Super Helpful when dealing with illnessWe found TimeTree when looking for a common calendar that any of us could access and edit. We were battling cancer and several of us were working together to ensure my dad got to his chemo and other appointments. The ability to give each person a color meant that we could see what appointments were our responsibility while also knowing about all other appointments as well. The ability to edit with notes meant that we could detail what went on if needed or to remind ourselves to ask for certain things while at an appointment. My dad beat cancer and is now in remission. He still has after care appointments just to monitor things and he warned if he goes out of remission. The app is even more useful now because appointments are much farther apart and remembering details after so much time passes is often difficult. I just look at my notes in TimeTree! It is wonderful!!! I truly believe this is the most useful and crucial app that I have downloaded. I use it for work now too. Update: After four years my Dad is out of remission, and this time he needs 24hr care. I added a new calendar to share with my sisters so we can plan which of us will stay the night. This app is still the most used, reliable and crucial of all apps I use. So happy with it!.Version: 12.2.2

Amazing App! A Couple Suggestions...I use this calendar app as a personal calendar and I have a few others to share with friends! It works great but there was a couple things I want to recommend to the developers! I've noticed when you add events into the calendar it's not very quick to sync, so may take a few minutes for my friend to see an event or for me to see it change on another device (it also won't change on the Widget unless I open the app). So it would be super cool if it was a bit faster! This app works best on a smart phone device and besides the ADs I love it! The web version (I pull up on my laptop, but with no ADs!) is also good but I find it easier to put new events in on my phone. However, I recently got an iPad Air but I was disappointed when I downloaded TimeTree and realized the user experience is the same format as the smart phone (long rectangular that doesn't use the full screen of the iPad). I'd prefer to not use the web version of TimeTree on my iPad browser cause I like the convenience of apps. I think if you were to make an iPad version of this app I would consider the AD-free $5/mo thing...but I always prefer single, "lifetime” or yearly purchases rather than monthly as a college student! Thanks TimeTree for making a great app!.Version: 11.1.2

Great!I just recently started using this app when i started college. All of my friends wanted me to get the app, so we could see if all of our college breaks lined up. This is great, because we can plan our hangouts accordingly especially since different colleges have different time frames for breaks. Then, i wanted to try to make another calendar with my boyfriend because we’re long distance now. This made life so much easier for us, because we put our school schedules in so we know when we can catch up with each other as well as work, and extracurriculars. Yes, we don’t put every little detail in but it helps us remember the basis of where our s/o is if we’re not responding or something. I think it’s really great. I also put in assignments, and use it to make sure i don’t forget to do anything since there’s a to-do list feature. Highly recommend! No cost, and so helpful. Also many colors to distinguish certain things. I personally use pink for my classes/activities, and yellow for my work study & job. Love it!.Version: 11.3.5

Love it, but glitchesI love this app. i have a calendar with my family where we are able to put all of our events and different grocery lists and it has been SO helpful!! i also have a personal calendar where i can put my work schedule, grocery list, to-do list, and my class schedule. i also had a schedule with my roommates so we were able to see when each other was in class, had plans elsewhere, when people were coming over, when they would be studying/had a test, etc. i also have a calendar with my boyfriend who often forgets about our plans or plans that i am included in that he forgets to tell me. it has been such a lifesaver since we are able to put it into a calendar that we can both see right away! i LOVE this app. the only reason i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because lately when i add an event, it crashes and takes me out of the app. the event still adds, but this is slightly frustrating when i am trying to add multiple events at once. i haven’t had this problem until recently, so i am hoping it is just a glitch that gets fixed soon. otherwise, i adore this app and it has helped me in so many ways!!.Version: 9.2.0

So Helpful!!I love this app! You can sync calendars with others and also have calendars just for yourself! I have a calendar connected with my fiancé and two friends, a cleaning calendar, and a calendar of reminders for myself for bills. The best part is that you can chose to look at every calendar all at once or separately. I have adult ADHD and this app keeps everything easily accessible all in one app. This app keeps me from overbooking things looking at my calendar with everything, but also lets me focus on just one calendar if I need to without being overwhelmed. I’m also so happy there is a way to access TimeTree on the computer! The computer version is still being worked on, but it’s nice to see it all on a bigger screen even if it’s still in beta and I can’t access everything like the weekly schedule. I’m so excited to see what else the developers come up with! So far, the only thing I’d like to see is an option to set a reminder for the events that don’t have a date yet. I’ve put stuff in that section and then completely forgot about them..Version: 4.7.0

This app is a lifesaverI never write reviews but this app deserves it! I have the free version and it’s so incredibly useful. The color coding, notification settings, option to make recurring events, and being able to have multiple calendars make it so organized and easy to use. I’ve recommended it to friends, colleagues, and family members. It makes planning stuff with friends so easy because you can see everyone’s availability and even send messages in the app! I share a calendar with my boyfriend so we always know what the other ones schedule is like! We used to always plan stuff while forgetting to tell the other what was going on and this has made it so easy to manage everything we have going on! I even have a personal calendar that helps me keep track of due dates on assignments, errands I have to run, and just little things that would easily slip my mind. If you’re super busy, have a lot of hobbies, school work, and appointments, this app makes managing all of it so so simple. Highly recommend!!.Version: 12.2.1

