Easy and you get results. Period.Hey guys I had this app like around 2017 and told myself to start from the bare minimum necessities available. I would literally do it everyday not any of that rest day crap. I lost 14 pounds in like 3 weeks solid. But you also have to give it effort in diet and just have a little balance. I never had a diet I just committed to doing 7 mins a day and not letting anything stop me. It’s literally done before you know it. Honestly it does everything for you. It’s nothing crazy, simple dynamic workouts that are insanely effective. Even though I was no stranger to working out. I wanted to start from nothing (like no weights or machines) then I just added my weight lifting routine and when I was in better shape I started to modified my workouts again. But this will help you massively. This is what literally made me shred pounds. I was never much of a cardio person. This just lets you commit to 7 mins, tracks your days, holds your hand. Do over do a workout or under do one. Just literally 7 MINS is all. When you realize your not sweating from the basic outlined workout, it’s time to either increase the time or routine. Super Easy. Really worked for me!I started using this app in December 2016 after years of trying different workout excercises with no success. By the 3rd or 4th week of doing almost-daily workouts, my roommate noticed that I was already looking toned up. 65+ and keep coming back...even with months of gaps7MWC has been my go-to workout for over 10 years. I used to do the Canadian 5BX program from a booklet. As a beginner I was never quite sure if I was doing exercises correctly and it required one to track progress on a chart. 7MWC takes care of the tracking, takes less than 10 minutes per round, follows a scientific principle of max muscle use in short times, and provides complete guidance how each exercise should be done. At 68+ I’ll admit to getting lazy... up to 10 months. And then the desire for muscle tone, flexibility, and cardiovascular stamina kick in and I start up again. Love it!Glad they did the updates required so that I could still use this app after iOS 11 released! It’s easy to use, and the exercise plan is surprisingly effective for such a small time investment each day. I notice more cardiovascular endurance, stronger muscles, and more overall energy. Great App for filling the Breaks in my DayI have to say, I love how it has made me aware of some free time in my workday. Now I run through it and that gets me motivated to do my next task. I use it after I have completed a task at work and need to switch to a new thing. I start up the 7 Minute track, work through it, knowing it’s short, and it is a great way for me to get back to my desk feeling pumped! Love the bonus workoutsI've had this app for a couple of years now, and it's been a great add-on to my runs, or if I don't have time for a full workout in my schedule. I was sad that in order to get a different workout than the classic you had to either use the app every day for 2 weeks, or pay $2. Since I just used it to add on to my other workouts I never used it every day, so I was getting a little bored with just one workout. But in the new update they have two bonus workouts!! Videos are great!I’ve been using a 7minute work out app for a while and live the results and quick motivation. This app has been the best thanks to the option to play the video. I love being able to see exactly how to do a movement I may not be familiar with. I also like the badges. I would suggest an update in how far we are in the work out. Simple and awesome!I’ve downloaded other apps, but I keep coming back to 7 Minutes. Really, what I want to do is track my weight and be motivated to do a little exercise! I’ll often do two or three cycles, but there is no excuse NOT to exercise for 7 minutes a day to improve your overall health, balance and strength. Quick and easy to get throughAlthough I struggled to get through the workout the first few times I did it, I knew I could keep going because it was only 7 minutes. There was an end in sight. Just finished day 143I am at my fitness peak so far. Just by doing this workout, I have lost 15 pounds and I feel the healthiest that I have ever been in my life so far ( I am 23 for reference). I usually do 2-3 rounds a day, but sometimes I’ll only do 1. I like to modify some exercises, for example when I do push-ups I’ll use push-up stands and I’ll do different variations like diamond. Great App!I have used this app for years. Every time I just want to get my daily exercise done and I do not want to plan a lot, I do 3 rounds of this and that's it! I feel great afterwards because I did the strength training and cardio for that day in approx. 26 minutes. I will always have this on my phone or iPod touch. Dark Mode BugGreat app. Love the no subscription or ads. Has got me in better shape then I’ve been in for years. I enjoy the bonus workouts. Bug - if the workout type is blank when you go to start a workout (can’t see classic, custom 1, etc), try Turing off dark mode. I was very frustrated with this until I realized that was the issue. I reported it and hope they will fix it but it’s tolerable now that I know the issue. Kicked my TRASHI've been a runner and heavy lifter for a few years, but have gotten out of the groove the last few months and wanted to try something to shake things up. Easy to stay consistentBeen doing this for years about 3-5 per week. I notice more results as far as muscle mass and body shape than any other workout I have done before. Great!I am a busy mom who doesn’t need to lose weight but who could seriously use some muscle tone. I am very unmotivated when it comes to working out and definitely not a gym type. I was growing sad as the iOS 11 release date approached, since the app hadn't been updated in ages and was due to stop working. Today they updated it! Hooray! Feature request: the 7 Minute Workout Alarm Clock. It wakes you up with, "Next up, Jumping Jacks. In 3, 2, 1... Begin! Jumping Jacks!" App great...but not for Apple WatchI have an Apple Watch 3 and was excited to push this app (one of my favorites) over to it. However the workout sound will only come from my phone, not from my watch. What is much worse is that the app will freeze the timer in the middle of my workouts, so I have to constantly keep tapping my watch face to keep the timer going. I’ve had times where I’ve done a workout for over a minute only to realize the app hasn’t even told me I’m halfway yet. Good App, But …This is a good app to use for exercising, but “user beware”. If you have joint issues, do not attempt some of the exercises. There should be a “less strenuous” version of some of the exercises that affect the knees, shoulders, etc. for those who have arthritis or previous injuries that make it painful or even dangerous for some people to do. Great workoutI am normally sluggish in the morning and this app makes a great workout to get the blood moving. It also makes for a good quick energy burner when you have a few mins to spare. I like how you can add more cycles for the workout before and during the workout. Excellent app! Great little exercise program.I worked on getting in better shape last year by working out 180 times in 30 minute chunks. I would often find myself unable to get to a workout or unmotivated to begin. My weight stabilized but never went down. After changing in 2019 to this over the last month, I have dropped 5-7 lbs and am able to keep my motivation to do SOMETHING every single day. I love the achievements and how motivating it is to keep up the streak. Only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because the 3...2...1... countdown when finishing up an exercise clearly has some load issues because they are not evenly spaced when there is no music playing. Great way to start a fitness regimenI’m a person walks a lot and is lightly active looking to step it up. Wanting to build strength, stamina, and lose inches is a tall order for the perpetually confused. This app makes it easy. Very efficient!I love that I can do this anywhere, whether traveling or home... all I need is a little space and a sturdy chair. I put on some fun music and get moving, add a nice walk and some sort of stretching (I like to hold some yoga poses).
