Looks legitimate but SCAMS you! I agreed to a free trial with a 14.95$ subscription at the end of the trial. I found out today, that they charged me 3 times in January (extra 9.99$ and 19.99$) and today they charged 40.80$. (A 3 month subscription on top of the monthly). I have gone in to my account on their webpage and cancelled the subscription 3 times, but still it remains active. I have now filed fraud charges through my credit card company and PayPal. To those who have this app, please check your bank statements for GTHW app unlimited and report. Apple should ban the app and others that don’t take their payment through App Store. They leave polite answers here in the App Store, claiming it’s the users fault. But I never used the app, so in-app purchases is impossible an does not explain 3 charges to my card in January, nor does it explain the monthly and 3-month subscription being charged at the same time. They answered PayPal that I had opted for it, but again; I never used the app or visited the website after the initial registration. Rena Hello, I would like to request a refund and report a disappointing experience with the Headway app. First of all, I was charged twice for the subscription/payment, which is not acceptable. Secondly, the advertisement and test on Facebook were presented in my native language, so I reasonably expected that the app itself would also support my language. Unfortunately, after paying, I discovered that I cannot properly use the app in my language. This feels misleading and very disappointing as a customer. I purchased the service based on the impression that the experience would be accessible in my native language. Because of the double charge and the language issue, I would like to request: * a refund for the duplicate payment, * and cancellation/refund of the subscription if possible. Be aware for add-ons Unfortunately it is really simple to just add extra packages which I did by mistake signing up. They charged me immediately and the price was not very visible (infographics) I cancelled within 2 minutes and tried to get it refunded but it was not possible and they do not honor regulations in regards of right of withdrawal on internet purchases. Not worth it I was charged a $100 by this app after wanting to test it. I tried getting a refund as I was not aware that it was a subscription, but with no luck. With that money out the window I thought I might as well make use of the app, but most of the books are read by a computer which makes it extremely difficult to listen to. Not only that, but when listening to a book, it stops between every chapter and won’t continue unless I unlock my phone, go into the app and press “next”.
