A very good app. DJI Mimo is probably ona og the most useful and fun apps that you can have. You dont have to get a DJI camera or anything like that to use it, you simply just dowload the app and use it. Now you may be wondering, how in the world would you be able to use a camera app if you dont have a camera??? It is an editing app an camera course app it can do almost anything. Overrasket Denne appen overrasket meg virkelig! Har brukt ein anen levrandør på action Kamra startet med 2 og no sist kjøpte eg meg 8. Ein venn foreslo meg å prøve DJI Osmo og du verden kor mykje meir stabil appen er og ned lasting av video går raskere å uten dei store problemene eg er vant med. Tracking issues Unfortunately the mimo app isn't good for tracking people doing other things than standing or walking around slowly. Worse app ever. DJI MIMO app is the Worse app for edition and organising your videos. It has so many different issues when it comes editing, saving and transfering the videos. It crashes all the time, it wont allow you to save bigger videos to your iPhone or any other phone and you will get different eros messages with different action. The sved videos and edited work will get deffected and you wont be able to access them later on. All these issues i have been experiencing though i just bought a Brand new IPhone just to be avle to use Dji osmo mobil 3 gimbal and the MIMO APP. Log and Raw Desperately needs Apple Log (and RAW) mode for the Osmo Mobile Series! Also would benefit being able to use a second device for monitor and control (like a second iphone or ipad). New UI is better, and lovong the new shotsize lock feature, but it needs to be a toggle in settings instead of having to activate it every single shot, along with the dual lens boost. This makes starting a shot so cumbersome, first two clicks to enable charging, then go into sub-menu to enable dual lens boost, then start tracking, and THEN enabling the tiny shot size lock button while the screen is moving… just make custom presets, please. You can do better DJI!! I use this app with DJI osmo mobile 3. Works for most jobs, and the result is great. However, the app lacks some basic features and settings. First of all. You forgot to give us the choose to record in PAL. 25/50 FPS. In Europe we need this to avoid flickering lights and to match other cameras we use. Second. SimonMadsen Room for improvements. This is honestly an amazing app. DJI Mimo works incredibly well with DJI products, the editor is fast, intuitive, and surprisingly powerful. I would genuinely give this app six stars if I could. But there is one thing that frustrates me every single time I use it on iPad: The complete lack of landscape mode support in the editor. Many of us use an iPad with a keyboard as a lightweight editing workstation. Right now, if your iPad is connected to a keyboard, you literally have to disconnect it and rotate the iPad just to edit properly in Mimo. In 2026, this feels completely ridiculous. DJI — you seriously need to add proper landscape mode support for the iPad editor. This should be standard in a professional-grade app like this. That is the only reason I’m giving it two stars.
