Didn’t receive anything The worst app, I ordered food for over 35£ and didn’t receive it, when I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything because it had been more than 24 hours. I contacted them within that time they just didn’t answer me. I even had proof of when I sent the email and they still say they can’t overrule the decision. IM SO MAD, WORST THING EVER. First and last time used Tried the app first time in Madrid on the 2nd January 2024. Paid € 42.80 and received nothing. They took the money, of course. HUGE problem with delivery time! I’ve only order 2 time, just because I couldn’t find the restaurant at Deliveroo... I don’t know what the main problem of delivery time of Just Eat is. Is there too few drivers? Is the contact between the restaurant and the driver bad? I have no idea, but this is a COMMON problem for all the users. If you read the reviews, choose any restaurants you want, this problems are with ALL the resturants... The delivery time. That’s a shame for them. Don’t suggest this app for food ordering, YOU WILL wait sooooo long and the food gets cold. That’s a huge shame, when it’s not the restuarant’s fault at all.