Scheduling for Blended FamiliesWe have only just begun to use this app but so far, I LOVE IT. I have created a “Family Calendar” that includes myself, my husband, my ex-husband, and the three children that I share with my ex. My husband and I also have 2 toddlers and my ex has a newborn so we have 6 kids total between the 2 households. Being able to all collaborate on the same calendar and leave notes regarding which parent is getting which kid to a doctor appointment while a different parent picks up the other 2 from school has been really helpful. Additionally, being able to add doctor, dentist, orthodontist, and orthopedic appointments directly after booking the appointment so the other parents know immediately and not having to remember to text them about the appointment and then hope they remembered to write it down has been really helpful too. I think this app will continue to be incredibly helpful as we try to keep schedules straight for our 6 combined kids and 4 parents and make sure we aren’t dropping balls for our kids. Thank you for this! It works great!.Version: 5.2.0

Disability friendlyLike a good ADHDr I download and never use a billion different calendar apps. I use Structured daily but after years of trying to see if anything’s superior to TimeTree- hard no. Right now I’m in an Apprenticeship and am able to track my hours with the proper color coding in one calendar. I keep my kids sports calendars in one and while running a mental health agency in the pandemic this was a true Godsend. I don’t use this for my daily Calendar simply because I’ve found it’s just too flawless for the zillion groups and resources that I need to keep track of but I don’t need to be reminded of. The one thing that I really, really wish was that there’s a way to share Calendars without downloading the app. I hyper focused on uploading resources and sharing with my colleagues on Google Calendar was easier. Having said that the fact I have this excellent of features working with my brain is enough to sing praises to these developers..Version: 11.0.4

Helpful for long distance <3To the future consumers, Being In a long distance relationship… there’s a lot of downsides. Apps like these help out a lot and help us feel connected In some way. I’ve used this for at least two years now and it’s beautiful, simple, and absolutely amazing with helping us figure out times we can spend together. Also, we can’t always say when we’re going to be busy so giving the calendar a quick look saves us so much bickering 🤣also! Apple users can make a widget for it! So it sits perfectly In my Home Screen and it’s out of the way. There’s really no reason to use premium but also, I’m sure it has a lot of great perks as well. To the creators of this beautiful app, I’m hoping for some more colors for the labels! Maybe even some new font settings to make it look cute? Such an amazing app already! and I am looking forward to the future updates for this app!.Version: 9.7.2

I am so in love with this appI have searched for years to find a calendar system that suits my needs. I have tried multiple different ways to keep track of my family of 5. I would forget to write stuff down or I would write it down and then forget to look what had going on. I tried many apps but I just didn’t care for the layouts or I couldn’t do everything I wanted to do. I love TimeTree for so many reasons. I can create multiple color coded calendars and toggle easily between them or see all of them. I can share certain schedules with my husband. I can attach pictures to events. So when my kids have events going on at school that require my attention on the day of, I just create an event in their calendar and send the picture to the event. I can also have events with out dates. This makes split parent schedules easier. Make an event for each holiday and add the schedule for the holiday to the notes. Makes it easier to reference..Version: 4.8.2

I love this app!Okay so my boyfriend and I are 5,000 miles away and honestly it’s kinda tough sometimes when we don’t know each other’s schedules. It’s usually me that’s always busy and either forget to tell him or I just don’t have the time to. He is 6 hours ahead of me. He lives in Albania and I live in Michigan. Obviously it’s difficult. We make it work and time tree honestly helps me put everything that’s going on in my week or month and he’ll know what I’m doing and why I'm not replying. Yes we do have FaceTime and obviously yes I do end up telling him but it’s just easier that he knows too and it’s just a little wake up call. I would totally recommend this app. It also gives you notifications once something is post and you can set it up to get notifications when it’s like 10,15, and like an hour before the event which is like a little reminder. I love it!! I continue to use it all the time!!.Version: 7.3.1

Uniquely Helpful Calendar/Scheduling Tool!I have long searched for the right calendar app. Google, Apple, And Microsoft all tried to make one, and they all have good things to offer, but I felt they often missed the point of scheduling… the point is to know definitively what’s coming up and what I (and my family) need to do to be ready for it. TimeTree is an amazing answer to this problem! The interface is clean, intuitive, and even has some useful customization. The sharing and collaboration features, with memos, tasks, and member assignments all make this app so much more than just a calendar, but an actual reflection of how you should productively think about each day. I am giving it 5 stars but I hope in the future to see some integrations like Apple calendar has, where you can create an event from an email, invite other people (who don’t use TimeTree) to certain events, etc..Version: 8.5.2

