Star Wars™: KOTOR II Positive Reviews

A Timeless Classic Finally on Mobile! Why are you reading my review? There are a billion reviews of this out there! Go read a classic one from the 2000s and get hyped! It is 4 stars only because there is no gamepad support yet, unlike the first game ported by Aspyr. These guys have all of my respect for the amazing work they do, and I’m sure that the gamepad support will come. At the moment though, it’s a pretty glaring absence. I’m not a fan of touch controls, so I’m looking forward to being able to play this with my Razer Kishi. If that’s not something that bothers you, then there’s no reason not to get this game. KOTOR 1 and 2 are the best RPGs you can put on your iPhone, no competition..Version: 2.0.2

Five star failure!!Who wants to spend all this money and time on something just for a bug that doesn’t allow you to get off of Telos and finish the game. Never will I ever purchased another game like this and I hope nobody else does either because it is robbery to charge that much for this many bugs.!!! After boarding the ebon hawk for the first time at the telos Jedi training facility, the game glitches and will not allow the player to leave the ebon hawk or activate star map. On the way to the cockpit, the game will glitch and you can see through walls and the cockpit will not fully load showing clear signs of glitching. If you save the game and reload the game, it will put you back into the game as a random white skinned Jedi, with a blue light saber and a dark skinned portrait of a woman. The game will let you save before you enter the ebon hawk for the first time at the Jedi training facility on Telos without glitching, but once you enter the ebon hawk and it cuts to the scenes once you’re on the ebon Hawk, the game will not allow you to do anything. I have taken screenshots to prove it because I really don’t want to quit this game but I will because I have spent money on it just for it to mess up like this..Version: 2.0.2

Finally here! The best and darkest Star WarsFirst off I just wanna say I’m so thankful this game is finally here I’ve been hoping for this port to be able to cross over to the phones for so long. I love the first game but the second game was the first one I played out of the two and I was blown away by the amazing role-playing mechanics and story. The best thing about this game are the characters and how the characters are the focus and this one a lot more. Influencing your companions to make them into Jedis or sets is one of the most satisfying payoffs in this 30+ our video game. In short you definitely want to buy this and have it on your phone to be able to play wherever you go it is a timeless classic and my favorite piece of Star Wars media out of every game movie or TV show. Kreia is the most interesting and best character ever. My only complaint is I noticed the characters running speed is significantly slower than what it was on PC and Xbox. Please adjust this so that running speed is as fast or even faster than the original game. The KOTOR 1 port to the phone had boosted the running speed for the player so I’m sure Aspyr can also fix this with KOTOR 2. Thank you!.Version: 2.0.1

Buggy and some Serious inconsistencies.I’m a huge fan of this game which is why I’m writing this review. I love that it has been made available to play through the App Store. However there are some serious fundamental problems with the game that make it a very frustrating experience. For example there’s one puzzle in particular that’s in the tomb of a certain Sith Lord that required the player to solve a math equation. After trying for over an hour to figure this puzzle out I realized that not only did the devs ignore order of operations but when I entered the “correct” sequence of operations it told me I got it wrong each time. It’s such a bad feeling in games when there’s a puzzle that’s really tough, you’ve given it your all, you simply can’t figure it out, and you feel you have no recourse but to move on from the unsolved task. It’s even WORSE when you do figure it out, second guess yourself and look up the answer online only to find out that you were correct in the first place and the only thing between you & your treasure is bad design. 😞.Version: 2.0.2

Interface issuesThis game rocks and I’m glad to see it’s on mobile, I just had a problem with the interface text being too small and the hud should be redesigned to look normal on newer phones. I also suggest that they move the quicksave button far away from the options button. This is very minor, but it slightly bothered me how a lot of the menu buttons are light blue when the rest of game is mostly green themed. That’s about it. I remember seeing a review on kotor 1 about someone being upset that the button to spin your swords from the original game was removed on the mobile version and it upset them because they used to spam that button all the time, as I’m sure we all have, and they added that button in the mobile version of this game, so if that doesn’t make you want to buy it, I don’t know what will. Oh yeah, and fix the bug where the audio cuts out after a phone call..Version: 2.0.1

