Font size issues App is ok. Huge catalog. User interface could be better. I have Pro subscription and use it on IPad Pro. The app is unstable. Every upgrade or new development leads to issues or annoying features, like the reoccurring survey, Autoscroll gets jammed, tabs I have transposed to my key is all of a sudden forgotten and back to the original key.. And now latest, the font size of the lyrics are blown up to 32 or something, so completely useless at the moment. I remember the app being better So I bought the premium features before they decided to get people to pay for subscriptions. These popups are pretty annoying, especially when it’s something I’ve already got. I also remember there being a feature to change from guitar to ukulele chords, where the heck did that disappear to? When tuning its only showing the guitar, why isn’t there an option for bass or ukulele or any other instrument for that matter? I can’t be the only one disappointed in lack of features, am I?. Do not use Trial period with this company The website has an extremely poor user experience, with a confusing and difficult prosess for unsubsribing. Once you have left your credit card details with them it is very difficult to leave. Information about price is also well hidden, which is a dark UX pattern. The absolutte worst You guys are just making my life miserable. I just sat down to play a song in peace and quiet to my impatiently screaming baby, t soothe her, and you bombard me with having to install a bloody app. Installing it is not enough, I have to create a profile, and fill in a bloody questionnaire before even entering the app. Infuriating! Then it turns out the app has even more advertisement than the web page, completely blocking access with pop ups that I have to wait ten seconds to close. Great. Exactly what I want when I’m to sit down and play some music. Finally getting to the song, the transpose function, free on the computer web page, requires a monthly subscription. At the end of it I simply didn’t want to play anything anymore!! Congratulations. You actually kill the joy of playing music. Stunt inspiration.
