Love this App!I’ve had the OneSafe App for at least 4-5 years now and I couldn’t go without it. I am the Creative Arts Director for our church and one of two Media Director’s for our community Bible study program which means me having to know a lot of passwords for the user accounts on every computer that I use and the website accounts that I use on them. I used to keep passwords for friends accounts too. Before I found this app I used to keep them in the “notes” app on my phone but now am able to crate and title each folder and put any user names and passwords in their respective folders. I also like that you have the option for the type of file that you want to create to put in the folder, ie, if it’s an app that you are using or a website or a debit or credit card and the encryption is awesome. I can’t imagine anyone being able to even breaking into this app to get anything I have stored inside of it. It’s a very safe app to use and user friendly too!.Gadgit_Girl in NCVersion: 5.2.2

Great way to keep track of passwordsWe all know how many passwords we need for life in general and it’s only going to get more complicated. The best solution is to use an app like oneSafe. I’ve been an active user for at least 6 years, maybe longer. I tell my friends about it when given a chance. Features I love: creating a new password is really easy as it basically does it for you. You can select how complex the password needs to be. If I’m on my phone and need to log in with a password, I go to oneSafe, open the correct account for the webpage, press and hold on the password, password is then copied automatically. I then go back to the login page and place my finger on the password location and select paste. The password is automatically pasted where it needs to be. It would be even better if there were a drafts folder (for those times when you’re setting up a new account and get interrupted—the data would be stored as a draft to be able to finalize the entry at a later time. Currently, if you aren’t able to hit save, all data is lost. The other thing that would be an improvement would to be able to sort accounts by date (so you could tell which passwords are really getting old and need to be changed). Happy with app, but have one reservationI have been using this app for years and have the peace of mind of knowing where my family members are, especially when they are traveling. My main reservation is that I can only access this information on one device at a time now. Previously, I could access it from my iPhone and any of my iPads. Now I can only access through one device, which is disappointing. I’d have to sign out from my phone and sign back in on my iPad. If my husband wants to access from his devices, again I’d have to sign off so he could sign on. This is a newer change that Life360 has made, saying that multiple device access interferes with the accuracy of the locations. I was hoping that they would figure out a way to resolve this issue. It would make using the app more convenient. It seemed to be working just fine when we had the multiple device access. I never had any issues finding my family before..DonaperkVersion: 5.2.6

It’s all good!I have been using this app for a number of years. For some reason, when I was locked out and couldn’t get back in, I deleted the app and re-downloaded it from the cloud. Strangely, when it asked for me to restore my data from iCloud, I didn’t realize I had chosen an older version, which was unlockable only using my OLD password. Luckily, I had written that password down in a safekeeping app, tried it and got in! I then deleted the app again, restored it with the newest version in my iCloud, used my current password and everything was restored (which I thought I had lost). So all the people who are having difficulty, try your old password as you might have been like me and accidentally restored an older version of your OneSafe. Hoping it works for you. My Go-to PW "Vault"Since my data has been stolen a few times throughout the years, I wanted to find an easier methodology to keep a list of my numerous app, banking, shopping, site password/UserID combos. oneSafe (in all iterations) has been my pw security for years! So easy to use and organize with each app, website, etc having their own unique pw "card". I love being able to set up a file system for shopping, financial, autos, medical, and so forth; as well as having my favorites set aside for easier access. In addition, I used the additional security features for the added confidence my passwords are safe from corruption. Finally, I securely can send a file copy of all my pw/userID combos across to whatever devices I downloaded the app! You cannot go wrong with oneSafe!.Ms_T1ggerVersion: 5.2.3

Good, but wearyWent to their website. For starters, I was greeted with a “Not Secure” message in the address bar. That seemed rather shady. How do you develop a password app but you don’t secure your own website!? Next, that website hasn’t been touched/edited/changed since 2016! And now for the last glaring issue. This app hasn’t been updated in over a year. I have a sneaky suspicion that I bought yet another app yet another developer has abandoned. I am looking at other password managers now, just in case. I cannot stay with a developer if they have abandoned their app. As threats change, password managers should as well. This one hasn’t, in over a year. And their website is not secure. And their website hasn’t been touched in 3 years. So it’s best to move to a developer that actually cares about their work, bite the bullet, and just shell out even more for a constantly updated app. I refuse to fall prey to these apps where the developer just gets lazy and decides to abandon their app, after making the money they want to make..DyreLoganVersion: 4.3.1

