Great game, needs a few fixesThe game is really fun and challenging. I would recommend it to everyone. There are a few bugs though, it seems to freeze up on loading screens at times especially when you exit the game in a loading screen. Once in a level it runs great. Another thing is after purchasing the extra levels every time you get back in the game you have to restore purchases. I obviously I have paid since I have data on the levels and it is quiet annoying to do this. If my internet isn't working at the time I can't even continue to play. I don't give many games five stars but...I play a lot of games on ios. I've just started this game (I'll write another review if things change later on) but if your looking for a little time killer, this could be the game for that. Even if you need to delete an app you haven't used in while I think this game is worth a look. Pyro Jump is simple at heart with one button controls. You play a little fire ball chasing a princess. The princess is made of paper. So she's running from you Pyro a flame. Nice little logic to a delightful and challenging game. Pyro jumps to spinning wheels, ramps, walls, ect. Collecting little flames down a path to catch the princess. Levels are short so the game is easy to pick up and put down if needed but long enough for gaming enjoyment. You may think at first that the game is too easy but stick it out a little longer and the game rewards a challenge to players wanting to display a bit of skill. Five stars for what it is. Fun game!The game is very cute and adorable :) however the levels are hard to pass. It actually gives me anxiety lol. The controls are simple, all u do is tap the screen, however I don't think it's enough for a challenging game like this. There should be a double tap for longer jumps or tap and hold to glide or smth. The physics of rotating wheels give the pyro the flame unnecessary acceleration in a wrong direction. The inertia of smaller wheels is even stronger, and it makes it kinda hard. I'm not complaining, but I think the game needs a little adjustment in terms of controls... And also a map would be useful. Sort of to see the whole picture before navigating the pyro. And the timing is ridiculous. Even the very first level doesn't give me the golden stopwatch. Like it a lotI actually like this game quite a lot. I originally got it for my three year old because it looked quite a bit like some of his other favorites (cut the rope, etc) and had the same qualities he needs in a game- a puzzle challenge which does not require reading. Although he enjoys it, the mechanics can be a little advanced for him. After the first few puzzles, he was asking for help. We usually don't like that since the whole reason we get games for him is so he can be independently occupied of a while. But when it became clear it was simply too complicated of him, we stepped in to help him out. I was happily surprised to find that the game is cute and quite fun to play myself. Fun game, above average addictionAt first I had performance issues while running iOS7.0.6, but since updating to 7.1.2, the game runs with no problems, fluently on my old iPhone 4S. Only then was I able to fully appreciate the gameplay, and I'm finding it really fun and addictive. Easy enough not to be too frustrating and yet challenging enough not to be just for kids. Great game, but...There is only one problem with this game: it freezes at the end of each level, and as many other reviews correctly say, Pyro Jump requires a hard reset to play again. Aside from this, the game is great. Level 1-12So I've been playing this game for a while, I've been trying my best to get three stars on every level. I've just noticed a theme in Level 1-12. There are not enough flames in this level for me to earn three stars! The amount of flames in the level is 43, I've counted. In order to earn three stars I have to get 47 flames! Good game, but glitchy.I really enjoy this game. The characters and settings are cute, and the levels are challenging yet fun. The only problem is that it frequently glitches, making it virtually impossible to play. It often glitches on the first screen, when it suddenly will quit. If you get past that screen, the levels are slow and jumpy, and it fluctuates between fast and slow to not moving at all making the game much harder and irritating. Eh.This is a good game it's just the little things in the levels that give it a three. First of all sometimes when you tap on the screen it doesn't jump so you have to do it at the perfect timing. Second, it takes too long to die so of you jump off at the wrong time and you know you will die it takes like ten seconds at most. I would recommend using the restart button. Very Good Game DesignThis game is made very well. If you like platformers with specific jump timing, this one is for you. It brings me back to Donkey Kong Country for Snes. Love it but hate it!!Okay, I would give this game five stars, but 1) there's in app purchases to continue(which everyone doesn't like) and 2) I bought all of the purchases to continue but now every time i leave the app and come back in, I have to restore my purchases by logging in, sitting, and waiting for it to load😒 plus I can only restore my purchases with wifi...so I can only play the same 11 levels outside of wifi connection!😕😕 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, someone fix this problem! Constant FREEZEI just downloaded last night. I seems like a fun game, but it freezes at the end of each level. I have to completely close out of the app, like hard reset out (dbl tap the home button & slide the app up to make it disappear) then reopen the app completely.
