Awesomely convenient appPowerlifters dream app for anyone running Sheiko programs. Very convenient interface used to track workout includes video links for each movement and ability to adjust sets/reps. Sure the spreadsheets are free online, but no where near sad easy to use in the middle of a workout..Version: 2.4.2

Used to be a great appSo I’ve been using this app since 2018. It has worked flawlessly until 2020. Sometime last year the date functionality broke. I stopped doing Sheiko last year so I’m not sure when exactly this happened. The date issues causes some issues in not allowing you to select the date when you finish a workout. This issue carries over into other selection areas as well only giving a blank selection screen and no means of resolving. Thus many of your workouts will not have the correct date or exercises. Overall 3/5 stars. Anyone reading this do not purchase in current state until developers fix the issues..Version: 2.4.3

Convenient appI like there app, but there are definitely some quality of life things that could be addressed. An example is, how it scrolls back to the top of the screen while I’m trying to put in my next RIR. Another one being it doesn’t always save my weights or notes for the auxiliary stuff. Could be just me, but this is what I’ve found so far. Aside from that, good app, great value..Version: 2.4.3

Insanely well madeSeriously, I’m a general lifter and I wanted to transition to actual competitive powerlifting. I was kind of unsure about what route to go, so I decided to download this app because I’ve heard nothing but the best about Sheiko. This app gave me gainsIt works as long as your consistent, doing the daily workout for increasing my overall lifts took me 1h45-2h to complete. My squat deadlift and bench increasing surprisingly more then I ever would have thought..Version: 2.4.3

Very worth the money!I love this app! It has made running Sheiko much easier than it would have been otherwise. I have seen some complaints about the app not working correctly but it has run perfectly smoothly for me so far. This app does everything but lift the weight. It times your rest periods, it chooses a program for you (but you can choose a different one if you like from all the various programs that it has), it lays out each and every workout for you, and it tracks your progress. The app has a small learning curve, but I was able to figure it all out after toying with it for five or ten minutes. All in all it was very worth the money!.Version: 1.3.1

The Sheiko App1. This app is for tracking your Sheiko programming. It does not teach you how the programming works. 2. Go to the Sheiko forums first to understand how the strength programming works, read up on Sheiko, and ask questions. 3. Then get the App and track your progress. Once you understand the basics of Sheiko's methods the App works well and makes perfect sense. 4. The strength programming works, if you put in the work you will get strong. Not too shabbyIt's a little tricky to look ahead and see what's coming up and a lot of the assistance movements don't give you much direction (chest muscles etc.). It would be helpful, in my opinion, if they gave an RPE for the assistance movements to take the guess work out. But other than that amazing volume of programming for 12 bucks. Great ProgramI've done 5X5's , 5-3-1, and Westside Barbells Conjugate system. I love this program. I'm in the 4th week of the beginner program and feel great. I would like if you could print off of the app so you can have your workout for the day on paper if you'd like. I bought this to try to run sheiko for a cycle or two, but the app keeps starting me over at week 1/workout 1 every four days. Great programming for any levelFollow the rules and you'll make it far. This is very intelligent science based programming that follows his protocols. Great AppReally good, very easy to follow the program each day and customizable as well. The bar path tracker can be fairly finicky but if you get your video at a good angle it's really useful, especially the graphs it produces. Only complaint is their is no way to look ahead at the program you're doing or look at other programs without changing the workout day it's set to. So after you're done looking you have to set it back to the workout you're supposed to be on. And excel spreadsheet sort of style program overview would be nice to see them in the full scale.Version: 1.5.0

Great product!I've followed a Sheiko paper based program for a few months and decided to buy the app. It's a great tool to have, I can look at what my next workout will look out, make changes easily, watch videos if I'm unsure of the movement and email my workout I completed to myself.