THANK YOU for updating the appIt looks great, functions perfectly and I’m very happy with my purchase. If only you could figure out a way to export a backup file larger than 30+gigs that’d be awesome. Life, to Dropbox or Google Drive or even better INTERNXT. So if the phone doesn’t have space, then it’ll still work when exporting. This is my ONLY complaint. I truly need the ability to export solely, just the OneSafe+ Right now I’m using iMazing to create app data backups but, man…it’d just be nice to be able to export LARGE backups. It’s been about 2 years I’ve had this issue and I’ve inquired several times and troubleshooted. Please look into making this possible. Great Tech SupportI started out with the free app and liked it so well I upgraded to the 4 version. There is a great help section that walks you though using the program. When apple upgraded to 11 a Dropbox issue stopped it from sharing between devices. When I went to report it they had posted a message that they were aware of the problem and were working on it (and they fixed it). The have always answered my emails in a timely manner and resolved my problems. Don’t make the mistake of making all your accounts have the same password so you don’t have to remember multiple passwords. If you get hacked you will spend days changing your password on every one. Excellent App.... but special charactersThis app has made my life significantly easier with changing and saving passwords. I use it almost daily. My one complaint is that there’s limited control on the special characters and some sites don’t allow the ones the app does. I wish there was a way to select which ones can/will be used. I’ve had to manually adjust the password so that the site, I am using it on, will accept it, which kind of defeats the purpose of randomly generated. I will add that I think the sites I have to do this for should add the additional characters, because “duh” more special characters means more combinations available, but many companies are still slow to catch on to the benefits of doing so..CuddlestuffVersion: 4.2.4