Top tier w/ room for improvementGreat port to mobile. Have loved this series for the longest time, remember playing it on original Xbox. My only ask, find a way to pay the devs and give an optional install for the steam restored content mod. Fixing dialog options with HK47, the telos conservation area, etc.. Observations: - when you select a force power (heal, speed, etc) and use it, after portaling into the next area, the menu resets at the top. Would be great to be able to keep it on last selected item (or an option to enable it). True of all cutscene fights too, super tedious when trying to force speed out of somewhere like cantina on telos or using any guide/speeder - controls for swoop races, would be great for input sensitivity changes. Feels a little sluggish and the jump button could be bigger - if no restored content mod, quest dismissal for some of the bugged ones? 😄 - option to enable double tap for dialog? Sometimes trying to select remains or spin the camera results in a funny endless talking to someone loop - Fun bug in doing echani training with handmaiden, if you equip a weapon right as it loads you kill her for real. Try to leave the ebon hawk and her companion image is blank and says “I’m broken. I’m so sorry.” Good spot for an achievement or easter egg Thanks to all. Great game ❤️.Version: 2.0.2

Good game just wish it had some featuresI’ve finished this game and I did finish it as soon as it came out on iOS but I wish that their were achievements for certain things like if you finish the game and beat Kreia then you can start a new game with cheats on letting you add whatever you want from the game into your inventory or when you beat Sion or nilus you can start the new game wearing their armor if you complete the game with at least 75% dark side you at level 20 get the force ability of force sabers or at 75% light you at level 20 get world knowledge or if you finish at complete gray Jedi or Sith then you get at Korriban or a hidden chest on Dantooine you get a light side or dark side of Revan’s armor or lightsabers. That was a lot and I just want something new o the game because I’ve just gotten bored of the repetitive story with the same items.Version: 2.0.2

LBeautiful, just beautifulTotally worth the pre-order! Huge nostalgia rush, loved the first one and the sequel even more. I’m so grateful for this, especially since Aspyr said (what feels like long ago) they likely wouldn’t do this. All I can say is: THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Now the only thing, just ONE thing, is I’m a little sad that this is the cut content version that was released on launch back in the day. Though I’m hopeful updates may restore the full version. Regardless, cut or not, this game gets 5 stars from me right off the bat. Runs way better than it did on my old computer back then as well haha! I remember having to install a bunch of patches and fixes. Now it’s all on smartphones, just amazing how times have changed. Once again a big thanks to Aspyr for this, I rarely write reviews at all but this was so worth a 5 star..Version: 2.0.1

Ducking amazingThis game is the best space rpg I’ve played since Star Wars The Old Republic. I haven’t beaten the first one yet since I’m stuck on Taris. Playing the path of the dark side is so well done. It took me 30+ hours to beat this game. Mostly looking for quest items. Romancing Visas Marr and causing the woman in white to fight with her was awesome. The pilot-smuggler is a classic piece of Star Wars. All the while, Kreia is planning to betray you yet you kill her anyway. Watching the exile go from fair toned and human to sickly pale with yellow eyes is an astounding process that I didn’t notice until I was on Onderon. Too bad it’s unfinished. There is a mod on PC however that restores most cut content. Overall, Obsidian deserves better with what happened to KOTOR III. The trilogy must be completed..Version: 2.0.2

Some issuesHave the latest version and notice some of the dialogue scenes get skipped especially with t3m4. I only noticed because I have the original Xbox version. Yesterday I was playing got to Telos Lt. Gran says your ship and all droids weapons will be confiscated during the investigation. T3 immediately beeps in but they skipped his audio and visual and you get a quick flash to Gan saying you’re a droid so yes that includes you too. A few other scenes like that especially talking to T3 but that was the most glaring noticeable as being an opening scene to a new planet. Otherwise the gameplay is pretty good you definitely need a controller for swoop racing and if you want to hit the achievement of not letting a single with trooper in the ebon hawk with touch controls good luck with that if you can do it you’re better than me for sure lol..Version: 2.0.2