Quite literally the perfect calendar appSoooo my best friend and I reallyyyyy busy people. we both have multiple pets, have an abundance of after school activities, and both go to the same college prep middle school. not highschool prep middle school, but college prep middle school. so scheduling bestie time is kinda hard. also her parents are divorced and her dad gets her on really specific days which makes it even harder. timetree has made it so much easier. with turning events into chat rooms we don’t have to switch from timetree to iMessage constantly. every time we both have even a minor event we put it in there. now we know when we can call people, what days are good for sleepover, and with the note feature we can remind each other to bring certain things. if it wasn’t for timetree, we would probably not see much of each other tbh. so thanks timetree!.Version: 9.4.0

Has EVERY FEATURE I need except the critical 1 - Lacks Family Sharing SupportSo, I have been trying this shared calendar app for over a month now because I have a “blended” & multi-generational family living under one roof that needs 1 app to coordinate all our calendars….. this one is great. “Time Tree - Family Shared Calendar” literally has EVERY FEATURE I need except the one absolutely critical feature. The one feature That hits my wallet when it comes to having to have every family member use the same app…. And that critical yet missing feature is, Family Sharing Support. So now if I want the premium plan (which every family member would truly benefit from)…. I have to pay for it on every family members device/account. That’s an awfully big hit to my wallet!!! Time Tree Inc, lease change this. You’d get a glowing 5 start review if you had already included it. But as it is, without the family sharing option, I cannot fully recommend your app to my other friends with families!.Version: 9.4.1

Love this app!I love TimeTree calendar! My husband and I have busy schedules and have always used a shared calendar app to make sure we didn't double book things and to keep track of each other's schedules. The old app we were using became less and less user friendly and eventually got to the point where it wouldn't sync the other's calendars and became more and more cumbersome to add events, and with each new update it required more and more steps to add an event to the calendar. Not so with time tree- adds events easily and conveniently, and updates to the other's calendar instantly and sends a message alerting the other that an event was added. We are able to color coordinate our calendars according to whose schedule and types of events! The latest update of adding a search function made an already great app absolutely awesome! I would definitely recommend this app. Again-love, love love this app!!!.Version: 4.1.0

Life saver! Only one suggestionI'm a working mom with two kids. One has special needs so there are tons of appointments to go to all the time! My husband and I are separated and my sister helps a lot with my kids. I went through three calendar apps till I found this! It's been perfect for helping to coordinate all the adults in my kids' lives (while also cutting down on calls to my ex)!!!! I really love that I can have separate calendars at the same time - a personal one just for me, one for all three adults when necessary or even just for two of us and I can see them all at once. This app has honestly changed my life for the better. The only thing I would love to see would be one of those notification bubbles be an option to show the date so I can check it at a glance instead of having to open the app or check the lock screen. Otherwise perfection!.Version: 4.0.1

Very good App, super recommend to anyone who has a hard time meeting scheduled eventsAs far as I can tell this app has no problems as of yet. The user interface is incredibly easy to learn and having the different colors correspond to different people can incredibly help coordinate vacation/hang out times with all your friends by easily seeing what people on your calendar are doing to going to be doing over the course of the month/months Appreciate the write memos and check lists for the events you put down on days you have events as well, a long with a customizable timer for when the all should notify you when you have planned event coming up on the calandrar. 10/10 recommend this app to friend groups, work groups, and any other group of people who congregate and plan together. Highly recommend you download the app and use it as much as possible to maximize efficiency and make sure you are never late to a scheduled event ever again! And so that you can plan our events with coworkers and friends on days off one when to have get togethers or vacations. Also last night. The adds can be a little annoying but there’s nothing an X button click away, and I think with premium and get rid of them entirely.Version: 11.0.5

So Needed!!!It is so hard to remember everything!!! My favorite is having our family calendar. We have two teens living at home and trying to keep track of all the appointments and events is a job in itself. The fact that we can share a calendar with a few clicks of a button is so nice and real time too. I have color coded each member of the house. All you have to do is open the calendar really quick and if you see your color is coming up you can drill down on it and read what it is. Then you remember, oh yeah you have that doctor’s appointment you scheduled last year. Good thing you put this in the calendar. I am even able to set reminders to tell me a week, a day, or even an hour in advance of an appointment or event. Worth the time to download and explore..Version: 12.1.2

Great app for group calendarsOur group uses this app to coordinate our time as a social distancing measure during the COVID-19 crisis. We all need access to a certain location during the week, so to ensure social distancing we downloaded this app as a communication tool to let the others know when we would be there. It’s much nicer than text-bombing each other with our coordinates. You can set up multiple separate calendars for different groups, and send the invitation to join based on a unique calendar. Each calendar only allows invitees to see that calendar, but not others. The only drawback, and it is a minor one, is that editing an account is not intuitive for people who don’t use apps much (I.e. are not tech savvy). This is why I only gave it 4 stars and not 5. Apps should be configured to be used by the least tech savvy person- generally older people who have not embraced the age of technology..Version: 6.16.8