This app has more than proven to keep everything safeI downloaded this a few years ago, and have never considered using any other app since. Even when iOS keychain failed me.. When I had my email accounts hacked, my information that was locked in onesafe has never gone anywhere else. I absolutely love it! The fact that I can choose the design/color/icons of each to fit my wants, have categories to assist my OCD needs, and choose to lock each item with passwords, meets any expectation I could ask for. No problems at allI’ve been using one safe for about 3 years I think. I used the free one with no issues but decided to buy the pro version for better security. Again I can say I’ve had no problems at all. If I forget my passcode I can look for it in LastPass so no biggy. At my age it’s always important to have something to remember for you as I use very strong passwords and codes so I wouldn’t remember most of them. I’ve put photos, and other important info into my oneSafe and I like that I know they’re inside if I need them. Worth every penny. I’d be Lost Without It!I initially started using the free version of the app, but I loved it so much and found it useful enough (I truly would be lost without it) to not have any qualms about paying to upgrade. You can choose images (your own OR a company logo) to quickly visually identify the account your looking for. The app allows you to organize by group (you can create your own groups/names), and then sort those groups alphabetically, by size, and more. You can change the background color to help differentiate, or mark certain logins favorites for ease of locating. Reliable app and good supportI have been using oneSafe for a number of years and have found it to be reliable and I never had an issue. I would like maybe more templates or some that you can add your own fields. I would also like to call out the excellent support I received when I downloaded the Mac version. I wanted to export all my data to a CSV but could not. The Mac App crashed every time I tried to export to CSV. I wrote support and Olivier came back quickly. We worked over several days back and forth and a new update was issued which fixed most of my problem. Whether I prompted the version I don’t know but Olivier was very responsive. Great valueThis App is very user friendly with a great interface and various methods of multi-device syncing (iCloud, Dropbox..). You can easily configure it as an extension to Safari to store passwords similar to Apple Keychain. So far, I’ve experienced excellent customer support via email. Only recommendation for improvement would be for OneSafe to completely conceal the master password when unlocking the app. If a hacker was to remote-view your iPhone, they’d be able to read your password as your typing it. Love this appI had this app for years and years. I love it! It holds ALL my information in one safe place. It’s easy to change your information when needed(we all know we have to change our passwords from time to time). I change share it with my husband so he has the information also. Great ProgramI love one safe, it’s excellence for storing passwords and retrieving them. The only improvement I see is being able to transfer everything I have to my wife’s phone, I could be doing something wrong on my end though. Excellent updateI use the take a photo of the cards in my wallet feature. I love it. I never have to go down downstairs and get my wallet to get my credit card number for a purchase. I always have it in my phone. Plus, if I ever lost my wallet with all my credit cards I’ve got all the info on who to call that’s on the back of each credit card. Pretty good password appI use this app every day. Seems every service on the internet now requires a user name and a password. One could go nuts trying to remember them all, so this app is a life saver. Easy to use, intuitive, and gives a nice graphic interface. Nice Password KeeperHas been using OneSafe for a long time now and I like how it keeps my passwords and other information safe. No subscription to pay every month. Love this appOne of the better password /personal information wallets/vault around. Very easy to use. I love that you can attach photos of documents eg passports. Saves a lot of work typing in the info unlike other apps. I also love that you can insert your icon from your library or from the net. Recent problemsI’ve had the app a couple of years now and it’s been fine the entire time; however with the recent updates and bug fixes, the app just gets stuck on the facial recognition unlocking mechanism. I’m assuming this is one of the reasons for all of the bug fixes lately but they still have some stuff to sort out.... plus whenever you try and access the customer support line through the App Store an error occurs and it takes me to a page that doesn’t exist. Everything you need 👌I’ve been using this app for over a year and I love it. There are a few things that are left to be wanted in regards to customization, however that wasn’t a good enough reason for me to switch to other apps that are available. The main thing I like is there aren’t any in-app purchases. You buy it, use it, there are updates and that’s it. Also, there’s no registration necessary. One less company you have to register your email with and hand over all your contact info. There is a function where you can link it to your iCloud account and save your info there that’s accessible on other devices you use that iCloud account on. Always behind on OS updatesI love this app, and have used it for years, but the development team has been woefully behind for each major OS update, and are slow to fix the issues. These aren’t edge cases that affect a few users, but major features that get broken by the update. These should be caught and fixed during iOS betas, but aren’t. A good app in need of an updateBeen using this for years and it works great in so many ways, but with ios 14, the swipe lock function no longer works, which is a problem if, like me, that is what you use as a password! Awesome; much more than debit and credit cardsI’ve been using this for years (its earlier versionS, through to this one), and only recently bothered to check out the features other than scanning and saving my credit/debit/i.d. cards. There are a LOT of cool features! :-) Just one example is that you can have it generate a secure password for a website (shades of Apple Passwords ;-) ). I LOVE this app :-) :-) :-) Oh! These Guys Screwed MeI’ll start by saying I like OneSafe. Been using it for years. Excellent app for storing my many logins—until today. As usual, I went to log into OneSafe using TouchID. Instead of allowing me to proceed once I scanned my finger, it indicated I was now required to enter my passcode. After a few tries and no alternative (NO forgotten password link, secret question, etc.) I looked it up on their website to find that unless I had previously set up the two secret questions (was never even an option on the version I had), for security reasons there was no way to retrieve your passcode. I had to delete and re-download the app. So I did. Except when I downloaded it the first time it was free...and now it’s $3.99. I considered skipping out and using another app instead, but I knew I had 90+ logins that I didn’t want to go through the trouble of locating again. So I bit the bullet and purchased the paid app. Once I logged in, I set up my account, “found” my previously saved info, but in order to access it I needed my passcode. Same problem as before, but $4 poorer. Brilliant way to scam me into deleting my free version of the app app and re-downloading the paid version instead. You kept me as a customer, but I’m still helpless without my passcode. How ironic. Thanks OneSafe..BJoon85Version: 4.3.1