Still one of my all-time favoritesWhen I saw that KOTOR 2 had finally been ported to iOS, I bought it right away. I played this game over and over when it first came out in 2004, and no matter how many times I’ve played it, it’s never come out the same way twice. I love KOTOR 2 for the customization of the characters and the fact that the story is about the PC. As much as I love KOTOR 1, it always felt like it was more about your companions than the PC, even with the big twist near the end of the game. I’m already on my second play through since I bought the game. It doesn’t matter that it’s over fifteen years old, it’s still one of the best Star Wars games ever. As for the port itself, the touch controls are really good and easy to use. I end up accidentally talking to my party members a lot, but that’s the only compliant I have about it. Also, the movement speed could be faster. I end up using Force Speed a lot just to get around quickly. All in all, great game; great port. Makes me wish Aspyr could port some other great Star Wars games like Dark Forces and Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Then the nostalgia would be complete!.Version: 2.0.1

A Deep, Philosophical Interrogation of Its Source MaterialObsidian took the opportunity to make an Empire to KOTOR’s New Hope, and boy did they run with it. A dark, intense and strange meditation on the problems of Jedi pacifism and a glimpse of how the galaxy recovers in the wake of one of those titular Star Wars. Aspyr does this game justice in this port - while the game was notorious for its instability and incompleteness on release, it’s in a far better state now, more than 15 years on. And if you want to add in cut content, even here on iOS, Reddit says it’s possible to do so, and they have instructions. The only thing it’s missing, in my opinion, is controller support. But we can’t get everything we want!.Version: 2.0.2

Awesome! The game was buggy it first came out for PC. The fact that it runs this smooth on a tablet is nothing short of amazing. The only real issue I have is equipment management for the party. Normally it can be done from the Ebon Hawk/characters ship. The buttons are so tiny to switch from different companions on the ship to Change their load out make them almost impossible to hit on touch screen. Managing characters equipment is a massive pain because of this. If the buttons were just made a little bigger when switching between characters from the inventory menu I would literally have no complaints on this game.Version: 2.0.2

Great portBeen a fan of these games since they came out. I was very excited when the second one was finally released and I’m really satisfied with how it plays on the iPhone. As many have said the turn based (hidden dice too) lends itself well to the mobile platform. I’ve played them consistently over the years but it’s funny how much easier than when I was a kid playing them. Really the only issue I have is that it can overheat my phone just a tad, and while it doesn’t crash, my phone (iPhone 11) will drop the brightness on what is already a fairly dark game, even with settings maxed in that regarded. Not too terrible though. Well worth the money.Version: 2.0.1

An excellent port of an unforgettable game!I’ve been waiting for this moment for a long time... and Aspyr delivered with the hidden ability to install some PC mods as well! This is the FULL GAME, no-holds-barred! The fact that mods, including “The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod”, are able to be installed via iTunes or Mac makes this an easy five star review, as the game wasn’t exactly finished when it came out in 2004 (thanks to the ridiculous 1 year development cycle forced onto Obsidian). This is a must buy for iOS as it runs well (including an option for uncapped frame rates), has good/great touch controls (which the original game practically begged for), and is an unforgettable Star Wars role playing game with tons of replayability..Version: 2.0.1

Simply Amazing!KOTOR 2 is hands down the best out there in terms of Star Wars mobile rpg games. I’m not the type of person who plays rpgs at all but when I first played KOTOR 1 I couldn’t put my phone down even despite it having its challenging moments at times, I managed to finish it and love every bit of it. Now that I’ve finished KOTOR 2 I look back on KOTOR 1 and realize that KOTOR 2 simply surpasses the first. The story, character development, customization options and everything about KOTOR 2 is just brilliant that I couldn’t stop playing and finished it in about a week or less. All in all, if you’re looking to get into a rpg game, more specifically, Star Wars, then KOTOR 1 and 2 are a great start..Version: 2.0.1