Best app for tracking anything!Great visual interface & no crashes so far, been using the app for over 2 years now. I use the free version and its absolutely perfect for me. I track everything on this thing- its so much more than a calendar and event organizer for me! (I track my diet, period & fertility, finances & recurring payments, & so much more!) Great app to use with my partner as well as a way to track things in our relationship! Only thing I wish is that they would let you choose your own custom colors for event labels (though they have expanded their color palette since i first downloaded, so thats good), and that sometimes I cant change whether an event is repeating after I've made it, but its fine because I just remake it usually & it takes 2 seconds. Overall great app & its FREE!!! ✨👍🏽🆓✨.Version: 11.0.0

Easy to use and share with familyHi! Long time user here, downloaded in 2017 when I got my first job and needed some way to keep my schedule straight and share it with my family (many siblings also working at the time, good for mom’s sanity!). Over time I’ve come to use the many colors available for college classes, car payments and maintenance, as well as various social environments. Thanks to the colors, even though at a glance of the entire month the text is small, every entry is easily identifiable and I love how I can put notes and locations for important events! I find the design of this app to be both easy to look at and easy to navigate. I also love using the Timetree widget and the reminder notifications to keep my forgetful self in check so I don’t miss anything! Thanks for helping make adulting easier!.Version: 6.15.1

Very customizableI honestly really love this app. The layout is an actual calendar so it is easier for me to comprehend, unlike other apps like Cozi where it’s the days in a list. I like the color label options so you can categorize events. The only change that I think would be beneficial would be the option for more color tabs. Some of them look very similar so it is hard to tell labeled events apart. Maybe ombré colors, or the option to chose the color of the label from a color wheel? I like how customizable parts of the event are. Like repeats, timers, and countdowns. Also the ability to add links and save previous events so it’s easier to input the same event. Such as work from a specific time if your weekly schedule is inconsistent. Overall a great calendar app!.Version: 10.6.10

⏱🌲 = ❤️❤️❤️This is the best calendar app I have so far. I love that I could see on the calendar about the things I have to do and it’s not like a calendar list and it’s not too fancy either (unlike other calendar apps 😒). Plus, the “Keep” option is very helpful where I don’t have to trouble myself about the date and time. AND, I did not expect that there will be a notification which says, “Hope that everything goes well for you!” This actually lightens my spirit which, the truth is, around this week I’m feeling a bit down so when I received that notification, I feel so happy to see that. It really made my day. Thank you so much TimeTree! However, it would have been nice if I could have the option to choose more color labels. But overall, this calendar app is the best and I LOVE IT! ❤️ KEEP IT UP GUYS!!! 👊🏼☺️.Version: 6.2.1

Amazing AppThis App is amazing for personal and even business application. The downside is that because it is SO functional, it can be a little overwhelming unless you have someone just sit down and show you how to do it. In other words, it’s like riding a bike. (...Try to explain how to ride a bike, then show them what you mean and see which is easier). They are constantly adding better features that amaze me and keep up with the changing times of technology. I have been with TimeTree for about 5 years now. I would always suggest having paper backups to ANYTHING important in life, as technology can fail at any moment. I, myself, have only been affected by a system “crash” once, and it was toward the beginning of my time using this innovative company. They also listen to their clients. Best of all, it is still free! Get it while you can! Way to go TimeTree! Keep working hard!.Version: 6.16.3

Best phone calendar a girl could ask for.I am a mom with a very busy schedule. And the iPhone iCal does not help me out. So I still continue to use a hard calendar book that I can physically hold and write my days in. I love it because I can color coordinate things, and I can see my month in advance in front of me. But it’s frustrating when I leave the calendar book at home or I forget to put it in my purse and I don’t have it in front of me when I need it. Now I coordinate my life on TimeTree with my book at home and I can leave the book at home and have my calendar in my hand on my phone. I can see the entire the month displayed out in front of me with my color codes and all. It’s been a game changer for me and I’m so thankful a friend introduced it to me..Version: 9.1.0

So helpful!! It’s like a calendar you can carry around anywhere anytime. This app is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I’ve been using this for over a year and the reminders and colorful decoration are perfect for my forgetful self. They send you notifications based on the time intervals you want and you can also add color to each event or add notes to it. You can also share the calendar with people so they can know what events are on the calendar. I’m gonna keep this short because I’m not a big texting person, but overall this app is perfect. I don’t normally leave reviews on things mainly because I don’t want to type so much, but I feel that this review is well worth my time. Thank you TimeTree!! I look forward to keeping your app until I’m old😁.Version: 11.0.4

Time treeThis app has been an upgrade from our previous shared calendar app. I love the ability to make notes and add pictures to relevant events and also set up recurring events. I love the ability to see multiple calendars as well, though I do wish I could customize the view in those calendars instead of defaulting to how my personal one is set up. I would love to have more choices of labels in each app as we use them for different people and combinations so for a larger family or group it would be nice to have more options. The one thing it is missing is truly a shared shopping list, that most other shared calendars have, and it would be a nice addition. We’ve tried to use the “Keep” section to do our list and it isn’t very functional. Overall I love this calendar and hope to keep seeing enhancements in future updates..Version: 6.1.1

