Ebay’s lack of customer service One of my last purchases on Ebay came out wrong. The unexperienced seller( when it came to international shipping), did by default not declare to the carrier that I had already been charged for Vat from Ebay, when I placed the payment. I was also charged for VAT from the carrier who told me to contact ebay to get my money back. So I did in past July, contacting Ebay’s customer service explaining the case. I was assured by EBay that they would look into the case and that I would get the reimbursement. I haven’t heard anything yet, and I don’t expect getting the money back..
