Love it Etsy as a concept is great and I’m glad that the app is as good as it is. The only thing I miss is a filter for pant-sizes, so you wouldn’t have to open every item seperately to check if they’re your size. Other than that small nit-pick, I have nothing to complain about.. Robi Don't get me wrong, I love Etsy and have bought some nice stuff from there. I've had most luck buying digital patterns and templates. One time I received my package, but it was only full of "thank you" cards and stickers without the actual thing I ordered. But I got my money back from that relatively quickly, so that was fine. MY ISSUE WITH ETSY THOUGH: the notifications. Fair enough that they remind you to review stuff, but even with all notifications turned off in the app you'll be bombarded with "recommendations" based on sellers you follow or collections you've made. And this can be multiple times per day. I had to stop following sellers and delete all my collections just to make it stop, and in the end I just blocked notifications in my phone settings. Seriously Etsy team, if someone's reading this - Make it optional to turn those recommendations off. I don't like interacting with apps that shove that stuff in your face, it's annoying and feels like they're shouting "SPEND MORE MONEY, GIVE US MORE MONEY". Not fair. My 14 year old daughter asked for help to start her own little shop. She was gonna sell handcrafted items so make money for her art studio, but every time we tried to sign up for the Etsy seller it just wouldn’t work. Fails to login I really want to like Etsy, but they make it impossible for me. I can not even register. I tried several browsers, computers, email addresses and even this app. But every time it tells me there is an error on Etsy side. When I contact the support via the email they tell me to contact them, I get an auto reply that this mail is not in use.
