Were would we be without BBC? I can't imagine going through a week without checking BBC to see what's going on in the world, not to mention the pleasure I have in being entertained and educated by the unbelieveable quality of BBC's television productions. In these times where so many people are ignorant about our future and knowing very little about what's going on in real life, spending their time whatching dumb comersial TV or playing stupid computer games that seems to make us believe that the only way out of our misery is to gun us out. Great news app but one annoyance I’ve been using this app for my news for a long time. Highly recommend it. But there is one problem that I want them to fix. When the adverts play (even though they are mute) it stops any music playing in another application. So I can’t read articles while enjoying my music. Please fix this. Would be five stars otherwise.. Great content, poor audio app The very best content but such a disappointing replacement for BBC Sounds. Cannot easily follow certain podcasts and play the latest from a playlist. Such a basic feature, feels like stepping back 10 years as BBC Sounds is taken away. I couldn’t even find The Archers among the podcasts. Useless format I used to be able to choose what topics I was interested in and go straight to them (My News) but that’s gone and instead I have to go through lots of topics to find what I’m interested in and even then there doesn’t seem to be many articles in each topic.