Great AppI love this app. I use it to stay organized, and keep up with my families crazy schedule. A few suggestion is; I wish it were more “nurse schedule friendly”. I work night shift and when I put it in the app it looks like It’s a two day event 7p-7a. Also, my husband is a pilot, so when he goes into different time zones, the schedule automatically goes into that time zone and it makes the whole thing really confusing. I would love for the app to have an option to stay in your home time zone. Lastly, I would love for events to be easier to input when the same event happens on more than one day. For example, when I work on several days in one month it would be easier to click all the days I want to Input at the same time, rather than one by one. Great App! Thanks! :).Version: 7.3.5

Love it, BUT…I wish there was support to choose a particular calendar within the widget! I love how easy to use this app, my family and I use it. So do my coworkers and I. But the widget only allows you to select an option to view your own events, there is no option to select a calendar, which means all of your calendars mesh together in the widget. I would LOVE the ability to choose a particular calendar when adding the widget, and then add multiple widgets each with a different calendar (similar to how it works with the native Reminders app on iPhone) so that I could still keep my calendars separate, but I could stack the widgets to flip between the calendar I want to view. If this feature is added, this app would be PERFCTION!.Version: 9.4.0

Simply impressing!! 👊My wife and I been using Google calendar for several years. Recently we were not satisfied with Google calendar and Google photos experience so we decided to give some other apps a try. First app we tried was no good. Second app we tried was TimeTree, and we couldn’t be happier!! The features are so refreshing where we both get notifications for any event each of one of us adds, edits, or erase them. Been able to even text about things within the app, is just outstanding. Overall we are absolutely trilled with the app, and we wish we could’ve found it much sooner. Definitely a must have for shared calendars in your life. As far Google, good riddance!!!.Version: 10.2.6

Kept my college friends and I in touch...Through college my best friends and I eventually moved off campus and had busy schedules. We would miss each other a lot and would struggle planning hang outs. I found this app for us so we could each make a shared calendar that we'd all use with personalized colors and we'd be able to see each other's schedules. We could then easily see when we all had mutual free time for hanging out. It's AMAZING. Now I'm graduated and haven't used it in a while and I think I may switch back. I typically prefer the apps that come on the iPhones BUT I love how you can easily see at a glance the different events with out clicking the day. Only thing is I wish the app face showed the current date like the calendar. App..Version: 5.2.0

TimeTree for coparentsCoparenting is hard enough but then trying to keep up with the kids to know when and where they have to be. Each kid has something different at the same time. This made it where me and my ex-husband to add to the calendar and keep track of when they have appointments, sporting events, study time, work, when it was his week vs mine. When vacations where during the summer. That way we don’t schedule things at the same time. This has saved a lot of arguing and miss communicating. Thank you time tree. I also love that each calendar can be customized to the child and there personality. It makes it easy by coping the event to another calendar as well..Version: 9.4.0

A few suggestions for this AMAZINGLY helpful appThis app has been so helpful. The only thing that’s really been bothering me is how laggy it can sometimes be (maybe it’s just my phone) but other than that it’s been good. I do have some suggestions though and someone has already mentioned them. (1) An option to add the event to multiple calendars instead of one at a time when creating them (since I have several calendars I’m sharing with different people). (2) Having a possible “focus” tab that includes events for the week/day just as a quick view. (3) An option to save the locations you’ve previously entered so you don’t have to enter them over and over and over again. Other than that, the app is great and incredibly helpful and I highly recommend it..Version: 6.13.3

Great calendar view!I love that I can see what actual event I have when I look at month view-- it is SO MUCH BETTER than trying to investigate what certain dots mean like on ical or google cal. Also VERY helpful when trying to get a sense for what my month looks like including multi-day events. We travel a lot for work so it really helps. We don't use the personal calendars as much but schedule events as out google accounts so it makes a copy in google calendar if we need backup. This works well too. One down side, the directions are REALLY hard to understand in English, when I went to add a calendar later I just clicked around somehow until it added. But great calendar app, we've never had an issue with syncs or glitches!.Version: 4.7.0

Excellent for Working CouplesThis app is fantastic. My partner and I live 2 hours apart in different cities, and both of us own our own businesses. That makes coordinating schedules and couples time INCREDIBLY tricky. After a few months of dating and some near-misses of scheduling mishaps, I decided we needed a digital calendar to share events on. This was a struggle for me, since my physical calendar was pretty much glued to my hand at all times. I started entering dates and events into TimeTree, using the different colors to denote my events, his events, and events we were doing together. This app saved our relationship!!! It took several months of me entering things by myself, but eventually he started to rely on the app as well, and now we BOTH use it regularly! We are able to keep track of our separate time, and look forward to all the traveling and events we get to do together. Thank you for making an app that is so easy to pick up and understand. The push notifications are particularly handy for people who get caught up in the flow of work and forget to check for events. We will be eternally grateful!.Version: 4.8.0