Great game but still so many bugsLike I said, great game that I’ve enjoyed since it came out 16 years ago. It’s just a shame that they still haven’t figured out how to fix the same problems from.. 16 years ago. Most of the game runs fine and beginners wouldn’t even notice anything wrong. If you’ve never played KOTOR II before, ignore this rant and consider this a 5* rating. But certain side quests are supposed to give you particular items to enable to get you inside a specific room, for instance, many many hours later into the game. Well I just found out, probably 15 more hours into the game, that the item was never actually put in my inventory. So even though I can go back in my quest log and verify I did things correctly, there’s no way to finish this extended “quest” other than go 15 hours back and replay everything once again. That’s definitely not worth my time.. I only decided to show support for you guys and buy the game again, hoping that the love was really put into it this time. Tl;dr: It’s basically a KOTOR II CD-ROM ported to iOS with some antialiasing features. It performs as such, don’t expect to discover any new (repaired) content..Version: 2.0.1

Amazing!I have to say, waking up one day to see my favorite game of all time come to mobile was amazing. Even more so actually playing it. It runs great for me, I do have a bug with sound effects but I’m sure they’ll fix that before long. Now the next thing I need to figure out is if they added the RCM content in the game or not, I’m assuming not and really hope they will or give us an option/way to install it. I’d also like an option for cheats, I’ve played this game dozens of times so having a little fun with an OP character wouldn’t be too bad. Well, just having more speech would be great! 😂.Version: 2.0.1

Great Game with A Small downsideThis game is great. So glad that it’s finally on the mobile store. But the one thing that actually hurts me and makes me get mad, is the camera controls/movement for Swoop racing, shooting from the Ebon Hawk, or anything that isn’t actually your character. The moment is horrible on them. And half the time in the races, the speed pads don’t register and work to speed you up, leaving you to always lose. Along with the fact that the movement while racing is jagged and just not as good as a console/PC version of this game. Other than that, I’ll be spending many hours on this game. Hopefully working to slowly... and calmly, beating the races..Version: 2.0.1

Audio can controlsI absolutely love this game and I’m more then happy that it’s finally been ported over for mobile, the only issues I’m having is the audio when I walk seem not to work correctly when I walk or engage in battle all I can hear is the music, the controls are also a problem it seams like when I run I’m not able to look around and run at the same time causing me to have to stop and reposition the camera to move in the direction I want to go. Once those problems are fixed this game will easily get 5 stars from me.Version: 2.0.1

Better optimized than kotor 1!This game on the iPhone is a dream come true! I just hope asypr will take the time to spruce up kotor 1 a little bit so both games will match. For example, the main menu for 2 is just like the desktop game but kotor 1 has a 2d menu. Maybe they’ll change that soon? Also the dialogue options feel more interactive as you get to see your character rather than have them cover the entire screen. Just some ideas I’d love to see implemented. Thank you for also having mod support for the restoration mod!.Version: 2.0.1

Crashed or bugged or something corrupted.About the second or third time I played the game it started behaving weird. I can’t trigger the narshaddah red eclipse and stuff disappears. I have been all over everything in the game and came back from three planets. The entire visas thing and all of the quests on narshaddah. Still no red eclipse. Quello appears twice and that’s it. Have to reinstall it a second time and hope it works. It works fine the first time you play. After two games and a reinstall it’s crashing or not continually getting anywhere..Version: 2.0.2

The best-written Star Wars game now on IOS!This is my favorite Star Wars game and playing it on my phone is a dream. I would reiterate what another reviewer said and note that it would be amazing for the restored content mod to be brought over as well. Also, a small request to the devs: I love playing KOTOR with the sound down so I can have my own music playing as the app runs. Right now, KOTOR 2 doesn’t let me do this. My music stops whenever I open the app and I can’t get it to work. If you guys would change this, you’d be making my favorite app even better.Version: 2.0.1

I never thought I’d see the day...This game is without a doubt, one of the greatest RPG’s of all time, next to its prequel. The fact I saw this released for mobile on my birthday, was without a doubt one of the greatest birthday presents, ever. The character development, backstories, intricate gameplay, the multiple solutions to pick from for every situation, the extensive skill tree, etc., along with many other aspects, makes this a full and truly unique RPG that has never been made like it before. Be prepared to face a series of emotions including but not limited to: Satisfaction, Drive, Frustration (because of encounters with other devious characters, not because of the gameplay itself), Happiness, Sadness, Love, Hate, and Regret. This is a game that can be played 10+ times over and possibly still not reach every goal, encounter every aspect, or turn over every stone. Truly one of the greats. Worth every penny, and then some..Version: 2.0.1

