Oops I accidentally deleted it because i didn’t recognise it and thought it was part of iOS update. And also every time it updates the “speak to chat” turns on. And I need to manually go to the app and turn it off. So irritating when trying to sing and music turns off.. L0b5ter Versjon: 11.0.0

Login error The app itself is very good, but for some reason I can’t create an account. I enter my birthday date (I just turned 12), my region, and click agree and continue, but it won’t work. Automatic synchronization bugs Nice app, but the automatic synchronization of the headphone’s settings and data hardly ever manages to stay enabled for more than a day or two. It’s been like that for a good while. Oftentimes it disables itself immediately after I exit the sync-settings dashboard. Other times the app doesn’t record any data despite data-sync is enabled. Dear Sony, After the latest uppdate, connecting my headphones to any device pf mine have been timeconsuming and dificult. I do not know how to connect the headphones if not using this app, but now the app does not connect my devices. I always have to try a lit of times to remotley connect my headphones to anything. Possibly the worst app ever It has one simple thing to do. Set up my headphones and teach me how to use them. Mye bugs Produktene til sony kunne vært høyt oppe på listen om de var like flink med apper. Det er mye bugs med forskjellige ting. Har mye problemer med «speak-to-chat» der den står på manuell men den går av etter 1-2 sekunder etterpå i en samtale . Det er også mye problemer med «adaptive sound control» som ikke bruker innstillinger som er lagret på de forskjellige lokasjonene.