Hands Down The Best Shared Calendar!Finding this App has made scheduling between our installers and sales team a breeze and so efficient. TimeTree is so easy to use. Scheduling conflicts have been eliminated with the real-time updates. All of us are now instantly notified when someone else schedules an appointment. My installers love the map feature. I can upload all of our customers information and details, allowing them a quick and easy look at all the jobs for the week. We tried so many other shared calendar apps and there were always too many glitches and inconsistencies. I am extremely happy with this app! I would definitely recommend TimeTree to anyone looking for a Great shared calendar..Version: 6.19.0

Tiff1657I honestly just want to say, I’ve been using this app for a very long time and I absolutely LOVE it. And I want the people that worked so hard to make it so well to know that every morning I wake up and I get overwhelmed by the list of things I have to do for the day.. Right above that you guys said “you have how many ever events to complete today” and right above or next to it you say “Please take care of yourself today!” And that means so much to me and on most days it’s really what I need to hear to remember to slow down and take care of myself and it helps me to re-shift what I have planned for the day so I can then make time for myself. Thanks once again!.Version: 6.19.0

10/10I really like how organized this app helps me be and the color coding for different things. I also really appreciate how they tell users when they open the app what thing will be changing unlike some app that just tell u there’s an update. I’m autistic and sometimes it’s hard when things I’m familiar with change unexpectedly especially the layout of certain apps it can be really hard to adjust but time tree let u know before it updates. Yes i know I could look at what the update is going to do but when there is a certain task that needs to be done that is my only focus not going to the App Store to see what’s changing..Version: 11.0.1

Perfect for visual/color oriented peopleI would marry this app if I could I love it so much. It is so easy and functional idk how I would survive without it. It allows you to use color coded labels and it’s absolutely perfect for visual learners. Definitely a step up from Apple calendar or any other calendars I’ve tried. Legit SO well organized it’s so easy to deal with. If you’re a visual and color oriented person this will save your life. Also I know it’s advertised as a family app mostly but I’ve used it just by me for years and it works perfectly just for one as well. I have a couple things I might fix about it to make it more personalized but overall I’m obsessed♥️.Version: 10.1.0

You Cannot Beat The Features On This App!My family and I have been looking for a good, thorough calendar platform that allows us all to have as many calendars as we need. We all work from home, we run an etsy and multiple other small businesses as well as outside commitments, our calendars get unbelievably crowded extremely quickly but timetree was easy to use and so far without any limits, I wish I could access all the color options at once for the labels but that is legit my only complaint so far. You can organize by person, by day, by label (and you can make a lable for anything) it is honestly a life saver and I plan on recommending it to anyone looking to get their life more organized.Version: 7.3.3

Family calendar, but can’t make kid profiles without email addressBeautiful interface and seemed to have everything I was looking for to keep track of my family’s events. Unfortunately, this is aimed for groups where all users have an email address to join the calendar. I can’t make a profile for my young kids to assign events on the calendar for them. Even on the app’s FAQ their suggestion is to use another one of your own email addresses and to log in and out between your emails. 🙄 nope. I have 3 kids I’d have to do that with. Other apps have the option of making kid profiles under the admins, I don’t see why this one can’t. It’s a shame, as this one would probably work best for me otherwise. The hunt for the right app for me continues..Version: 9.2.0

Great App!I love TimeTree! I like having multiple calendars and being able to share calendars with others. I have a calendar that I share with my husband that helps us keep track of things happening in our personal lives. I also have a personal calendar, a calendar that I share with my family, a work calendar.... My entire family uses it. One of my favorite parts is being able to write comments & post pictures for different calendar entries. If you’re sharing a calendar, the people your sharing with can see the comments/pictures and can add comments/pictures of their own to share. I’ve used different calendar apps and this is my favorite one by far! Love it!!!.Version: 6.6.4

Managing together and separateI 10/10 love this app and it look me little to find something. Originally this was for my husband so I could keep all of the kid activities in order and keep him in the loop about who needed to be where. While I still use it for that it has become so much more ! My oldest daughter is ADD and can’t for the life of her get chores done/ remember meds/ plan anything 🫣. I had tried fancy ADD apps, lists, texts, calls, you name it to remind her and had found nothing. This app is amazing because I have one calendar for her chores and one for activities and she can easily see what her list is for the day and what she needs to plan for..Version: 10.6.6

It’s GreatI’ve been using TimeTree for years now I want to say. It’s consistent, always works, free and well designed. It allows my wife and I to have separate calendars for different parts of our life, synced in between us, with a lot of cool features. I would recommend it, and would recommend at least trying it. Something I loved about it from the get go is that you don’t have to create an account or give up your email if you don’t want (I didn’t at first). You still get all of the features, just if you lose your device or whatever may happen you lose your calendar without an account to back it up to. It’s changed the way I think about calendar apps. Good job mates. 👍.Version: 6.15.1

