’t even make a million, let alone the 5 mill+ it costs to make my upgrades. Then your money is stolen since you can’t spend it and then you start the whole process again with your next set of spins. And now half of the special things are only if you buy something. Why would I buy more spins when the spins I have already result in nothing. Why would I spend money to get more nothing? I had fun when I started and I would frequently land on good tiles and would be able to upgrade and win tournaments. Just not fun anymore. Started messing up with no internet connection on their sideThis lack of internet connection is making me not want to play this game. The bombs section is worse than other areas. I could press twenty times to drop one bomb on the red captain. Fix this and I will change my 1 star rating. You have servers problems. Be wary if you download this game. When it dies not respond it’s no fun to play. It’s not my internet connection all my other games works great, only the game has problems especially in the bombing area. Pretty fun, not excellentBeen playing a couple months. The past few weeks I’ve noticed a lot more attacks. I’ve noticed that the spins are less likely to give bombs when there’s a challenge. You can certainly play this without mateys or spending actual dollars. I get frustrated though when I’m most of the way through a bomb challenge, have 250 spins, and get maybe 10 bombs and mostly lower end monies, and give up on the challenge because I know my odds of rolling enough bombs with the 20 spins I get in four hours is 0%. I’ve rebuilt the same landscape on this one island about 5 times in the past few days. If you’re going to increase the difficulty, fine, but make up for it somewhere else. I like the map quests. It’s okay.I started playing this game after playing board kings for a few years now. I am looking forward to seeing where this game goes. But I have encountered my first bug in the game. The goal was to reach 290 bar points to be rewarded 150 spins and 3 tiles. I reached 293 bar points and it didn’t give the reward. I signed back on roughly an hour later and had 30 spins in my gifts. I went ahead and used them curious to see if I would get anymore bar points. On my last spin I got more bar points, when it added to the total which became 313, the goal changed to 350. Bomb strike aspect and retaining any money impossibleIt’s a fun game overall but as other users have said, it get exponentially more difficult in the higher levels. The bomb strike aspect is now impossible. You can save up 40 bombs and if you are lucky you will attack the island/boat and cause half the damage necessary to win. Then it is impossible to win another 40 in the time allotted. Only the small rafts with black sails can be taken down with under 40 bombs. They’ve also updated the game so you get attacked and stolen from more often which makes upper levels impossible. Need a way to save lootLove this game but in the high levels it is impossible to save your loot for the more expensive purchases every time you get a stash saved up someone steals it all I no that’s what being a pirate is about but it makes it impossible to advance. I would love to see a secret stash a way to save a little money. The workers are a good way to get some but once you get so far a long it quits giving you more money their daily money goes up but the total doesn’t. Also the number of bombs you can accumulate needs to increase if the number it takes to destroy an item is going to increase makes it impossible to finish some of the challenges. Fun, But With IssuesI’ve been playing this game for a while. For the most part, I really like it. It has challenges to play so it’s not just about building islands. Unfortunately, the game has bugs regarding those games. Sometimes if you complete something by a certain time, you will get the original prize doubled, which is supposed to be delivered to your prize box. I have had to submit a trouble ticket twice because the double prize was never received. The first time they tried to tell me I did receive it. After letting them know that I didn’t they checked again & saw I was right. They sent the prizes right away. This last time it happened, same thing. I was told they show they were delivered to me, even though it wasn’t. I asked them to check again. Only this time I never heard back & never got the prizes. I also had to jump through hoops to contact them. The support link took me to a help desk that was no longer active. It’s a shame their customer service & game is lacking lately, as it’s a fun game. Very good developer responseThis is a very entertaining game and the developers are excellent at providing support. I have had a couple of concerns and a recent glitch. Both were taken care of in a timely manner. Download this game and play it! I am having to drop this game 2 stars in the ratings as the attacks on my islands are out of control, and shields given are scarce. While I still enjoy the game, it is difficult to make progress when all your money goes to fixing damaged island items. Also countless times of spending 10,000,000 coins on trying to get a new pirate only to be told I already have that pirate is wretched. Game freezing on stealsHey everyone. This is not supposed to be a true review. I actually just have no other way to attempt to contact game support. The website and email for Jelly Button links are broken, and the in-game support is not allowing me to send files or messages... The game is great and has improved over the last 2 years. The developers have added so many different events. But the continuous game bugs are an issue. And I just got a new phone last week (11 Pro) So the problem started after the Halloween update: the game is freezing only on chances to steal from other players. The 3 islands disappear or turn glowing white, and nothing loads. I’ve tried everything to fix it from my end, and it’s 100% the developer’s issue. It’s really a shame because I’m about to beat the Flips Adventure and Pirate Adventure, with only 1 more stage in each. But it seems I won’t be able to now that there are only 4 hours left. This bug has been happening for the last 2 days. Hopefully Jelly Button fixes it or gives some compensation, or they will probably lose a lot of player base..Katt0732Version: 7.4.0

