ProwlerGamer Playing for a while. Fun to start with. But now i am stuck in level 320 because the game is designed tho that you have to spend money to buy power ups to mowe on. That higher level you get. More difficult to level up without to spend money. I am lucky if i get leveling up one level a day. First it was funny to play. Royal Kingdom: Brain Teasers & Toe Traumas So I downloaded this puzzle game called Royal Kingdom because the trailer said things like “test your wits” and “solve ancient mysteries.” Sounded chill. Looked like one of those medieval escape room-type games. You know, torches, secret doors, runes, mildly condescending hint systems. What they failed to mention was the foot stuff. I’m on Puzzle 7: “The King’s Riddle.” I’m feeling smart. I rotate a puzzle piece just right, and BAM — my lights flicker. A second later, thunder crashes outside like the sky itself regrets me playing this game. The lightning flashes, and for half a second I swear I see someone standing in the corner of my room. Not just anyone. The game dev. He’s tall, slightly damp, and glowing with the aura of someone who drinks Red Bull and hasn’t slept since the beta test. I go, “Uh—hello?” and try to ask what he’s doing in my room. He doesn’t answer. He just walks over, slow and confident, like a riddle wrapped in a trench coat. Then he kneels down. And then he starts. Sucking. My toes. Not metaphorically. Not spiritually. Literally. Toe. Suckage. It was passionate. It was horrifying. My brain was screaming but my body was frozen like a mismatched puzzle piece that just wouldn’t rotate. Fueled by equal parts fear, confusion, and mild betrayal, I break free and sprint to the bathroom, slam the door, lock it, and pray to the puzzle gods for mercy. But the dev? He’s not done. He starts clawing through the door. Not knocking. Not yelling. Clawing — like if a sleep-deprived cryptid had a vendetta against doors and personal boundaries. He busts through. There’s a flash. And then — darkness. I just woke up in what I think is a real cave. I can’t see anything. It’s wet. It’s humid. The air smells like moss and existential regret. I reach into my pocket, pull out my phone. 2% battery left. No flashlight. No map. No toe insurance.