NOT EXPORTABLEIt’s impossible to export the calendar or connect it with any of other apps like Google Calendar. If i need to export my records it’s also impossible to do. I have PRO version and I thought it will at least let me add more than 20 calendars but I Can’t do this as well. I have to create different account to be able to see other calendars that shared with me at work. I would honestly quit this app but as i can’t even export the records i’ll have to probably pay someone else to go though 2 years and manually add records to another calendar. It would be great app if i could freely use it with other apps and connect it with any system.Version: 10.6.1

LitMy friend and I got this to help us figure out when we’re free and it’s so nice and easy to use, I hope you improve the desktop version of it and maybe make a iPad version for it too!.Version: 5.2.0

Absolutely amazingLiterally changed my life- I have autism + ADHD and it’s just so easy and simple to use. I love how perfectly messy things get each month with my busy life. And I can track just about anything. Thank you so much for being limitless when being a free app!.Version: 10.2.6

Could use one more featureMy boyfriend and I have been using this app for a very long time now and it is great. The one thing that it’s missing is a biweekly option for repeating things such as paydays. PLEASE ADD THOS FEATURE!!!.Version: 10.3.1

AmazingSo convenient that it is on our phones, we can share with the entire family and add people at any time which is amazing. The color coding is awesome too, to keep track of everyone’s stuff. The fact you can put in reoccurring appointments or reminders is great. We make our grocery lists on it as well, anyone can add anything at any time and it updates immediately. Just an all around amazing app!!!! No problems yet, and have had it for 6 months now!.Version: 10.1.3

Love it!I really like this app. I used to use Hubb but it was no longer available and when I tried downloading it it was $$. This is a great alternative and much more accurate and on point..Version: 5.2.0

You need this!Helps keep my work and personal schedule in order and the collaboration feature is soooo useful for making planning anything a breeze. Super simple to use as well!.Version: 12.3.1

IPadMauvaise compatibilité avec le iPad :( dommage.Version: 5.1.0

ConvenientGreat place to keep track of life with others, everything in one place. Perfect.Version: 12.3.0

Really good for planning with friendsMy friend group isn’t the best at coordinating events, having TimeTree allows us to see when we’re all free and plan things better. The chat function is especially helpful since people have different types of phones and different social media apps. A function that allows you to reply to stuff would be helpful but overall really good..Version: 12.3.0

Excellent AppGreat app for sharing calendars between family members..Version: 12.3.1

Very goodGood app 👍.Version: 12.2.2

It’s helpfulIt’s pretty customizable and easy to use.Version: 12.2.2

Amazing Calendar!Absolutely love this calendar, highly recommend.Version: 12.2.2

HOLY GRAILThis app is literally my most used app and the one that really helps me organize my day-to-day activities. Not only does it look pleasing to the eye with the way you can customize your calendar to however suits your taste, but it also lets you share it with friends. I find it a lot easier now to know when each of us are free and it’s super convenient when it comes to making plans. I just love how my calendars all filled up with everyday activities and how you can keep track of everything. It offers a to-do list with every event you put, memos for when you want to write extra notes, colour-coding, and more. Honestly, I was glad to have a subscription with this app lol super worth it! Try it out guys!.Version: 12.2.2

Just make me your Affiliate already! 4 years in!!I ADORE TimeTree and have used it to organize my crazy busy life. I have signed up SO MANY friends and family members at this point we can’t even count them. I have ALL my calendars integrated into one place: I have my personal life calendar in which I share with my Fiance’. Ladies, let me tell ya. This is a relationship hack. He not only uses it but he LOVES IT. I can update the calendar and he gets notifications, he can update the calendar and I get the notifications that he has booked golf with the boys 😂 haha. AND, I even have a “honey-do-list” where if I need things done, I can add things and when he does em, he can check off the box and I’m notified. It’s truly a beautiful thing. Colour coded and all. Then, I have my bills and finances built into another separate calendar; and the 3 businesses I run all have their own calendars. AND, I’m planning my wedding! So, when I said busy, I mean I’m BUSY. I tried motion and all these other apps and calendars to help me run and organize my life but there were issues with most. I have now integrated ALL MY CALENDARS, including third parties like calendly and google calendars all into my Timetree. :) I can access it on all my devices, and it is hands down the best thing I ever did. My Fiance and I have been using it now for 4 years and HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIMETREE. There ya go. I wasn’t even asked to write this but TimeTree, I think it’s about time we DO connect and make this official once and for all. 👏🏼♥️✨.Version: 12.2.1

AmazingThis app is super helpful to me! My friends and I use it all the time because we were having difficulty finding times to hangout; and this app totally helped..Version: 12.2.1

Bien coolJe l’utilise avec mes amis, facile d’accès et intuitif par contre, on peut pas réagir aux messages avec des cœurs en tapant deux fois..Version: 12.2.2

