Confusing and time consuming Registration cumbersome and confusing. After paying with Apple Pay, the app briefly showed an error message. When checking “My tickets”, it flickers the error message again and then says “You haven’t bought any tickets yet”. But when clicking “My Profile” and then selecting “My orders”, I find the receipt. When clicking that and then “download as PDF” you get the ticket with the QR code.. Mannsbunad Version: 5.6.0

Worst ticket app I have used I’ve traveled to quite a few European countries and I’d admit yours is the most terrible one I’ve used so far. Please check Ruter in Oslo and HSL in Helsinki. They have a lot that you can learn. Han s liu Version: 4.1.6

Far too many options for buying a single ticket Why do I need to select a leaving stop? Why isn't the leaving stop already filled out when I've selected a route that I'm buying a ticket for? Why is there a "non-storable" visa option? Who on earth wants to have to enter their visa card details each time they pay? This is insanity. Why can't I enter my card details before buying an actual ticket and having to panic about the above?!. RowerTom Version: 4.1.6

Useful for travel planning, hopeless for ticket purchase This app might be useful for planning your trip, but hopeless for buying a ticket. There are way too many details to specify for each ticket, even the obsolete specification of what station you’re boarding, but you cannot buy multiple tickets in one operation. And payment requires repeating your credit card or paypal password information. In total you spend a couple of minutes purchasing your ticket.