Developers, plz help! The game has been fantastic so far, but far into my game I have encountered a game-breaking bug. After all jedi have been convinced to go back to Dantoinne, when I travel back there in the Ebon Hawk, and go to leave it onto the planet...the screen just goes black. Like a cut scene is supposed to load but won’t. So, after advancing maybe 75 percent through the main plot, the game freezes and you can no longer play. This is bad. Developers, please fix this in a patch ASAP, so I (we) can continue playing this awesome classic game! ( one of my all time favorites).Version: 2.0.1

Finally, a phone game I actually want to playHats off to the devs on this one. For real, I’ve never spent money on a mobile game, but I LEAPT at the chance to buy this bundle. I’m barely out of the prologue on KOTOR 1, and a couple missions in on Nar Shadaa on KOTOR 2, and haven’t come across any major glitches or irregularities. Movement is a little awkward, and I find myself clicking my companions as I’m trying to turn the camera around, but I honestly couldn’t think of an alternative so I’ll put up with it. Glad to pick this classic back up, keep up the good work..Version: 2.0.1

Almost amazingWhen the game first came out on console, like KOTOR one, it changed the field of gaming in big and great ways. Now that the KOTOR series is mobile they have the potential to do it again. The first has controller support, but this one doesn’t. Both games have some bugs and clunky controls, and KOTOR two’s are worse. I loved these games, and I want to love them again, but that’s hard to do without a controller and so many bugs. Don’t get me wrong, even without the controller the games are still pretty good, the developers knew how to work with touch screens, but they could be so much better..Version: 2.0.2

Disappointing PortMy favorite game of all time, but there’s no denying that the first game got a MUCH better port to iOS. Very little was done to optimize the interface - it’s essentially just the pc interface with touch controls. This can be very frustrating at times since I constantly found myself double-tapping things accidentally or struggling to get my touch to register on a button. Second, the overall bugginess of NPC pathing really gets exposed with the poor controls. KOTOR2’s combat was always a lot buggier than the original but when you can’t fluidly move you character these pathing bugs get really annoying. Lastly, it’s just not very well optimized from a tech standpoint either. It chews through my battery 10x faster than the original does, and that’s not all that much of an exaggeration. Overall it’s still awesome to have this on my iPad, but sadly this port is just objectively inferior to the PC version in almost every way.Version: 2.0.2

Great potentialFirst off, the sound doesn’t work in the game... this obviously take half the fun out of the game play. This isn’t an issue with my settings. I have checked all configurations and connected to AirPods; still no sound. I also have an issue with controlling the character. You can only direct the character with one thumb. Meaning when running, you can’t look around like other RPG gameplay. If we could run with the left thumb and look around with the right, then gameplay would be dramatically improved. Other then that, I haven’t found any other issues with the game so far. I am very excited!.Version: 2.0.1

Great game all in all....So I must say, I’ve been waiting for this game for a very long time. The copies I played on the original XBOX had a bug to where the game wouldn’t proceed. It would get stuck on a certain loading screen. Luckily that’s been fixed on this port. This game has been loads of fun to play. I would say the only downside is the wonky controls. A digital Joystick or maybe left side of the screen for movement and right side of the screen for looking/turning would be much better. Rather than that, it’s still a fun game..Version: 2.0.1

Amazing game once they squash the bugs!Firstly, like many others I am currently stuck on dantooine. Vrook is stuck and the merc battle goes to black after the cutscene. Also the movement is cumbersome in that you will very frequently engage in unwanted dialogue or actions by barely sweeping over them while just trying to turn your character around. There are a few other bugs as well but I will say load times are VERY fast on iPhone 11. This game is ENORMOUS for an iOS game and it’s only been out a short while so I will wait patiently while they patch these problems. If you’re less patient, maybe save your money..Version: 2.0.1

