Font size issues App is ok. Huge catalog. User interface could be better. I have Pro subscription and use it on IPad Pro. The app is unstable. Every upgrade or new development leads to issues or annoying features, like the reoccurring survey, Autoscroll gets jammed, tabs I have transposed to my key is all of a sudden forgotten and back to the original key.. And now latest, the font size of the lyrics are blown up to 32 or something, so completely useless at the moment. I enjoy the app but want to play in sharps not flats, but there is only button for flats Its been getting better over the years, but still small things that can improve. Like there is a «play chords in flat button» to have chords in flat, but there is no «play in sharps» button. Do not use Trial period with this company The website has an extremely poor user experience, with a confusing and difficult prosess for unsubsribing. Once you have left your credit card details with them it is very difficult to leave. Information about price is also well hidden, which is a dark UX pattern. Do not use trial period if you don’t intend to stay for a year or more. Horrible support, and obvious that this company do not wish to be open and transparent. Stay away.. Norwegian Annoying registration process and the subscription strategy turned me off ("try for free" and get locked into a monthly or annual subscription that you actively have to unsubscribe to, which give me the feeling that this company has a customer base mainly made up of people forgetting to NOT buy the product rather than having having customer actively renew. I understand they need to make money, but my guard went up, the grifter alarm went off, and the "Ultimate Guitar" brand is placed in the bad corner in my opinion.) I'm an experienced guitarist gigging live with a band for 20+ years and I only need tabs every now and then. This product is probably better for other profiles than me. Good luck going forward. I suggest you review your strategy and find a way to create trust first, offer a good experience and offer a paid version that feels like money worth and give the customer control and maintain the trust -> get rewarded with loyal customers. I remember the app being better So I bought the premium features before they decided to get people to pay for subscriptions. These popups are pretty annoying, especially when it’s something I’ve already got. I also remember there being a feature to change from guitar to ukulele chords, where the heck did that disappear to?