Hate the November 2019 updateI have played this game since high school (I’m 24 now) and I’ve been loving the latest updates to win more, but this latest update has me ready to uninstall this app for good and switch over to coin master. Literally a few days ago I could buy my island items for 40 mill and that’s high but it’s ok because I’m pretty far into the game and they added bonus games to win a few spins or money here n there. Now I have to pay hundreds of millions just to upgrade each item??????? The current item that was 40mill a few days ago is now 300+mill to buy. Are you kidding me? This is REDICULOUS. It’s says “More Wins!!!” But I literally got 200mill and bought 1 item upgrade. Way more unfair than what it used to be. Yeah u upgraded the wheel & whatever that’s cool. But these prices for the islands are way too high especially if you are lowering the bonus spins in the mini games. It went from 10-50 bonus spins to 5-15. In NOW WAY IS THIS FAIR AT ALLLLLLL TO US LONG TIME PLAYERS!!! If there isn’t a new update that changes the prices of the island items lower again I will be uninstalling. Attacked while onlineUpdate: After getting a response from the developer I have decided to update my review from 3 stars to 2 because I feel like they did not fully understand my problem, as they gave me their suggested “tip.” They suggested that I plan ahead what I am going to spend my cash on and do so quickly. My problem is that I am not able to do so when I have to save up a big amount of gold to buy one of the expensive upgrades. It is hard to spend it quickly when I can’t afford to buy it, then when I get close, I end up losing most of it because someone steals almost all my gold from me as I’m sitting here spinning the wheel as fast as I can. Old: I enjoy the game for the most part, but the one thing I dislike the most is how you can get your gold stolen from you while you’re online spinning the wheel or attack/stealing from other players. Good Idea...This is a great game on paper. And I love the concept. That said, the execution did not take the player into mind at all. The basic luck in this game is a scam. The wheel has 10 slots. This means I should get a certain tile an average 10 times per 100 spins. This is not the case at all. I understand that the game is made to give more low prizes, but it is too scaled for the low end. Out of ~125 spins, I got one of the tiles once, another one twice, and a different one 3 times. Unsurprisingly, those three tiles were the highest rewarding tiles. I got the lowest two tiles approximately 60% of the time instead of 20%, as probability would suggest. This makes the game infuriating to play, especially when it is super obvious the game is rigged. The in-app purchase are also way over priced. In-app purchases, in my opinion, should greatly increase the speed at which you can progress. The largest purchase you can make, which is $60, only buys all the things for maybe the 4th island. Paying the price for a full game on console or PC would be a much better idea than wasting it on a weeks worth of cash in this game. For more realistic prices, look at egg inc. They have a great in-app purchasing system, especially their piggy bank feature. They also have a highest price of $20. Even that seems high for a mobile game. Lost all my progressWell, I was doing fairly well. I think I was on my 9th island, and to keep from getting gold stolen, I would spend it on pirates to dig for treasure on my old islands...I had 5 pirates on each island but one and that one had 3! Disappointing at the leastI have been playing this game for many years. I originally started playing as a connection to a friend I moved away from. I have played for free for the first few years and recently started buying deals. The game puts on side adventures every so often to make things interesting. Very disappointed with the developersI play this game all the time to kill time when I’m bored. It’s a very fun game but very recently especially, this game has been frustrating as the wheel will always land on the very small prizes that will not benefit the player. Won’t play anymoreI really loved this game at first but lately I have been very disappointed. It all started when they inadvertently gave people a large amount of spins as a reward, and then later took them back. Boring version of coin masterI downloaded this game from tapjoy offers in another game. I immediately thought wow this game is splitting image of coin master. I thought great this might be a good game since I do love coin master. WRONG! This game is the worse! RuinedIt’s a shame I really, really enjoyed this game for such a long time. One of my biggest complaints was others being able to destroy your island items, which they had gotten rid of, well it’s back going to sleep I had full shields and was close to finishing my island. When I woke up all my shields were gone and so was majority of my island, I counted at least 7 attacks on me in a few hours while I slept and they weren’t revenge attacks on me they were the “random” attacks.