Black screen...I am in the Defense if Koonda mission, turned in the final preparations for the defenses, after I repaired all the droids and repaired all the turrets and engaged them to hostiles only, the screen goes black. If I touch where certain things are, such as the map in the top right or the menu in top left, they open, it shows me on the map in front of the desk clerk inside the estate. I am unable to move or do anything. I’ve sat the game down and just left it for nearly an hour thinking something might happen, but nothing.... I need to know what to do because I REALLY don’t want to restart the game!!.Version: 2.0.1

Greatest Piece Of Star Wars Media Ever! The KOTOR series is my all time favorite Star Wars story ever told. This game is of no exception. The characters are deep and fascinating (especially Kriea), the psychological aspect of the force and the total deconstruction of a typical Star Wars is told like no other. The only unfortunate part is that this doesn’t have the restored content mod, but even without it, the game is brilliant just like the first KOTOR game. Regardless of how much of a fan of Star Wars you are, this game is a MUST BUY for its writing alone. The old school D&D RPG aspect takes it over the top..Version: 2.0.1

Very satisfiedIt’s just as I remembered it for the original Xbox. And it has MFI controller support to it. I’m glad I can use my Xbox one controller to play this game on my iOS and it works perfectly no complaints from me. I love how you guys changed some things in this game to make it easier to access the options and other things. I runs smoothly on my iPhone SX. I’m so happy you guy brought out my favorite KOTOR games on to the iOS. The first one was ok. But the second one is my absolute favorite. Thank youz.Version: 2.0.1

Love it but...I’ve been waiting forever to play this game again and finish it. This is a great port, but there are three problems. 1. Crashing. The game has crashed at least 5 times. I have a iPhone 10 plus. 2. Sound. Sometimes, when I get a phone call, when I start playing the game again, there’s no sound, so I have to restart it. And 3. Words are really tiny to read on Main menu and the item page. Fix these and I’ll give it 5 stars. Really is a classic, though!.Version: 2.0.1

My favorite RPG of all time!I love this game to death, having played it numerous times throughout the years. I was introduced to it by my father but I was hooked to it before I could even read. That being said, this mobile port was a great Christmas present to myself last year, and being able to play it on mobile has been amazing. However, ps5 controllers do not work on this version, which deeply saddens me as I do not have a micro usb charger for my older DualShock 4 anymore. Once they fix/introduce ps5 controller support, it’ll be 5/5 stars for me!.Version: 2.0.2

Best iOS RPGIf you can overlook somewhat dated graphics, lack of class balance, and combat that is rarely challenging on max difficulty, then this iPhone game offers unparalleled value. Through rippling decisions and witty dialogue, it explores ethical gray areas and nuances. The complex character building systems and storylines allow for addictively immersive and replayable enjoyment. I selfishly hope the game’s developer, Obsidian, profits greatly off of this creation as another sequel would thrill me..Version: 2.0.2

Restore content and bugsFirst of all, thank Aspyr Media for releasing this game on iOS platform. It enables people to play on different platforms and will reach a wider gamers and spread influences, given how philosophical this game is. I have several concerns. First, we really want to see it integrated with TSL Restored Content Mod, as the game itself is largely incomplete on story. Second, there are some bugs such as not gaining experience on Peragus turret fight, and I cannot install HK-47’s special module as the dialogue was not triggered even after I bought the module..Version: 2.0.1

Love it so muchThis app is great!! I’ve been waiting the last 5 years since I’ve started playing KOTOR on mobile for KOTOR 2 on here! I downloaded it the very minute I got the notification that it was ready to be installed, and I’m still playing. Currently as of typing this, I’m on the Citadel Station part, and so far, it runs very well, haven’t received any bugs :) this app is very worth the $15, and I don’t doubt that it’ll be very popular once more people download it!!! :).Version: 2.0.1

Cloud saves and controller support! In the load game menu, there is an iCloud logo on the right side...this lets you upload a save file to the cloud to play between iPhone/iPad. Xbox controller works fine but touch controls honestly aren’t bad for this style game. The game also stays loaded in the iPhone 12’s ram so that you can minimize the game, do other stuff and then jump right back to where you were..great port in most aspects..worth the money..Version: 2.0.1