Great app but could use some tweaks to it’s features!I just started using this app and it’s great because I have multiple calendars but one feature that it’s missing is the ability to add a deadline and notifications on memos where there is a to do list. I use memos to create grocery list and to do lists for various people, but I cannot set deadlines and there’s not enough space to write (need to increase character count). Those are my only complaints so far…. otherwise it’s great!.Version: 12.2.2

So cuteI love being able to plan out my days with friends! It makes it so easy.Version: 12.1.6

WidgetsLove this app, it’s amazing for my friend group but recently my widgets will be fully blank. Only way to fix it will be to delete and redownload the app but then it goes blank again shortly after. Aside from this bug it’s awesome.Version: 12.1.6

HelpfulIt’s so useful my husband and I use it and it helps when yiy extremely busy.Version: 12.1.6

Love itI love time tree, i originally got it to have a shared calendar with my boyfriend but the additional stuff helped a lot too such as being able to have it as a widget and choosing different colours for the events youre marking down.Version: 12.1.5

Amazing appThis app is so great! My mother, sister and I are all able to keep track of each others schedules this way which makes booking family dinners or other events super easy. Highly recommend! I love having different colours too so you know who is booked for when at a quick glance.Version: 12.1.4

SuperSuper pour mixer vos activités ainsi que votre horaire de travaille!!.Version: 12.1.3

Helpful!!!I am a very disorganized and forgetful person and this app is extremely user friendly. i love that you can set reminders for what’s been put in the calendar and i love that it’s completely customizable.Version: 12.1.3

There is no Mac versionThere is no Mac version I can’t track my table on my laptop which is annoying.Version: 12.1.4

CalendarWorks great! Easy to add events etc.Version: 12.1.3

DecentGreat calendar for my partner and i we see all our schedules together so great on planning around our dates and activities but sadly it takes awhile for it to update on the calendar to show up or not update at all on both ends..Version: 12.1.3

Widgets need updatingI really needed a calendar app to help me stay organized and to prevent me from forgetting things. I searched many calendar apps and chose this one because it can be shared with other people, and because of the different widget options. I really needed something better than the apple calendar, where I can see the entire month at a glance and know what’s happening on those days without having to click on the day. But for over a week all my widgets for this app are blank and it’s so disappointing. I hope it gets fixed soon. I also hope they create new widgets for tasks, kinda like the Apple reminder widgets. I have adhd and unless the task list is right in my face, I forget about it..Version: 12.1.3

Time tree!Time tree is an amazing app. I use it every single day and the notification reminders keep me on track of all my dates. I wouldn’t know what i’d do without it..Version: 12.0.8

VERY AMAZINGI love TimeTree, I use it every day and it’s so great for helping me keep track of my events. I like how you can colour code the events so you can easily differentiate between them. I also love how you can use it with friends, so you can plan according to each others schedules..Version: 12.0.5

Great appEasy to use, never wrote a review before. Love this app. Made my life easier without needing to get frustrated.Version: 12.0.7

Such a fun way to share schedulesI found out about this app and made my two closest friends download it immediately and they both fell in love, such a fun way to let each other know when we work, what days we’re free/busy or even just to jot down what we did that day to make the calendar look even more full! Even a good way to mark due dates for school assignments or keep track of important dates and birthdays! I love this app!.Version: 12.0.5

OrganizedThis is so helpful with keeping my family’s schedule completely organized.Version: 12.0.2

The perfect partnerUse this with my partner and it is amazing, allows us to work around one another and arrange dates and events much better. My only criticism is that it’s a monthly fee for the premium version, a one off ad free payment would be appreciated.Version: 12.0.5

Pretty good!Free, practically no ads, easy to use. i just wish i could change it so i only get notifications for my own things. i use it with my friends and i get notifications for all their stuff and it’s kinda annoying.Version: 12.0.4

Best app everI have never had a better calendar app in my life.Version: 12.0.1

Love itI love that our whole family can share a calendar- it keeps a busy family life organized and it keeps us from double booking our evenings..Version: 12.0.1

AmazingSuuuch a good app in terms of combining multiple people’s schedules. Would highly recommend if your looking to piece together a single schedule that looks to find what open dates are available.Version: 12.0.1

Excellent app for time management :)Good choice for anyone who wants to manage their time better!.Version: 11.3.3

Easy to useNice app to use for sharing calendar..Version: 11.3.6

Relationship SaverGet on the same page with your significant other and/or family in this colour-coordinated calendar app that updates across all people in your calendar!.Version: 11.3.3

Great app! This app is fantastic! I would highly recommend it to any family or workplace 👍🏼.Version: 11.3.2

Changement interfaceDepuis la mise à jour, l’interface n’est plus aussi easy going qu’auparavant. L’application est idéale pour gérer plusieurs calendriers avec diverses personnes..Version: 11.1.2

User friendly but has some kinksIt’s a nice format that allows for organization and input from multiple people. I find the importing calendars (ie my kids sports) is very frustrating. Every time my kids schedule updates I have to re import the calendar and then it multiplies my kids practices and games. Then I can’t get rid of it unless I manually delete it for each day/practice/game..Version: 11.1.5