Onescam onesafeI setup my two security questions and unable to get access still. I've emailed onesafe, multiple times, and still have not seen any response. I have even written my PW down and used that bit it stills comes up as being wrong. No way to reset, no way to access my pw data. What a farce! I knew deleting the app would not work and feel sorry for those that were scammed into deleting and then having to pay again for this inferior app. The 5 stars ratings must be fake. There are too many people complaining about getting their access back and are unable that these ratings don't make sense. I downloaded a much better app and have begun using that one going forward. Thanks god I was smart to have a spreadsheet of many critical PWs or those companies have allowed me to reset via 2 factor authentication. TERRIBLE SUPPORT -Use this App with Caution - I have used the app religiously for the past 2(+) years w/o issue. I recently upgraded my phone from from XS Max to the iPhone 11 Pro Max and during the transition, all my issues arose!! I contacted support with my URGENT need of help and received only one response from “Oliver - Support” who said he was forwarding my message to the developers. I have received NO FURTHER RESPONSES from anyone despite numerous e-mails trying to find a resolution to my issue. The issue is, I have used the app for so long, I have OVER 250 passwords stored in the system and cannot access them due to UNKNOWN REASONS. No one with the developer is contacting he to try and help resolve my issues at all... I am at a loss on what to do! Another concern is the fact that ALL links to Developer / Support in the iOS store are inoperable and I had to contact the developer on my PC to attempt to get help.. Now NO ONE RESPONDS. This app has been amazing the last 2 1/2 years. I am not sure what happened of why this occurred, but the issue happened when an update occurred and I was forced to enter my password manually which I hadn’t done in over 2-years thanks to ginger print, and then Facial Recognition. Very Frustrated.I’ve used OneSafe for many years and had been happy until now!! It had been working fine until today it would not open. It would scan my face unlock then app would immediately quit. I rebooted my phone and still no luck. Ended up deleting and reinstalling app. I have used FaceID to open app. After restoring backup data I cannot get what I thought was my password to work. Unfortunately there is no password reset. I have searched their website and cannot find any information about how to reset password. Under the Users Guide there is an Ask a Question. I have clicked on that three times and it just takes me out of the app and nothing happens. It’s like they don’t want you to contact them!! Opening the app is painfully slower than the previous versionOneSafe was a great app. But for whatever reason, in iOS 11, every time I open this app (which can be multiple times a day, it is a password keeper app after all) it hangs for a considerable pause, which is unacceptable. The previous version had no such lag. Seriously this hang needs to be fixed. Your app needs to load instantaneously, because I need the password, and that’s it. Like at the bank, the line is so long out the door, and all I want is to get in and out with my money, all I want with your app is to get in and out with my password! Terrible SupportI changed phones, and went from a fingerprint ID to facial recognition. OneSafe requires the passcode the first time, which I forgot because I used my fingerprint. I emailed them, and the fourth request was this: “Apple can’t transfer Touch ID to Face ID or at least we have no way to know if you are the same person when authentification change. So we need you to enter your password to enter oneSafe. Once this is done, you can go to security settings...”. So I already knew that, but they didn’t answer my question about alternative verification if the password is forgotten, even after explaining this simple issue FOUR TIMES. And there is no phone number to call, so each time takes a couple days turnaround. It’s like asking someone how they are doing, and they answer with the location of Boston. Disappointing - don’t buy if you had free & can’t access nowTake the L and start saving your passwords somewhere else. Dashlane is good substitute to get ya started. I hope this saves someone from being suckered into paying for the paid app thinking they’ll be able to access their data. If you had the free version and can no longer access your account...don’t waste your time, money, or energy buying the “new & improved” app. You won’t be able to access your data nor can you reach someone in support to help you. I used OneSafe for a long time(free version). Started out hesitant because I didn’t believe I could rely on an app to support my password protection needs. I’m so glad I started using it and relying on it. Sadly without any notice or opportunity to back up my data, I can now no longer access my information. Do not trust this app.I've been using this app for a while now and upgraded from the previous version. The app works good in as user-friendly as long is you do not have another device that you were trying to sync it with. Some of the time it will sync with the device with the older passwords and sometimes it's just delete your passwords about the time I trust it, it screws up. You must back up your data so when it fails you you can get your passwords back although they will be only as good as the date you back it up. One day I have 103 saved passwords, it optimizes when I open the program and then I end up with 58 passwords.. this program is not reliable..57marleydogVersion: 4.1.1

Suddenly unstable, no response from developerI've been using OneSafe on both iOS and Mac for years. By and large it's been very reliable. Lately weird stuff has been happening (all my devices list the same number of passwords, but some of them come up empty when I try to look for a particular password.) Optimizing all the timeThe app does its job just fine, but why does it “optimize” upon opening the app for 30 seconds, every 2nd time I open it?