Been waiting for YEARS!Been waiting for years for this game to come out on iOS! Ever since they did that poll back in like 2015! Love it so far! Haven’t had any issues or glitches so far. My only real complaint is that the menu text is TINY. I mean tiny! I don’t have bad eyes at all and unless I have the brightness turned up I struggle with it sometimes. But the dialogue text is perfect so it’s just a bit of a minor gripe. Still loving it!.Version: 2.0.1

KOTOR 1 was way more user friendlyWas beyond excited for this to release and am left frustrated I have to try and play through the game squinting at my screen. The options menus are ridiculously small for no reason. They have lots of space wasted on each side of the menu. The movement has also changed from Kotor 1 where now it is very slow and not seamless. You used to be able to look with one thumb and run with the other. Now you have to try and manage to do both with one thumb??? I hope these bugs get fixed.Version: 2.0.1

Please add controller supportI’ve always loved these games but please add Backbone controller support!.Version: 2.0.2

Finally it’s brought on mobileOne of my favorite video games ever.Version: 2.0.1

Good game but no MFi controller supportThe game is good, but that was a known thing going in, and I’m reviewing the port so the quality of the game it’s self doesn’t really come into play. It plays well for the most part, but the touch controls are kinda annoying. Instead of having a dedicated area you can touch to move forward and back, you need to touch and drag. This alone would not be a bad thing, but since you also have to do the same thing to look, and instead of having a virtual “interact” button, you need to touch things to interact, you often interact with things by accident when trying to move and look and your thumbs get in the way of the screen because you have to drag them quite a ways to move and look properly. Also, the lack of full controller support is unacceptable. Why allow Bluetooth controllers but not MFi controllers which are specifically made for mobile gaming? Yes, KOTOR 2 is a gem of a game, but as much as I want to play it again on the go, the touch controls and lack of controller support make it too much of a chore to be worth putting in the actual effort to play it, which is a really big shame..Version: 2.0.1

No controller support!KOTOR had controller support this does not, would be an instant 5 but this has left a sour taste in my mouth, ADD CONTROLLER SUPPORT!!!.Version: 2.0.2

Amazing game, no controller supportGame is incredible but the lack of controller support is really infuriating makes playing it a bit annoying..Version: 2.0.2

Please add controller supportI have been playing this game since it originally came out on the original Xbox back in the early 2000’s! I buy this game on almost everything that I play games on (including the first in the series), been one of my favourites of all time! But why does the first one have controller support for the iPhone, but not this one? Please add controller support, it would make playing one of my all time favourite games anywhere I want, just that much better! Thank you.Version: 2.0.2

Worth itAfter playing KOTOR I was thrilled to see the sequel. Was a little disappointed in some of the gameplay. Was fun to play a bit more of the game, but seemed a little patched together..Version: 2.0.1

A+Would love backbone support!.Version: 2.0.2

5 more stars on top of my 5 star ratingOne of my favourite RPGs that I can never finish.Version: 2.0.2

Amazing game.Had many fond memories playing this game back on the original Xbox.Version: 2.0.2

EpicI think I enjoyed Revan’s story more, but this is epic too. So much fun, so many hours of entertainment on my iPad! (iPad Pro 10.5” 2014. Pro tip: you may need to limit refresh rate in settings under accessibility, motion to 60hz. Game works great at 120 in one iPad not so great in another. First game locked up at 120 every time).Version: 2.0.2

The best game on mobileThis game despite having been released over a decade ago still remains incredible Even in the mobile port it functions just as well as the pc version with less bugs.Version: 2.0.2

Thanks for this :)Replayed the first one on mobile a few years ago and I was able to replay this one as well thanks to you guys. I love the controls on mobile, it feels like the game was made for touchscreens. Great job..Version: 2.0.1

Convenient FunOne of the best games of all time made better by having it accessible through mobile. A classic I can access in my pocket. Works well on an iPhone 7 so far and the controls are fairly user friendly. I would recommend..Version: 2.0.1

BugSo far this game is one of my all time favourites!!! The only problem is a glitch when talking to the madalorion when leaving the sith temple. After talking to him, the game crashes and won’t let you move past that point. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!.Version: 2.0.1
